Not one person acknowledged me--not even a simple "Hi," "Welcome," or "Have you been helped?" I had placed my order by phone and waited for at least 10 minutes while about five employees walked past me. None of them thought to ask what I was there for or whether I had already been helped. Eventually, I had to get someone's attention myself and ask about my order. This is not the first time I've experienced this kind of service, which is why I finally decided to leave a review. The food is definitely good, but the customer service needs improvement. I strongly recommend that management provide their staff with better training on basic customer service and acknowledging customers when they walk in. A simple greeting or asking if someone needs help would make a big difference.
