We had delivery service last night. Husband thought pizza was pretty good - he won't get any other pizza delivered. I haven't liked RT pizza for years. The zesty red sauce is not my thing. Wings were OK (hot buffalo and BBQ). Good size and pretty consistent sauce. However, I ordered pasta. It was some of the worst Mac & Cheese I've ever had the displeasure to eat. The Alfredo one wasn't much better. They've changed from the foil pans to individual servings or catering size. And from corkscrew pasta to penne pasta. The Alfredo used to be creamy and flavorful - now it's dry and disgusting. The Mac & Cheese wasn't even as good as the boxed stuff. I'm done w/ RT now. My husband can have his pizza delivery and I'll just open a can of something. Much better odds of it being edible. Just my opinions - I'm sure that lots of people will not agree w/ me. read more

Love the pizza! The 3 star is for the website. I recently attempted to order online. I order online 100% of the time and never had a problem. Tonight was different t. 1st ordering on my phone was challenging because the website wasn't working well( never had a problem before) . 2nd used my laptop to order online. Final page to make a payment and I never received a confirmation or order number. I waited awhile for the page to load and it never did. I called & spoke to Miguel, I wanted to place an order for delivery. As soon as I mentioned delivery, he copped an attitude. The phone went silent & I said "hello?" because I thought he hung up. He then rudely asked for my address, when I gave my address, he told me I need to call the clayton rd location (there is no clayton road location). He then told me to look up the nearest location on my phone, so I did & the other location is the exact same distance away from this one. I'm giving this place 5 stars for their Pizza Buffet. Brian the manager made sure there's always fresh pizza , and plenty of pizza for everyone to eat and enjoy. :) The salad bar is clean, neat, and fresh. The whole place is clean. The restrooms are immaculately clean! I'm glad the manager Brian is back!!!! Because the last time we were there when Brian was not around everything went downhill. There were hardly any pizza, pizza was room temperature/cold. Salad bar was dirty. Somebody told us that Brian doesn't work there anymore. We weren't coming back, but I was very hungry after work. We gave it another try......I'm glad we did!!! Not only the manager Brian is back, but everything is back the way it was, like when the first time we started liking and loving this place!!! Excellent lunch buffet for a reasonable price. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the BBQ Chicken pizza, Guinivere's garden delight and the gourmet veggie pizza. The "Reign of Fire" sauce is spectacularly spicy and outstanding . That new sauce makes this pizza chain a "10". read more

Super excited to support the local elementary school and order in dinner for the family. 6:30 rolls around no food, ok no biggie I call and am told I made a mistake and ordered it for 730. I thought maybe I typed something in wrong, nope I didn't. Then I call back to say it was ok it was late and I just wanted to confirm that it was correct and recieved a lot of attitude. Then I tried to explain I had ordered the pizza at 630 and the gentleman said " it'll be there at 730" and hung up on me. Welp I called back to cancel and the woman who answered the phone was very nice,'clearly they were busy and I told her I wanted to cancel ( remember my order wasn't going out for quite sometime) the man in the background proceeded to yell SHE CANT CANCEL ITS GOING OUT. However, I have ordered from this parlor before many times with them delivering to my house and I live down oak grove rd off of Monument basically 5 minutes away from this parlor. so, I called in today because I do not want to order from the roundtable on Willow Pass Road in Park N shop because I've had really bad experiences with their food and their customer service. I informed the Lady Kassie(Manager) on the phone about the situations and about how I have ordered from the treat parlor before and she totally ignored it and didn't try to resolve or fix the problem. she was the manager she could of made it happen. She just kept trying to give me the number to the park N Shop location and kept repeating herself. This is the only reason why I'm giving this place two stars. Horrible experience. This place is way under staffed. I ordered my pizza online way ahead of time and it was supposed to be ready at 6:40. It seemed like plenty of time but when I got there, I had to wait until 7:15! It also seemed like the staff only cared about the patrons who were dining in rather than those that were picking up. There was a huge line to order and another section of the counter was marked "Express Pick up" which no one was stationed at or paying attention to. Why should I have to stand in line behind 6 other people who are still trying to make up their mind and order? The clubhouse is a good idea for those dining in but please make sure you have enough staff to operate it. I will avoid this location from now on. read more

The staff really knows how to treat customers, address any potential problems, and they do it with smiles on their faces. Management keeps this place running smooth and it really shows. Great service from management but our cashier was a bit rude. Prices for party were decent. Food was good as usual (it's Round Table!). Beer taps are super fun but do keep track of wristbands being assigned and end receipts as I ended up with more charges/wristbands than I had in my party. Round table clubhouse is my go to place for pizza. The staff members that helped me, Christieanna, Mckenzie, and Liz made me feel very welcomed and had a good energy. Been here a few times before today and i got the salad bar with the pizza sampling and the service and "attitude" was fantastic. I was planning on taking my family there for a few beers, wine, pizza and a great evening, however, that changed today. I was too late for the pizza salad deal, but I was going to have a larger lunch as i was going to skip dinner. The girl rang up my order and it totaled $16 and some change which I thought was on the high side for lunch. I grabbed my diet drink and filled up a salad bowl as i needed to wait 15 minutes for the personal pizza. I actually ended up eating two salads before I asked one of the gals that was cleaning up some of the dishes that other customers left, so i asked her if she could check on my pizza. I didn't get a receipt so i couldn't remember what i'd ordered so she went into the kitchen and when she came out she told me there was a mistake and they would cook my pizza now. I went to the counter and after looking at the menu i told them what i'd ordered. They said, they already had the pizza in the over but it would be 15 minutes more and as i was on my lunch break I declined and asked for a refund. When that message was communicated to the gal in the kitchen she came out and said, "i told you it was going to be 15 minutes!" I had already had two bowls of salad leisurely sipping on my diet vanilla coke watching one of the tv screens, and since i am not the worlds champion fastest eating salad guy, I said, "no thank you!" I just want a refund." She twisted her face up, prune like and hobbled over to the register and went through the process of refunding my lack of pizza back to my card. I signed a couple of receipts quickly, as i wanted to get out of there before I became obstinate, i mean really who would want that? I can hardly wait to see what charges are on my card. All this being said, I won't be back. There are a other places out there that know the value of taking care of their customer, where sarcastic retorts are not ok. I told her i hadn't yelped anyone in a while, she carelessly said, "thank you sir, and have a good day!" Which the way she said it meant to me, "I really don't give a crap!" You know, it's not rocket science, it's pretty fundamental, this one has lost track of who she works for, she works for us, the clients that come in there to have a nice meal, relax for a bit, and have a good experience. I am not, albeit tempted, blaming this on young people as a whole, as even that would be a stretch of the truth. We ordered our delivery at 4:25 pm and were told it would be less than 45 minutes as they were "really slow". At 5:30 I called and asked where our family's dinner was and was told they were delivering 3 orders that came in after mine. Seriously? Why would they even admit to that. He said my pizza should be here in "just a few minutes". At 5:53 I called back and spoke to a said to be manager. He apologized, admitting they were taking too long and that I should have been told longer. Since I have a family to feed I canceled my order not knowing when it might arrive and not trusting any eta given at that point. The manager said he would refund my card and that the pizza would still be arriving any minute and it was free. Well it came almost twenty minutes later at 6:10, cold soggy and suspect looking. Update: we each tried a piece and put all of it in the green waste bin. 7 pm son throwing up profusely. Will never order from here again. read more

Excited to try this place. Layout is great. Very clean. Good parking. Live music was going on but it was soooo loud we couldn't hear ourselves think or even enjoy it. It was blasting. We had to yell to hear each other at our table. Pizza took 35 minutes and there was only 2 orders ahead of us. Poor first experience. The music mostly turned us off. The singer was making jokes in between and we had our 5 year old son with us--not appropriate for kids. Highly disappointed. Wish we could get a refund on the $60 we spent. read more

We popped in after a "moderate" (tough for non-hikers like us) waterfall hike at Mt. Diablo. It was time for a beer! I'm all about that sampler life so I was thrilled to find that this Round Table offers special wristbands that give you the chance to try various different sampling's of craft and regular brews. Prices range from 30ish cents to 50ish cents per ounce. We got 6 almost 5 ounce craft brew samples total and walked out for less than $14. We were there for the brew but I was tempted to order a Round Table pizza (memories of my childhood)... smelled so lovely! Place was pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon. Lots of bambinos and their adults getting their sip on. I can see why the parents of WC dig this place. They also had wines on tap but I didn't check the selection. We will most definitely be back. Once we got our food she even came out and asked us if we needed anything else. Food was great however the music was kind of loud and seemed geared towards a younger crowd.
