This is my second time here, and it won't be my last. I had the eggs Benedict and it was to quote my girlfriend "an experience". The eggs Benedict featured, pork-belly, arugula, a pickle, and a bunch of other really really yummy stuff that combined for an experience that was better than I expected. Whether it's named after the revolutionary war, traitor or some other dude named Benedict this thing is freaking awesome. The restaurant is beautiful inside, however, the music selection at the time we were there was quite strange. Eating brunch to the sounds of AC/DC and Metallica is quite strange. But it did nothing to distract from the awesomeness of the food. read more

Had a disappointing dinner today and probably won't be going back. Service was great, fried pickles and kids fish and chips were awesome...everything else was subpar. My blackened mahi tacos were bland, grilled chicken sandwich was also flavorless, pretzel was room temp/cold, and brownie had plastic in it. Beers are always on point (will still purchase outside of restaurant), smoked peach cocktail was watered down and didn't taste likely anything beyond peaches; tequila cocktail was decent. Something must be up in kitchen as we've always had a great experience in terms of quality food. We know everywhere is hurting and could've been an off night. To justify those menu prices and to get what we got, we think we'll try other places in the future. Hope the kinks get worked out as we really liked coming here... read more

We came in around 9PM on a Friday night after spending the day at Hershey Park. Came in at just the right time, it wasn't too busy and we got seated right away outside under the tent with the sparkly lights. I could tell the restaurant was getting busier as the park crowd started coming in. I didn't want to go somewhere close to Hershey Park because I knew we'd be dealing with big crowds. So this was perfect. Parking was easy, right in front of the building for us. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing after a hectic day at the park. It was a nice change of pace. The twinkle lights hanging from the outdoor tent added to the ambiance. The service was fast, our server was very knowledgeable of the beer and food, our drinks were always filled. I got the Chicken Fajita Tacos. Whoa, this is a lot of food! I don't think I've ever had a taco this full of chicken, whixh was flavorful and juicy. I love sour cream, and they gave me a huge dollop on each taco, without me even asking! My husband got the Pork Sandwich. OMG, it was sooo spicy. He enjoyed it! It came with a side, and he chose the sweet potato fries. They were crispy on the outside, soft (but not soggy) on the inside. It was served with cinnamon/sugar on the side. My daughter ordered pasta with butter with a side of broccolini. I tasted her meal, and it was pretty tasty! I wouldn't expect much with just buttered noodles, but it was good! Oh...and I can't leave out the Cheesy Eggroll Fried Pickles. This was the Star of the Show! I don't even like pickles, but this item on the menu just caught my eye because I saw Gouda. Oh man, I can't even describe these. They were AMAZING! Pickle spears stuffed with Gouda and Cooper Sharp, wrapped in a wonton wrapper, and fried. It was crispy on the outside and stayed crispy. We love Rotunda! Talk about amazing craft beer - I generally only drink sours (I've tried some IPA'S and they almost make me like them). When they easily have 4 sours, at any given time, it's difficult to pick what you want. The grape cotton candy sno cone and the green apple sour are two of my favorite. I could honestly go on for days about how much I love their sours. The newest is a blueberry cobbler sour and I am not a blueberry fan however, I LOVE this beer!!!! Their food is good. We usually get a few small plates - fries, tots, pretzels, cheese curds, etc. Service is always friendly and happy hour is a good deal - $2 off drafts and $6 small plates. It's nice because it's not packed during these times - at least when we've been there. We return time and time again and intend to continue doing so. read more

Came here based on the reviews and it was okay. The sours we tried were very sweet. Too sweet for sours in my opinion. I got the holiday sour and my husband got a cherry and rainbow nerd. They were all good but you can only have one because they're just too sweet. The sweet potato fries were good. We also got the tater tots and asked for chicken on top. They came without chicken. Definitely could have tasted better with chicken. Overall it was an okay experience. Willing to try it again. read more

Decor/service: it basically looks like a old house they made into a bar. Still has a house feel to it with separated rooms. Very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and food arrived quick Food: the fried pickle egg rolls were pretty tasty and unique. First time I have had something like it and that's hard to do. The tacos were decent but nothing special. The chipotle steak was food but I would of liked more of a chipotle flavoring as the butter didn't really do much for that flavoring. We tried this restaurant out before our concert. It was a Wednesday at 6. We had reservations. We started by ordering beer flights and ordered a butcher's board off the special. It took a little time, and the server tells us our appetizer is not available. And still no beer. Finally our beer came. We ordered the Fried Pickle Egg Rolls. Tried to order the Swordfish Tacos. Out of that you. 6 on a Wednesday and can't get two things off the specials. Strike 2. We ordered the Salmon Burger and Chicken Fajita Tacos. The appetizer was very good. Dinners came fast. All was pretty good. All was hot and flavorful. Beer was the best part. A beer flight, 3 other beers, appetizer, and two entrees.. with tip.. 90. Overall we liked it. The decor did not match the name of the restaurant. They added some pictures and made it seem like it would be a Mexican theme. The bathrooms could have used a little cleaning. read more

I've been here for dinner and brunch and I enjoyed both. I don't think you can get a bad dish here. They have lots of creative menu items and that things change often, it's like always dining at a new place. For dinner, we got burgers and tacos and they were delicious. The bacon chutney was delicious. We also got a flight which is a must. They have lots of their menu so why not try a little bit of everything? For brunch, we got the french toast and chicken and waffles. Delicious! I did feel that the kids portions were a little small for the price. Just my opinion. There is plenty of seating from outside under their tent and inside with many different sections. Parking can be a little difficult at times. I do suggest a reservation because this is Hershey and with the summer, things can be busy fast. read more

Stopped by late evening for some beers and bites and were not disappointed! Rotunda Brew Pub is a great place to grab some great beers without all of the waiting and lines that you may see in similar nearby places. Service was consistently fast and friendly both nights we were here, and there are a lot of TVs to watch the game on. The beer menu had a pretty big selection, which makes it easy to try a little bit of everything. They have a few IPAs, as well as a great selection of sweet/sour beer too. We ordered the Bavarian pretzel (which came with both a mustard and the ale cheese) which was so good that we got it both nights! We did consider getting some merch (he wanted a hat and I was looking at the gray tank top), but we'd forgotten on the way out. I suppose we will have to come back again in the future? read more

It's a fresh option in an area with a lot of similar restaurants that all seem to close super early. We were delighted with fried Brussels sprouts, a lobster roll, deviled eggs, and macaroni and cheese. I have been craving a good macaroni in cheese for a while and have ordered from too many restaurants that sent out flavorless blobs. This perfectly cooked mac and cheese started with Bechamel sauce, just the way it should. It satisfied the craving at last. As of our visit in August 2022, they also have a nice, large open-sided tent outside. We're contemplating going back for another meal before we leave town. Rotunda was a welcome change for us! We spent a week in the area while renovations were being done on our house. We spent some time at the theme park, but most nights the same routine played out playing beat the clock with the limited restaurants in the area that are mostly Italian fare. We were doing take out and several nights had disappointing meals, even from two of the better known small upscale chain restaurants. Recommend a stop. Their website listed that they had lobster rolls on their brunch menu which was the reason we came. Turns out they don't and just haven't updated their online menu. This is not the first time I've tried coming here for something specific and their menu hasn't matched what is online. We should have left, but we order anyways. The restaurant was mostly empty, but it took us 40 minutes to get our food. When it arrived my eggs Benedict looked very sad. The sparse amount of arugula and thin Canadian bacon was outdone by the strange hollandaise sauce. It was thin and separated like butter melted down in a microwave. When I asked for other hollandaise, our server returned with the explanation from the chef. His rationale was because it doesn't come out of a bag, it's thin. My family is Pennsylvania Dutch and we regularly make hollandaise sauce from scratch. So we know what it's supposed to taste like and how it's supposed to look. This was not hollandaise. It's one thing after another with this place. Won't be returning. If you're visiting the area, there are much better places to get breakfast or brunch -- at a fraction of the price! Our group of 8 - four adults and four rambunctious kids - went to Rotunda Brew Pub for dinner after a LONG day at the Renaissance Faire. First and foremost, high five to our waitress for her patience - the kids were very excited and the adults were operating on limited mental capacity. Her patience and kindness did not go unnoticed. The adults needed cocktails and the Rotunda delivered - everyone enjoyed their concoction. I had the peanut butter whiskey screwdriver and it was a delight! Everyone really enjoyed their meals - their was a lot of variety on the menu coupled with some unique items. I had the flank steak tacos and the flavor profile was spot on! My husband enjoyed his fish and chips, and both of our friends complimented their meals as well. All in all, definitely give this place a go! We visited rotunda after recommendation by a friend . Went to dinner here after hersheypark . Would not recommend it. The server was great though. Pleasant and effiicient. The carnitas taco was over salted and spicy. The kids pasta and marina sauce was also too spicy to be eaten (doesnt specify spicy, but its part of a childrens menu, so shouldnt be spicy). The steak lo mein bowl.. the steak was very tender, but the lo mein should have been cooked a little more. The philly cheesesteak was enjoyed as well as their cheeseburger. read more

We came in for Happy hour and they have a pretty amazing happy hour. So that's good. I'm just annoyed about one thing. The hats are labeled $25 unless marked otherwise. And the server told us that the fancy ones are $30 like with "leather and stuff". So my husband and Picked a typical trucker hat and she charged us $30! I know times are tough but I saw a guy buy a fancier hat before us for $25 so I feel it's a game. Plus she kept saying it was trick or treat night and that's why they're slow. Nope. On a romantic getaway, we ordered delivery from the Rotunda Brew Pub through GrubHub, and we were pleasantly surprised at our luck. It was a delicious meal. We didn't get any food pictures, though...We ate everything too fast! Hubby got the Pub Tenders and fries, with BBQ sauce. He demands we order them again tonight (2 days later) because they were the "best chicken fingers I've ever had". The meat was tender and not dried out, the breading had a great flavor, and the fries were great. I ate the Chubster burger, made of steak burger, topped with bacon mac and cheese (!!!) and with a side of tater tots. The burger was juicy, and the mac and cheese was AWESOME. Next time I'll substitute fries for the tots, after sampling hubby's fries. We'll be ordering again tonight, for sure. read more

You walk in and the whole place just has this unreal aroma and you need to order ASAP because your stomach and brain are tired of being teased. Just phenomenal food. Steak frites that was perfectly cooked and seasoned. A dynamite salmon and succotash dish. Great cocktails. A really solid and impressive beer list. Nicer than what you might expect being not too far from Hershey Park. (Don't come in with a baseball cap and flip-flops, pal.) Really cool and accommodating staff (one worked with one of my kids - she was keenly aware of what veggies he'd like to avoid to custom-make his entrée) - even if they never asked if I wanted another beer. (And I did, dang it!) Naturally more expensive than some of the other local joints but worth every dollar. (My 400th review? That's bananas. If your gluten free - avoid this place like the plague! Also avoid this place if your more than a group of 4. We arrived with 12 people. The Peking lot is super tiny and it was all we could do to park cars. Then the gentleman at the front door was INCREDIBLY RUDE saying that that two tables together would be impossible (note there were plenty of open tables outside) and we were told that we would "back up their kitchen this this Large of a party". Note these were this persons exact words. The food itself was ok. Out of 12 people the response from everyone was "it was ok". The chicken wings special sauce tasted like ketchup and a few seasonings thrown in. The "no pink" burger I ordered was basically a tasteless hockey puck. Truly don't waste your time. For what we paid I expected way better service and a way more pleasant greeting when we arrived. read more

Every time I come here it's nothing short of amazing. It's beautiful inside, staff is the nicest group of people I've ever been served by, and the owner is super welcoming.
