Bathrooms are unavailable for shoppers. Very unfortunate. Imagine elderly people shopping or kids.

One of the best Ross stores I have been to in my life. Clean and organized. Hit or miss. Very good prices.

The worst customer service from Manda. No eye contact, no smile from her and no thank you from her at all.

I absolutely adore Purpose! Not only do they support and stand for amazing causes but they have the…read morecutest clothes! And I was skeptical at first because I hear the word boutique and instantly think it's going to break the bank, but Purpose has a wide range of prices which is great for me as a stay at home mom. I had previously gone to the Bremerton location multiple times and loved it but I also love the Silverdale location. I hadn't been in a long time due to having had a baby and was pleasantly surprised when I stopped in one day because one of the wonderful ladies told me that they even had toys for my daughter to play with if she was interested. I was so touched by this! I know it sounds silly but now as a mom when places have changing tables, or toys, or make an effort towards children really means something special to me. And the truth is, this isn't a restaurant, it's not a place that has to be forward kid friendly, its a boutique, but they made the effort and I really appreciated that. I also recently saw the fashion show that they had just done and inquired about a dress I saw, they not only got back to me in an extremely fast fashion, but they just as nice even on their Facebook messaging! They even offered to set aside the dress for me, ship it to me, or said if I ever want to call ahead they could even set a room up for me ahead of time since I have a little one with me. Support your small businesses! You can't go wrong shopping with these wonderful ladies.

Say hello and let the customer shop instead of continually asking about how our day is or bringing us items to look at. Some customers may love this but read the room. If the customer isn't looking at you and focused on browsing, leave them alone. On two different occasions, the sales gal kept bringing items to me they "think" I will like and then I'm awkwardly stuck having to say no thanks. Again, I love the clothes here but I hesitate going in sometimes

Hmm. Hovering between two and three stars with this one. But in the end I think I will go with…read morethree as the mall seems to be doing an okay job with not having too many vacancies in it's corridors but there are a few. I recall a Sears was once here and closed. I was there for some clearance sales which I got some stuff I wanted and needed. They managed to get WinCo Foods grocery store to take the space which I was impressed to see because some malls can never get those large spaces filled again in this day and age of retail. The mall does a fair job having the basic mall staple stores but as many other reviewers have indicated this mall is small. Not the smallest I've ever been to but small so some of those staple stores simply aren't there. Probably the stores I liked best was the World Market and the Barnes and Noble. There is a Hot Topic here but selection isn't all that great compared to their other store locations or their online store. So all in all not missing much here but it is still a mall and still a decent place to kill some time.

This is no longer a mall. It was bought out by a foreign (Reno) real estate company who want to…read moreturn it into a weird Marxist utopia. The actual residents began to whisper about this. People were saying "Rhino" were monsters who would destroy Silverdale. What's happening now is the operating hours will be reduced and they can just suddenly close the mall and kick you out so the elites (these seem to be 20-29 in age range, not from here, and very fancy if the cars are any indication) can have special parties. These are creepy. I saw a "comedy show" in an abandoned restaurant where no one was laughing. Security accosted me and asked why I was trying to shop in a mall. They said the posted hours were wrong. They were pretty demeaning. What's sleazy is no one was told the mall was closing. Rhino repeatedly lied to residents. They only listened to these foreigners who spilled in to raid the area while living in those creepy ticky tacky apartments that all look just the same. These people will all say the same thing. They will say "Once, this mall was shoulder-to-shoulder people" like they are reading from a script an AI created. Their eyes glaze when they say this. They act strange. They look robotic. They wear these fancy "distressed" clothes that aren't from here. They don't look like they're from here. Everything is overpriced now. Taxes are through the roof. It's like a third-world county. Now, there's not even a mall and some residents are trapped. The mall was the landmark in Silverdale, so there is no Silverdale. It's just those viral, scary apartments. It's awful. We were told the mall would come back. I guess they lied. How you can improve: Stop the creepy entertainment and have a shopping mall. If you can't do that, tear it down and put in more gross, identical tenement apartments.

This is an average Kohl's, but the few times we have been in I am so caught off guard by their…read morepricing structure and subsequent discounts. They definitely inflate their prices to trick consumers into thinking they are getting a discount or deal, but the quality of their products do not justify the "regular price tags." They usually have plenty of inventory, and we have been pleased with the things we have purchased, but I usually find coupons so that we get better discounts than the in-store discounts. I don't think that shopping at Kohl's is an inherently better shopping decision than other chains in Silverdale unless you have their card and get their coupons and utilize all options. Unless you're inundated with Kohl's brand everything, I just don't see how other consumers think it is a suitable alternative to Target, etc.

I should have known it would initiate a comedy of errors that would make me relearn the forgotten decade-old lesson. One item from my online order didn't fit, so I decided to return it at the nearest store, which is in another county. I prepared myself for the trek by making a shopping list of jeans to try on, confirming on their website that all were in stock at the store (jeans are something you really need to try on, buying them blindly is a gamble). All plans were thwarted when I entered the Silverdale store. It would be my last visit to any Kohl's; read on. The return went fine, other than their deducting $8 from the refund of the $35 item. I understood it was because I received Kohl's cash to spend, and that's fine. So let's go shopping! I was unable to locate any of the items on my shopping list. Since I neglected to pack snacks and a compass, I asked for help. The lady from the register made an effort to look around, but said she didn't recognize any of the items, and they never stocked them. Bait & switch, eh? Strike one, Kohl's. Determined to make the journey count, I searched for some jeans to try on. Leafing through a bizarre size distribution of XS to XL with squat in between, I found 3 whole pair that might remotely fit. But rut-roh, the fitting room was closed! After the predictable goose chase, I came in contact with Keeper of the Fitting Room, and kindly asked if I could enter her barricaded domain to try my 3 items. She said no. Really, no? I don't want to make another trip out here. She insisted, no, she was busy. Final word. Too busy with only one other customer in the store? How do they stay in business anyway? Strike two, Kohl's. Not wanting to waste time fighting it, but not wanting to waste time coming back out either, I summoned my inner bluejean rebel and tried on those jeans right there on the ghost down they call a sales floor. Turns out nothing fit right anyway, so I saved myself another two hour round trip. Fed up with the store, I went home to find something random online so I wouldn't lose my $25 Kohl's cash. Logging in, I found a cruel surprise - $12 Kohl's cash had vanished, along with my patience. In a last ditch effort, I found a $12 clearance tank top to spend my remaining consolation prize and be done with it. Then the free shipping coupon errored out, "try again later." Not in the mood to spend $8 shipping on sheer principal of getting my money's worth of random crap I don't need, I tapped out, down my original $25 coupon + $8 shorted on the refund. Yeah, I know, the house always wins. Strike three and Kohl's is out. It's no wonder the store was deserted. Limited selection, employees on permanent coffee break and pitfall policies. Silverdale Kohl's would better serve the community as a big, stupid, empty monument to apathy, which it probably will be before long. Buh-bye.

I went there in search of a properly fitting bra and had no idea what my size was or what kind to wear. I asked one of the staff for help to measure me for my size and I got a rough estimate which was a good start. Than after finding it didn't fit as I expected one of the staff named Chelsea offered to look and help me find the perfect fit.. OH MY GOD! She really knew what she was doing! I was way off on my size and she helped so much with telling me what to look for when a bra propery fits and doesn't.. what type to get and well everything I needed to know. It was amazing the difference it made and she didn't stop there! She helped me find the proper shirt size, shape, and style for me AND she helped me find the perfect jeans for me! I have always struggled with them being too loose and slipping off and too long or baggy around the knees.. I hated the jeans I had but I didn't know what to look for ever. Needless to say I was feeling so much better about what I was wearing by the end of it which hasn't happened for such a long long time that I started crying. She was very sweet, patient and hard working. Even while helping me she was there for so many others while also keeping the store in good shape. If you ever want some quality help with finding the perfect size for you no matter what it is please go here and if possible ask for Chelsea. I hope it can help you feel as good about what you're wearing as I did for me. Also the fans in the dressing rooms and the lighting is the best shit ever.

However my very opinionated 2 year old saw the Hulk (she adores Hulk) shoes in the bigger kid sizes. I asked an employee about toddler sizes and she said no sorry. So we tried on some pink ones in her size. The employee (I didn't catch her name) came back and said she looked online to see if we were able to order the Hulk shoes from your website sadly we are not. Now most employees would leave it at that but she didn't. She asked my daughter who her favorite super hero was and she of course said Hulk and asked for the shoes. The employee apologized to my daughter about not having her size and asked what her second favorite. My daughter replied Spiderman. The employee had ready looked up other super hero shoes in toddler sizes while looking for the Hulk ones. The excitement in her face was priceless when she told my daughter that they had ONE pair of Spiderman shoes in her size! My daughter thanked her and had the biggest smile. It took a good 15 minuets and 2 employees to find the shoes (they were left in the wrong section when they recently moved product around in the back) my daughter was ecstatic about her new Spiderman shoes! Not only were all the employees so nice but the one that helped us (associate ID is 364553) went above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday a little more special. None of the ladies working that day were judgmental of the fact my daughter wanted "boy" shoes. I can't say the same for any of my fellow patrons. I did get some funny looks when my 2 year old in a hot pink and orange dinosaur themed dress asked ever so politely for "Hulk smash" shoes. I will also be calling the Silverdale, Wa store today to tell my story to the managers there. I'm sure big companies like yourself get more complaints than compliments and I just wanted to let you know you and your employees are doing a great job! I've been shopping your store since I was a young teen. Now 27 and still shops there. You and your silverdale employees don't know how much a simple pair of Spiderman shoes will help my daughter. We have to go to Seattle Children's Hospital every few months for my daughter and having one of her favorite heroes on her feet and in her hands (she has a Spiderman action figure) will help her tremendously! So thank you very much!! Tristan
