The thing thats so disturbing is the fact that they have penis costumes and alien costumes with penis and testicle parts attached that are named "the prober" even my 9 year old daughter knows that is very inappropriate. I was sent a picture of the arrangement and it had lilies in it and they looked old and the arrangement was disappointing. I contacted them immediately and talked to an older gal who wasn't very nice. She said they would take out the lilies, and I asked for a picture of the completed arrangement. I waited...and never got a picture. I then called them back and talked to a nice gal and told them I rather the flowers not be delivered if they looked anything like the first picture. The nice lady said they would have redone a new arrangement if I wasn't happy, but I was never given that option on the first phone call I made, even though I told her the arrangement looked embarrassing. I was told that the arrangement was already out for delivery. Ugh! What my friend received looked pathetic. Not happy at all with this purchase. It's a lot of white flowers with brown tips. This is NOT a pretty arrangement at all. I'm sorry I spent $100 on this transaction. It's a bummer to spend half the day worrying, texting and calling. They did NOT make a second design for me, even though William said so. What a shady business.

Honestly, I'm blown away by PNW Lighting!!…read more I can't recommend them enough. They made the whole process so easy. Great communication, super organized, and honestly just really fun people to have around. They were fantastic to work with, super friendly, showed up on time, and the lights turned out beautifully. What I really appreciated was how kind they were to my toddler, who really really wanted to be involved. They gracefully took the water he aggressively forced upon them... Lol. They made him feel important and were incredibly patient. You don't forget that kind of kindness. And I have to say that their Grateful Dead logo made my day. I'm super excited to put up the rest of our decorations now. I'm not sure if the picture truly captured it but they made our house look like it's straight out of a Christmas movie. If you're like me, I don't want your partner to climb up on the roof, on a ladder that some guy from Home Depot said was " pretty good ", I would go with PNW Holiday Lighting.

From dusk until dawn our new low voltage landscape lighting exceeds our expectations both in the impact on the aesthetics of our property while simultaneously enhancing night time security. The lighting products provided are really nice and appear first in construction. The installation by Bill and crew was great. The new lighting system is an organic part of the landscape itself; and the down lights placed on the white fencing are awesome. I found Rob the owner to be straight forward, and easy to do business with. He and every team member is committed to project excellence though out their process. (They even replaced a fence post and several tops they weren't 'part of the job' just to make sure everything about the final product was perfect.) Finally, Rob's company is about service beyond the sale...and will be able to provide maintenance and upkeep moving forward to make sure our lighting system stays as nice as it is today.
