The arms have already been replaced once and was told this is how it's made although I verified on the stores floor model it doesn't feel this way. 6 service calls in total and still not corrected. While the staff is nice enough, the GM will not contact me despite dropping in the store several times and the staff confirming that my file is posted on his wall. Look at the Better Business Bureau page before making an expensive purchase as the quality of the product is suspect as Indicated by hundreds of complaints to the BBB and a reoccurring theme is management will not get back to you. Shame on this company for taking advantage of a disabled veteran and his family and the Management not even reaching out to try to solve this issue of quality.

They also donate to a women's artist/artisan group in Africa and you can purchase jewelry, particularly necklaces, made by that group. The artist working when we got there was very gracious - she came up and told us about the shop then went back to work but she was on hand if we needed to check out. My friend got one of the beaded necklaces and I got a Seattle-themed art piece in the shape of a crescent moon. It was very hard to decide. Everything was lovely.
