Great place for pops if you're into that. And good customer service. And very Covid friendly they have you covered with mask to shop with.

I don't know how I feel about this mall. It has some nice stores... feel like I have everything I…read moreneed there but it's super tiny and semi sad-ish lol. Definitely small town vibes. My kid loved the arcade and play area. Cool and random that a winco is connected to it haha

This is no longer a mall. It was bought out by a foreign (Reno) real estate company who want to…read moreturn it into a weird Marxist utopia. The actual residents began to whisper about this. People were saying "Rhino" were monsters who would destroy Silverdale. What's happening now is the operating hours will be reduced and they can just suddenly close the mall and kick you out so the elites (these seem to be 20-29 in age range, not from here, and very fancy if the cars are any indication) can have special parties. These are creepy. I saw a "comedy show" in an abandoned restaurant where no one was laughing. Security accosted me and asked why I was trying to shop in a mall. They said the posted hours were wrong. They were pretty demeaning. What's sleazy is no one was told the mall was closing. Rhino repeatedly lied to residents. They only listened to these foreigners who spilled in to raid the area while living in those creepy ticky tacky apartments that all look just the same. These people will all say the same thing. They will say "Once, this mall was shoulder-to-shoulder people" like they are reading from a script an AI created. Their eyes glaze when they say this. They act strange. They look robotic. They wear these fancy "distressed" clothes that aren't from here. They don't look like they're from here. Everything is overpriced now. Taxes are through the roof. It's like a third-world county. Now, there's not even a mall and some residents are trapped. The mall was the landmark in Silverdale, so there is no Silverdale. It's just those viral, scary apartments. It's awful. We were told the mall would come back. I guess they lied. How you can improve: Stop the creepy entertainment and have a shopping mall. If you can't do that, tear it down and put in more gross, identical tenement apartments.

I broke my ten year Kohl's hiatus, enticed by the promise of home shopping convenience and a hefty…read more$25 in Kohl's cash earned from my online order. I should have known it would initiate a comedy of errors that would make me relearn the forgotten decade-old lesson. One item from my online order didn't fit, so I decided to return it at the nearest store, which is in another county. I prepared myself for the trek by making a shopping list of jeans to try on, confirming on their website that all were in stock at the store (jeans are something you really need to try on, buying them blindly is a gamble). All plans were thwarted when I entered the Silverdale store. It would be my last visit to any Kohl's; read on. The return went fine, other than their deducting $8 from the refund of the $35 item. I understood it was because I received Kohl's cash to spend, and that's fine. So let's go shopping! I was unable to locate any of the items on my shopping list. Since I neglected to pack snacks and a compass, I asked for help. The lady from the register made an effort to look around, but said she didn't recognize any of the items, and they never stocked them. Bait & switch, eh? Strike one, Kohl's. Determined to make the journey count, I searched for some jeans to try on. Leafing through a bizarre size distribution of XS to XL with squat in between, I found 3 whole pair that might remotely fit. But rut-roh, the fitting room was closed! After the predictable goose chase, I came in contact with Keeper of the Fitting Room, and kindly asked if I could enter her barricaded domain to try my 3 items. She said no. Really, no? I don't want to make another trip out here. She insisted, no, she was busy. Final word. Too busy with only one other customer in the store? How do they stay in business anyway? Strike two, Kohl's. Not wanting to waste time fighting it, but not wanting to waste time coming back out either, I summoned my inner bluejean rebel and tried on those jeans right there on the ghost down they call a sales floor. Turns out nothing fit right anyway, so I saved myself another two hour round trip. Fed up with the store, I went home to find something random online so I wouldn't lose my $25 Kohl's cash. Logging in, I found a cruel surprise - $12 Kohl's cash had vanished, along with my patience. In a last ditch effort, I found a $12 clearance tank top to spend my remaining consolation prize and be done with it. Then the free shipping coupon errored out, "try again later." Not in the mood to spend $8 shipping on sheer principal of getting my money's worth of random crap I don't need, I tapped out, down my original $25 coupon + $8 shorted on the refund. Yeah, I know, the house always wins. Strike three and Kohl's is out. It's no wonder the store was deserted. Limited selection, employees on permanent coffee break and pitfall policies. Silverdale Kohl's would better serve the community as a big, stupid, empty monument to apathy, which it probably will be before long. Buh-bye.

We entered in from the mall side and did a super quick loop as I kept looking back at her to let her know I noticed what she is doing. I never let his hand go. I somehow got lost as I was trying to get her off my tracks and asked a worker how to get back to the mall side which she was super helpful. Sadly I didn't get anything as I was really looking forward to specifically shopping here. Unsure if she was a floor walker or a kidnapper but I did not feel safe at all. We bounced so quick out of there. Way to scare away a potential customer if you were an obvious floor walker!

I went there in search of a properly fitting bra and had no idea what my size was or what kind to wear. I asked one of the staff for help to measure me for my size and I got a rough estimate which was a good start. Than after finding it didn't fit as I expected one of the staff named Chelsea offered to look and help me find the perfect fit.. OH MY GOD! She really knew what she was doing! I was way off on my size and she helped so much with telling me what to look for when a bra propery fits and doesn't.. what type to get and well everything I needed to know. It was amazing the difference it made and she didn't stop there! She helped me find the proper shirt size, shape, and style for me AND she helped me find the perfect jeans for me! I have always struggled with them being too loose and slipping off and too long or baggy around the knees.. I hated the jeans I had but I didn't know what to look for ever. Needless to say I was feeling so much better about what I was wearing by the end of it which hasn't happened for such a long long time that I started crying. She was very sweet, patient and hard working. Even while helping me she was there for so many others while also keeping the store in good shape. If you ever want some quality help with finding the perfect size for you no matter what it is please go here and if possible ask for Chelsea. I hope it can help you feel as good about what you're wearing as I did for me. Also the fans in the dressing rooms and the lighting is the best shit ever.
