Honestly, I'm blown away by PNW Lighting!! I can't recommend them enough. They made the whole process so easy. Great communication, super organized, and honestly just really fun people to have around. They were fantastic to work with, super friendly, showed up on time, and the lights turned out beautifully. What I really appreciated was how kind they were to my toddler, who really really wanted to be involved. They gracefully took the water he aggressively forced upon them... Lol. They made him feel important and were incredibly patient. You don't forget that kind of kindness. And I have to say that their Grateful Dead logo made my day. I'm super excited to put up the rest of our decorations now. I'm not sure if the picture truly captured it but they made our house look like it's straight out of a Christmas movie. Jeff did a phenomenal job at getting the Christmas lights done for our house in preparation for the holidays. He explained me the options for lighting and was pretty flexible with schedule. We were able to have him come down within a week's time and he installed the lights for us without any problems. We also got a solar timer along with it! Very pleased with Jeff and this business. He was very responsive and punctual. The pricing was fair and competitive. I was initially quoted for installing roughly 80 sq ft of lights based on pictures of my house. Jeff mentioned that if the final length went over this amount, he would honor it at 80 feet and if it's less he would charge for the lower amount. After the installation, it ended up being only 64 feet and Jeff reduced the price as such. I measured it more closely afterwards too and it was exactly 64 feet as he put. We have used Jeff for the last several years for holiday lights and it's been the easiest decision to repeat the service year after year. Jeff makes it effortless by reaching out early in the fall to schedule a time to set them up and reaching out in early January to schedule the removal. They keep the lights stored for you all year and with a few quick texts each year you have beautiful house lights installed. Their team was great to work with. I manage a household in Bothell and I didn't think I would find someone so close to the holiday to get lights up. They happened to also take care of full cleaning for rain gutters, so we got a full quote for the entire job (lights, light installation, and gutter cleaning) over email/text and got it scheduled in just a few hours. I was impressed with their response time (which was minutes after I sent out the initial request), the ease in which they provided a full quote, didn't give me the run around, and then had availability to come out just a few days later. The job took considerably less time than anticipated, which was great for me. I wasn't able to be there for the job, and they made me comfortable knowing the job would get done properly and with good follow up.
