I used this company last year and plan to use them again this Christmas…read more Josh and Julie had had great design ideas and a very reasonable price. Josh did an amazing job stringing the lights and covered every inch of my house! Installation only took a few hours and they were always just a phone call away if I had a question or needed something. He warned me that he might not be able to get out to my house to take the lights down right after the holidays, but he surprised me and they were gone just a few days after New Years. Perfect! Can't wait to see what design we come up with this year.

At the time, I had done most of the work and just needed some priming in a few small areas, and two coats of paint and that's it. They sold me as if I needed the total package - prep, touch-ups, priming, painting. I found a great other painter that was literally half the price. I gave them 5-star because the guy that came out was nice, and gave their reputation a boost, but at the end of the day, I didn't need full-service. I needed DONE. They should have priced it as-such. Now, their follow-up system won't leave me alone even though the job has been done for a while.

Great communication, super organized, and honestly just really fun people to have around. They were fantastic to work with, super friendly, showed up on time, and the lights turned out beautifully. What I really appreciated was how kind they were to my toddler, who really really wanted to be involved. They gracefully took the water he aggressively forced upon them... Lol. They made him feel important and were incredibly patient. You don't forget that kind of kindness. And I have to say that their Grateful Dead logo made my day. I'm super excited to put up the rest of our decorations now. I'm not sure if the picture truly captured it but they made our house look like it's straight out of a Christmas movie. If you're like me, I don't want your partner to climb up on the roof, on a ladder that some guy from Home Depot said was " pretty good ", I would go with PNW Holiday Lighting.

Because of the delicate condition, Blake had to climb ladders and shoot down to get all the dust off without damaging the very recent paint job. He was professional and really nice. He had me walk around and approve the project when it was complete. I liked him so much that I cancelled my other gutter cleaning and roof moss removal service scheduled in 2 months. Instead I'm having Blake come back and do it. I find working with small businesses to be so much more rewarding than hiring large chains. Instead of a revolving door of minimum paid workers, the owner of the company was on site and did the work. I highly recommend this business.
