Josh did an amazing job stringing the lights and covered every inch of my house! Installation only took a few hours and they were always just a phone call away if I had a question or needed something. He warned me that he might not be able to get out to my house to take the lights down right after the holidays, but he surprised me and they were gone just a few days after New Years. Perfect! It was like she read my mind. What she circled was exactly what I described. Paid the deposit, secured an install date and time frame of 2pm-4pm. The 3 installers showed up at 2:25pm, organized and ready to roll. The guys were super friendly and engaging. Our lights were put up in no time, and absolutely perfectly! I'm happy I found Bubble Truck Window Cleaning to clean the interior and exterior of my windows. Don't let the fun name fool you, because they are very serious and professional when it comes to making sure your windows are clean. They first do a walk through and call out concerns that they cannot resolve, such as broken seals or chemical stains. This helps level set expectations. Then they start. My house is 2,500 sq ft... they finished in about 90 minutes from arrival. The windows were left clean and the surrounding areas clean as well... nothing near the windows damaged or moved in wrong places. They also offer recurring customers discounts including off season discounts. Their truck is super fun and gets the attention of neighbors. I'm sure other reviews allude to how they do that... but I won't so it can be a fun surprise. It got the attention of a few other neighbors who are now looking to set up an appointment. Setting up an appointment is easy. Online or by phone. You'll get reminders once the appointment is made by their automated system. Paying is as simple as providing a credit card or cash.

They made him feel important and were incredibly patient. You don't forget that kind of kindness. And I have to say that their Grateful Dead logo made my day. I'm super excited to put up the rest of our decorations now. I'm not sure if the picture truly captured it but they made our house look like it's straight out of a Christmas movie.
