Great communication, super organized, and honestly just really fun people to have around. They were fantastic to work with, super friendly, showed up on time, and the lights turned out beautifully. What I really appreciated was how kind they were to my toddler, who really really wanted to be involved. They gracefully took the water he aggressively forced upon them... Lol. They made him feel important and were incredibly patient. You don't forget that kind of kindness. And I have to say that their Grateful Dead logo made my day. I'm super excited to put up the rest of our decorations now. I'm not sure if the picture truly captured it but they made our house look like it's straight out of a Christmas movie. Josh did an amazing job stringing the lights and covered every inch of my house! Installation only took a few hours and they were always just a phone call away if I had a question or needed something. He warned me that he might not be able to get out to my house to take the lights down right after the holidays, but he surprised me and they were gone just a few days after New Years. Perfect! Can't wait to see what design we come up with this year.

It was like she read my mind. What she circled was exactly what I described. Paid the deposit, secured an install date and time frame of 2pm-4pm. The 3 installers showed up at 2:25pm, organized and ready to roll. The guys were super friendly and engaging. Our lights were put up in no time, and absolutely perfectly!
