The price overall was a bit high, but the professionalism, high quality products and excellent service made it worthwhile. I worked with Robert to design the plan for our house. He had great ideas and worked with me to adjust as necessary to fit within my budget. The team of 3 that installed the lighting took great care to not disturb our existing landscaping, removed the old lighting and cleaned up everything when they left. Our project was mostly installed in one day, but they had me review what it looked like at night, and then came back the next morning to complete the job and make any adjustments. Great experience with Britescape - I needed landscape lighting redesign and Joe came out on the 4th of July holiday for a consultation! He got a design back to me very promptly and was very accessible to answer my questions. Within a few weeks an installation crew was scheduled. We had a small miscommunication about which day they were coming but it all worked out. Chris and Ray were respectful of my home and finished the job is less than the estimated time. Chris made on-site adjustments to the location of sconce fixtures that worked out even better for my BBQ. After I saw the lighting after dark, I decided I needed some additional lights. Joe was fast in supplying an enhanced design and Chris was able to return within a week to install the additional lighting. From design to execution, the entire crew at Brightscape helped us envision what we could do with highlighting our front garden, trees and back deck. Chris and his crew had a exceptional eye and knowledge for landscaping/gardens that help them know exactly how to illuminate and enhance our home and garden. It also made it a lot easier to navigate small pathways at night. They should great skill at burying the cable even when it had to go underneath sidewalk. I recently had outdoor lighting installed by Joe and his team. Not only was the installation perfectly placed for the maximum WOW factor, but Joe, the lighting specialist, walked me through the process before I even had a bid, giving me ideas for planting and plant pruning and removal, so the lights would not only provide security and pathway light, but also give me nice focal points on my "best in yard". Just like I would never go without a cell phone or a garage door opener, I would never consider a non-lighted yard/landscape ever again. The lights themselves are beautiful but not obtrusive... not gawdy and cheap,such as what you would get from a home department store. Their warranty is for three years, they cleaned up their install perfectly and they were fast! I will certainly use them again when I decide to finish out the back yard! read more

We met with Joe nearly a year ago and I was immediately impressed with his sense of design, his knowledge of plants and landscaping and his vision. We thought about the project for nearly a year and then invited him back to finalize the installation of our lights. We have a long dark driveway which is now lit with up lights and down lights highlighting some of our beautiful trees and making the driveway interesting and more inviting. We can now send our guests out into a lit driveway instead of a dark hole!
