I decided another update was in order, as Diamond Landscapes continues to provide stellar service…read more We previously had a small garden in our backyard that was an eyesore. Anthony and Joe made short work of removing the remnants of our unsuccessful gardening attempt, and created a huge, beautiful garden and border, featuring a huge variety of butterfly and hummingbird friendly plants. In addition, they built a lovely trellis, complete with honeysuckle plants to give us the garden I've always wanted. It completely transformed our backyard. Throughout the project, Anthony continued to provide exemplary service - he kept me apprised of his plans, was happy to discuss any concerns, and was a pleasure to work with. I appreciate his continued commitment to excellent customer service and high quality work. If you're looking for an excellent landscaping company, definitely reach out to Anthony. You'll be glad you did.

Ya'll, listen, Gerard's Landscaping is GREAT! I wanted a fence built, a flagstone path laid, and a…read moreretaining wall built. I talked to multiple contractors - some who just didn't call back, a few who said they couldn't (wouldn't) build the fence I wanted, and frankly, a few that I just didn't like. Gerardo showed up, chatted with me about what I wanted, took measurements, and gave me a bid on the spot. I was moving into a house I was rehabbing and needed a portion of this fence done right away because I have a dog and he hustled to not only build the new portion I needed, but went out of his way to do some repairs on the existing fence to keep my dog safe and secure. He and the people working for him showed a lot of attention to detail, checked in with me often about the project to make sure it was coming along and looking as I expected, and every day at the end of the day the work site was clean and organized. I'm planning some plant installations and a new deck and Gerard's Landscaping is going to be my first call!

Giving them 1 star for the poor communication. Sent them communication via yelp. I wanted my…read morebackyard to be leveled and some walking steps to be added. They asked me technical questions on the grade for my backyard and the kind of material i need for the steps, which i had no clue about. So I told them that i would need guidance. They sent me a very lengthy message. Whoever was responding, was in the field and took time out to respond and didnt like that I had not done my due diligence. They told me that the market has changed and they need their customers to do some research. Then they gave me an arbutrary deadline to join a COMPLIMENTARY 10min call. First of all, if you are in the field don't respond to the message or hire someone who can do it without getting upset that their customer do not know what they need.

Also I needed to get front yard mulching and water pressure work. Leonel gave me a quote right away after he saw my yard, I was happy he could manage all of my problems with very reasonable price. (Except one thing - he didn't offer a service for rid of moles) After this project done, I am so happy with the result..! Everything looks much better, can't believe he's done all this by himself in 2 days. He is definitely an expert for yard cleaning. :) Now I am planning to sign up for monthly maintenance from his company, I will keep posted the result..! Post service: I changed my review to star 4, (want to down to 3 actually, but main project of cleaning, they did a good job) the frond yard mulching was a big failure, it now is messier than before... they do mulching with light debris, not with tree barks, I didn't expect this result. We have never reached out to this business or provided them with our contact information, yet they have been contacting my partner daily to push services. It appears they are actively scraping public government or property records to cold-call local residents. Despite making it clear that we are not interested, the invasive disruptions do not stop. This behavior is predatory and incredibly unprofessional.

Santiago and his crew did an amazing job on my project! I had some drainage issues along the back of my yard and decided to have a French drain and raised bed around the perimeter of my yard. These guys came in and dug out about a foot or more of the bad dirt, installed a drain and erected stone blocks for the raised bed and filled in with good quality soil and mulch. The end result looks awesome and I look forward to spending many nights in the back yard looking at how nice it is. The crew worked hard every day, showed up on time and were respectful of my property. Santiago did a great job putting the project together for me and I highly recommend him for all your landscaping needs.

this company initially did a cleanup and landscape work after I had a bunch of pavers installed and…read morethe yard got trashed. The initial work was great but it was a bit of a struggle to communicate with Renee due to extremely slow responses or completely neglecting to respond. They did such a good job initially even though the communication was bad I figured I would hire them for regular service. They were charging me a $270.00 a service to come out and mow a tiny back yard and do weed pulling. I found out later that tree, hedge, and garden bed maintenance was not part of the service and that was all additional. I paid them to do more work and again just completely fell short. Now the quality is also getting bad and they keep asking for more money even when some of their last projects here are not working (a gate). Also I have requested numerous times for the em to stop filling up my yard waste bin with their other clients yard waste. The city won't pick it up because it's too heavy and Renee week after week continues to tell me it will get emptied and never does.
