Their bid was about half of what we'd been offered by the other companies who came out and they actually recommended doing something different with the lawn than we'd been planning on which came out to be a lot cheaper and will make the yard look better longer. I was also impressed that they tried to be considerate of our neighbors who we share a driveway with. In order to access our yard they had to park right in front of our neighbors garage, blocking them in, so they pulled out all of their equipment and then moved their truck down the hill and out of the way. They got the job done quick, were happy to answer some questions I had over the phone the next day and were just generally very easy to work with.

They ignored months of overgrown greenery around the property and after a month & a half of escalations, they finally came over and took care of it. They're also not upfront about the damages they've made & will only fix if you call them out on it. If their rates are competitive, think about what you're paying for. I heard they require a minimum of 48 weeks of service, which is pricey considering their lackluster capabilities and skills. However, if you want your place to look like a jungle & you want things done a month a half later, then definitely go with this business.
