Similar to AJ R's review, this company's employees blow leaves and debris into other neighbors yards and driveways. I have asked the workers twice now to stop doing this. I have left a voice mail in the past which was never returned. I've left another one today. Let's see if they respond. And as far as other reviews about not getting work done, it's probably because the company's crews are hanging out in the parking lot of Yost Park. While walking my dogs, I've seen several trucks there parked during the daytime as early as 10am and as late as 4pm. read more

I don't recommend this business unless you want potential buyers to call your property unkept & "jungle"-like. It took them over a month to take care of overgrown shrubs that were spilling into walkways and curbs, and overgrown trees that hugged the side of my building (I guess they don't believe in rot) and the kicker here is they are contracted to come every week. They ignored months of overgrown greenery around the property and after a month & a half of escalations, they finally came over and took care of it. They're also not upfront about the damages they've made & will only fix if you call them out on it. If their rates are competitive, think about what you're paying for. I heard they require a minimum of 48 weeks of service, which is pricey considering their lackluster capabilities and skills. However, if you want your place to look like a jungle & you want things done a month a half later, then definitely go with this business. read more

We were very happy with the attention to detail of Francis, Fortino, and their extremely hard-working team in completing the hardscaping for our back yard, which included quality installations of a retaining wall, removal of unwanted gravel and sod, flagstone/crushed rock paths, plantings, and topsoil. Truly exceptional work. we have a steep sloped backyard and wanted more usable space.We had a $25k job done to put up a rock retaining wall, some stairs to the top and lighting. The work is perfect, we couldn't be happier. Francis was always available to discuss plans and flexible to make changes. Trino and his crew left the site clean every day, were hard, meticulous workers and we really enjoyed having them. To get the equipment in, they knew they would damage the side yard, so they promised to fix it. They not only fixed it, but leveled it, added beautiful new sod and a packed gravel pad for the trashcans. Much, much improved space! I watch this company "work"out my window. The only way I can tell that anything got done is the leaves have been blown into a different area. I'm not exactly sure what else they do. An agent for Edms Landscaping came around to give me a quote for clean up and some pruning. I got the quote back, lowest and very professionally done. Agt. came over with crew and went around explaining what I wanted done. Also explained that along edge of the road I wanted the height lowered of the trees and shrubs also anything overhanging cut back where the overhang started above. Agt. said he'd be back later. When I went out to see the pruner had cut a tree down completely to a three foot stump, not what I asked for. Pruner said agt. would not be back when I asked. I went to their office and met with the agt. who said it was probably easier to do that way. I asked him if he would drive by look at it and call me? Yes, that would be fine. I never heard back so on the third day went to the office with pics. He did say he would replace the tree if it did not grow back. I have to say I was very pleased with the rest of the job. read more

They might not be the cheapest in town.. but they without a doubt blow away the competition in every other aspect. And you definitely get what you pay for. I bought a house a couple years ago and the yard was horrible. They came out and turned it into my own private oasis. New beds, lawn, water feature, and lighting. Their crew is very nice and helpful. Very knowledgeable about vegetation and different features that they install. I just got a Golden Retriever so I have no doubt they will be coming out to do lawn service soon! These guys are the best of the best. I had only a few days to get our professionally designed, but very neglected yard in shape for a bridal shower for our daughter. They put a crew together with very little notice, who came out on a Saturday, in the pouring rain and did a job that was beyond amazing. They made our yard/home really shine. I was in employee at Edmunds landscaping for about one year when I started working there I had to leave a week's deposit of work I recently got out of Edmonds and when I try to reclaim my one week of hard Labor work they told me that they never ask people to leave one week's deposit but I Clearly remember them telling me you have to leave a week deposit Long story short they didn't wanna pay me my week which he was only like $500 that's nothing compared to the prices they charge customers one day I had a customer come up to me and asked me how much was I getting paid I answered 16 in our he said that was ridiculous because the prices are always going up .For the people who aren't trying to apply here I recommend you dont read more

I've used Edmonds Landscaping for almost a decade and they've continually impressed me with their customer service and quality of work. I've had everything from tree work, to moss removal, to general area maintenance done. Hired them to do a full install of new back yard, Great Results! Finished ahead of schedule and on budget, also did some extra pruning that needed to be done before winter set it, guys were there on time and always asked questions about how things were going. We had to make a change in one area of the design midway through the project and they undid the old work and changed to match our new design with no problem. read more

This landscaping company is ripping people off! They gave me a $1400 quote to replace the backflow on my irrigation system. I had another tester come out to give me a second bid and the backflow passed the test without incident. It didn't need any repairs at all, let alone to be replaced! It makes me wonder how many people this company has swindled out of their hard earned money by taking these "professionals" for their word. Decided to use Edmonds Landscaping for winterization/sprinkler system blow out. I called in October and scheduled this for November because they said they couldn't get me in sooner. I was o.k. with this and decided to wait on them because I heard they were good. I was here waiting for them and they never showed up so I called them to find out what was going on. Their telephone always says that you need to use an extension number so I dialed the number to the guy who set up the appointment and left message to confirm time and that his people didn't show up. Edmonds Landscaping cleans the house to the S of me, they do a lousy job. I am 72 years old, rake my yard, which I did earlier this week, yesterday Edmonds Landscaping came and blew the leaves from the neighbors yard into my yard. This really makes me mad. I tried to call 4 times and all you get is an answering machine, I left a message and got no reply. This is unacceptable. On 8/27/12 my family and I were sitting at a local fast food restaurant in our car eating - we had our windows down and my elbow was sitting in the window. A crewmember walked over from across the parking lot (a good 100 ft away) and simultaneously turned on his leaf-blower, smiled at me and swept the debris from the parking lot curb up directly into my face, my body and interior of my car. When notified, this company first denied they even handled the contract at the restaurant and then subsequently told me that the crew had been dressed down about it and that there was a lesson we all could learn from this, and that they adhere to industry professional standards.
