Ya'll, listen, Gerard's Landscaping is GREAT! I wanted a fence built, a flagstone path laid, and a…read moreretaining wall built. I talked to multiple contractors - some who just didn't call back, a few who said they couldn't (wouldn't) build the fence I wanted, and frankly, a few that I just didn't like. Gerardo showed up, chatted with me about what I wanted, took measurements, and gave me a bid on the spot. I was moving into a house I was rehabbing and needed a portion of this fence done right away because I have a dog and he hustled to not only build the new portion I needed, but went out of his way to do some repairs on the existing fence to keep my dog safe and secure. He and the people working for him showed a lot of attention to detail, checked in with me often about the project to make sure it was coming along and looking as I expected, and every day at the end of the day the work site was clean and organized. I'm planning some plant installations and a new deck and Gerard's Landscaping is going to be my first call!

They asked me technical questions on the grade for my backyard and the kind of material i need for the steps, which i had no clue about. So I told them that i would need guidance. They sent me a very lengthy message. Whoever was responding, was in the field and took time out to respond and didnt like that I had not done my due diligence. They told me that the market has changed and they need their customers to do some research. Then they gave me an arbutrary deadline to join a COMPLIMENTARY 10min call. The number of red flags in 1 message exchange. First of all, if you are in the field don't respond to the message or hire someone who can do it without getting upset that their customer do not know what they need.

Anthony and Joe made short work of removing the remnants of our unsuccessful gardening attempt, and created a huge, beautiful garden and border, featuring a huge variety of butterfly and hummingbird friendly plants. In addition, they built a lovely trellis, complete with honeysuckle plants to give us the garden I've always wanted. It completely transformed our backyard. Throughout the project, Anthony continued to provide exemplary service - he kept me apprised of his plans, was happy to discuss any concerns, and was a pleasure to work with. I appreciate his continued commitment to excellent customer service and high quality work. If you're looking for an excellent landscaping company, definitely reach out to Anthony. While landscaping companies play a crucial role in transforming outdoor spaces, my recent…read moreexperience in April/May 2025 with GoGreen Landscaping for cleanup and yard restoration work fell short of expectations. Here are the key issues that surfaced during my project: Quality of Work - The cleanup and restoration work did not meet the promised standards. Despite assurances of thoroughness, some bed areas were left uncleared, with debris and weeds remaining. Additionally, items like edging and pruning that were included in the scope of services were not performed at all. Beyond the dethatching, the lawn restoration work yielded a lackluster result. Customer Communication - Written communications with GoGreen were very frustrating. After pointing out the issues that I had with the work performed, GoGreen accused me of overwatering the new seed, planning to never pay in full, and finally of having unrealistic expectations. The issue was exacerbated after I partially paid the invoice for the cleanup work while waiting for improvements in the new lawn. After receiving some angry, defensive responses, I informed GoGreen they were no longer welcome at my home. I attempted to settle the balance by offering to pay for materials and dethatching since I now need to fix the issues myself or hire another company. I then received another email threatening me with a lien on my property if I didn't pay in full. This response felt heavy-handed and added unnecessary stress to an already frustrating experience. Despite my obvious displeasure with the outcome, I paid the outstanding balance in full. Conclusion - I'm sure after reading this review, GoGreen will write a response blaming me for the outcome. Nothing GoGreen responds with will take away the fact that I wrote this review because GoGreen failed to deliver what was promised in the original scope of work. So, if you have unlimited financial resources and have extremely low expectations regarding the outcomes of your home projects, then GoGreen might be for you. Otherwise, I'd look elsewhere for landscaping services.

I have owed Nick a review for too long for the beautiful custom backyard he built for us in the…read moresummer of 2022, so here it is. Previously we were not using our backyard too often - we had huge leyland cypresses along our fenceline that absolutely choked any sunlight out of the backyard. We had moss everywhere, grass that struggled to grow in the shade and grew patchy, and some large magnolia trees that would constantly get damaged by the winter snows. We love being outdoors and spending time in our backyard, but wanted to upgrade the space. We worked with Nick to create a custom plan and redesign our backyard from the ground up, including a covered patio area with BBQ grill and flat top, mini fridge, and a beautiful stone fireplace. Nick's team wrapped the columns of the patio cover with stone, and laid it all out on a bluestone paved patio. He was also able to accommodate a hot tub, and finished it all off with lovely landscaping and plants. We even added a shed and wired it up as an extra entertainment room. Throughout the whole process Nick was patient and accommodating, and was flexible as we encountered problems or changes that needed to be made. Nick's guys were on time and professional, and basically spent months with them as they did their work! Would highly recommend Mill Creek Landscapes for your backyard project, big or small.

Boom. Correct. We already had a design from a landscape architect but Nick was able to adjust our rough plans to be even more precise and suitable for the space. His crew was equally conscientious. At least three separate times, Tony asked for my opinion on what he had started building, and when I said, "How about this way instead?" he graciously took the more time-consuming route to ensure all of his meticulous stone work made me smile. We could not be happier with our new space. All the neighbors are jealous. Hire these guys if you can!
