Carl and his crew are simply THE BEST! They have been doing our holiday lighting for years. They schedule in advance, show up on time, get your lights working perfectly and they're out. Then, in January, Rain or Shine sends you an email for light removal - you put your bin on the porch and they take them down, box them up - ready for next year. In 2020, they replaced all our lights with opaque LED bulbs (even used our old light strings) that look amazing - no LED appearance at all. I highly recommend Rain or Shine. I have not used them for windows, but based on my experience, I'm sure they're excellent. read more

There were a few small things they missed here and there, but pointing them out was enough to get them to go back and fix them. The person was very friendly and it was a pleasure to have it at home and discuss. Four stars because he was a little too messy for me (maybe I'm too meticulous). Didn't ask for removing shoes on the carpet, did some fat chicken stain after eating on the patio, put water on his head (warm day) in the kitchen and water everywhere on the floor. So we cancelled the first appointment last minute- our bad. Because of this I could be forgiving when they were late. Things happen. It's an entirely different situation when you have to call 3 times for an ETA and the owner isn't concerned with following up. I wasn't offered a concession- just a call from some guy who had a bunch of sketchy excuses for not coming to work. After that, I was done. No thanks- I'll find someone else to come to into my home.
