Every now and then when you're just looking for a simple shirt or what have you if you're willing to deal with the ambiguity of a Ross store you can come across something absolutely excellent! I have other products from this brand. They are super soft and a little dressier than just plain yoga pants or sweatpants. They'll be great for airline travel. These were hiding on the clearance rack at $8.99 so this is one happy shopping camper! Do they have every piece of clothing in every color in every size absolutely not but that's what makes the hunt a little bit fun when you're looking for something new. They carry some very high-end brands. You just have to be willing to spend the time to look for them. This particular Ross is usually neat and clean and everything is organized by the type of clothing and size so it's a lot easier than some of the stores that are a mess. Definitely worth your time. Of all the local Ross stores (and I do stop at any I see!) this one has always been my least favorite. The store is clean and the employees are friendly and helpful but, more often than not, I leave there empty-handed. My last visit was a wonderful exception. I realize with Ross that things are hit or miss, but I obviously arrived at just the right time, before anyone else got to all the great clearance items. I found more shoes that I didn't need :) as well as a handful of blouses that will take me into the fall. The dog got a bargain bowl and I found a few pairs of shorts for the grandson for only $6. Brand new location that is very well stocked with some of the latest trendy fashions. As soon as you walk in your immediately greeted by a staff of friendly employees with a smile. This location has late hours which is nice because you can still find great deals later into the night. Like typical Ross stores they have everything you will find at other location except there is plenty to choose from. Some Ross stores have very minimal merchandise while this one is completely full. Since it is new it is neat, clean and organized which makes it easier to shop. read more

Not the best location for sure. The store is so cluttered and over packed that one can hardly find anything. The suitcase selection were very disappointing. Not a very clean look and even sections are not marked correctly. It's a miracle if we walk around and get something that might catch the eye. Their return policy is not being honored correctly as well DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. Go to 7th st and Bell location amazing people here its worth the extra 10min drive. This place is strange. I needed change for the car wash so I decided to do some shopping. They greet you very friendly when you walk in, but other than that nope. I tried on a few things in the fitting room and the lady wasn't helpful when I had problems organizing my hangers. Selection is fine, they had lots to browse from in the clothing section. When I was ready to check out, the lady was standing at her register writing on a post it, and didn't look up or anything. She told me I could set my stuff down and proceeded writing, for a good minute. Uhh, very strange. The place was pretty empty, too. She could've finished up her notes some other time and been more prompt about helping me. I just get a weird vibe from this place and probably won't be back. read more

I always love going to Ross, everything is such great prices!! I was also very happy with the Covid measures being taken. all employees and customers were wearing masks, hand sanitizer and plexiglass barrier at check out desk, etc. went around 9pm and some guy started following me and talking to me all the way to the check out. finally I asked him to please leave me alone, which he got all defensive and the wonderful cashier stepped in and told him if he's not going to buy anything to leave, the kind ladies behind me also stepped in, and a nice young man walked me to my car. I went from feeling uncomfortable to grateful for the employees here for stepping in. just a huge thank you to everyone at Ross tonight for making me feel safe!! read more

When this Ross opened, it was well-stocked and well-staffed. There were large selections of everything. Fast-forward to today. I walked in and was greeted, but it felt less like a friendly welcome and more like "I see you there, so don't you try to steal anything." First, I wandered through the shoe section. There were barely any athletic shoes in a size ten. Then I went to the spot where there should have been tons of hair ties and head bands, and there were maybe ten things hanging on the hooks, none of them very interesting and most of them looking like they came from 1985. There just didn't seem to be much of anything, except for clothes. There were empty shelves where there should have been kitchen stuff, I couldn't find any car or exercise accessories, and I never saw any sheets. Also, Ross used to be a great place to find small appliances, such as slow cookers, and I saw nothing of the sort. To their credit, they did add two cashiers to help the one that was staffed when they noticed seven people waiting to check out. I like going to Ross stores because it is usually fin to see what sort of quirky items I can get for a good price. This location has zero variety of types of items, or brands within those types. It's simply not fun anymore. It's like the selection has been dumbed down to meet what someone in an office thinks the little people want to shop for. read more

I have been waiting for close to a year for this location to open since it is so convenient to home. I must say that everyone is very friendly and you are greeted by staff as you work your way through the store. It's nice that it is new and clean but the selection was only ok. Actually the children's clothing department was a disappointment. I went there looking for back to school clothes for my son and couldn't find anything as the selection was very small. I did walk out of there with the odd combination of a garden sculpture and a spatula so I didn't leave empty handed. It's close to home so I am sure I will stop by there again but it won't be with any regularity. read more

Ross you need to get with the times. I just bought this item 3 days ago and brought it back to return it but forgot my receipt. I bought with a credit card yet they will only give me store credit because I don't have my receipt. Almost every other store I shop at can look it up by the credit card and just give me a refund in whatever way I want it. That's really horrible customer service and definitely not taking care of your customers who probably pretty often don't have the receipts when they want to return something. read more
