My wife enjoys shopping here, and I enjoy taking her and keeping her company as we both look around. We most recently stopped by At Home looking for black out curtains and for a rug/carpet of a certain color. We ended up finding both but only bought one for now. My wife had a birthday coupon to use for a discount off an item. We also found other items that we put aside in our mind to come back and get another time. On previous visits, we either got outdoor patio cushions, grilling supplies, holiday items, or framed pictures to name a few. If you visit the At Home Phoenix location website (https://www.athome.com/store/arizona-phoenix), you will find plenty of items listed including sales and clearance items, a store map and directions, store hours, the return policy, Q&A, and more. Shopping options include pickup and delivery. The store hours are 9 AM to 9 PM daily. By joining their Insider Perks (for free!), you can get a 15% coupon off on your next purchase, a birthday coupon for 15% off, exclusive Insider Perks Deals, hassle-free receiptless returns, gifts with purchase, sweepstakes and more. I have enjoyed past contests and sweepstakes in the store including a scavenger hunt during the Winter holidays of 2024. Also on their website, you can take advantage of a free 2-hour pick-up or same-day delivery starting at $10. This store has helped us make our home feel like a home thanks to At Home!

There were so many things I loved but somehow I still walked out empty handed -- I think there was too much and I didn't have anything specific that I was looking for but the prices seemed really good. You…read morenever know what you'll find on the shelves of the store, on the end-caps, or at the check-out aisle. The employees are helpful, and there is an organized way to check out where there is one line and a whole bunch of registers with a number flashing and announcement being made when the next person in line can be assisted. This is also where returns are made. My wife and I have been there recently as we just got a dog, and they have several aisles of pet supplies from treats to beds to bowls and so much more. I also remember going this past December to stock up on holiday gifts (and they sure had a large selection of wonderful baskets at great prices!). I also remember finding fun gifts for my staff and students before. I know my mother in law and wife enjoy shopping regularly at HomeGoods, and this location is convenient with good service and products. I have also been impressed with the flexibility that the staff have had with their policies from their return policy to how they handle receipts. It is nice to see staff have autonomy to support customers while also still following protocols and processes. That empowerment goes a long way, and it may explain why the staff seem to enjoy working there. HomeGoods is part of the same company as TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Sierra, and HomeSense. It is a part of the TJX Rewards Credit Card program, where you can earn 5% back every time you shop with the card. You can learn more about the program at https://www.homegoods.com/tjx-rewards-credit-card. There doesn't seem to be a loyalty program otherwise if you don't get the credit card. As there are always different sections of the store I learn about on each visit, and there are seasonal sections added regularly, I look forward to seeing what I find on my next visit.
