A Heartwarming Experience at Rose Pho Rating: Rose Pho is not just a restaurant; it's a place where the warmth of hospitality and the richness of flavors come together to create an unforgettable dining experience. From the moment you step through the door, you are greeted with genuine kindness and hospitality from the owner, whose sweetness and caring nature set the tone for the entire meal. The food at Rose Pho is nothing short of exceptional. Each dish is prepared with skill and attention to detail, resulting in flavors that are both comforting and delicious. I had the Pho with brisket and flank, and it was the perfect meal for this chilly weather. But what truly sets Rose Pho apart is the owner's personal touch. Not only does she ensure that every guest feels welcome and valued, but she also goes above and beyond by offering prayers for your family and your meal. This heartfelt gesture adds an extra layer of warmth and meaning to the dining experience, making you feel like a cherished member of the Rose Pho family. You can easily tell that many of the customers have a very good relationship with the owner and feel at home every time they come. She even came over to wish me safe trip back home to LA. I will definitely be coming back when I'm visiting Seattle. In addition to the outstanding food and hospitality, the atmosphere at Rose Pho is cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place to gather with loved ones and create lasting memories. Overall, my experience at Rose Pho was nothing short of magical. The owner's kindness and sweet nature, combined with the delicious food and welcoming atmosphere, make it a true gem in the culinary world. I wholeheartedly recommend Rose Pho to anyone looking for an extraordinary dining experience filled with love, flavor, and heartfelt prayers. read more

Well, I tell ya, it was right around 11 o'clock in the morning when I touched down at Sea-Tac International Airport up there in Seattle, Washington. After makin' my way through all the hustle and bustle, I found myself at this quaint little Vietnamese place called Rose Pho. Now, let me just say, it was a mighty fine decision, if I do say so myself. I ordered me a beautiful, steaming bowl of pho soup, and just as that heavenly aroma started fillin' the air and the bowl was placed on my table, along comes Miss Rose herself--the owner, mind ya. She was just as warm and kind as a summer breeze back home in South Carolina. Well, wouldn't you know it, she offered to say a prayer over me, right there on the spot. Now, I've eaten in my fair share of restaurants, but I've never had an owner take the time to do somethin' so heartfelt. It was the sweetest, most genuine gift I reckon I've ever received in a place like that. And let me tell ya somethin' else--her menu? Oh, it was somethin' to behold. The food? Why, it was downright excellent. Every bite felt like it had a little love stirred right into it. If you're ever up that way, I couldn't recommend Rose Pho highly enough. It's not just a meal--it's an experience, and one I'll carry with me for a long time. read more

If you're looking for incredible Vietnamese food served with a side of love and hospitality, look no further than Rose Pho in Normandy Park. From the moment you walk in, Mama Rose herself greets you like family, her warmth and kindness radiating throughout the restaurant. She even prayed for us, which was such a heartwarming and unique touch--it felt like visiting a beloved relative's home. Now, onto the food--absolutely delicious! We tried the S2 Noodle Combo and the Pho Special, and both dishes were packed with rich, authentic flavors that left us craving more. The broth in the pho was perfectly seasoned, comforting, and savory, while the noodle combo was a delightful mix of textures and tastes. But honestly, the food is only half the reason to visit. The other half is Mama Rose herself--she's truly a gem, and her care for her customers elevates the entire experience. Come for the food, stay for Mama Rose. Highly recommend this place! read more

This is my ABSOLUTE favorite place for pho. In general, it's hard to go wrong with pho, so I never thought I would have a fave restaurant for it. That all changed with my first visit to Rose Pho with my husband. The owners are incredibly kind. Not only that, they greet each table individually, separate from the servers taking care of you. They have done this every time we have visited. The special sauce about this place, though? The pho is truly the best I've ever had. I shouldn't hype it up so much, but it really is. It's so flavorful and perfect and I have no useful adjectives whatsoever - you just have to try it. I couldn't shut up about it on our first visit. They have a lovely menu of other items as well, but I can't seem to branch out. Why mess with perfection? The restaurant is clean, cozy, and quiet. Highly recommended! read more

I have had the pleasure of discovering a cozy Vietnamese restaurant conveniently located near the Seatac Airport, just a 9-minute drive away. The restaurant boasts a charming atmosphere and a friendly staff, making it an ideal dining destination. The food is comparable to the Vietnamese cuisine I have enjoyed in Los Angeles. However, what truly sets this restaurant apart are the uplifting quotes and Bible verses displayed on the walls. Interestingly, the restaurant doubles as a fellowship location on Sunday mornings, with the restaurant opening at 12 noon. It seems that the restaurant may be funding a ministry. Before departing, the owner, Rose, graciously provides each guest with fresh fruits or vegetables. The featured dishes in these pictures are the Special Noodle Soup and Beef Chili Lemongrass Rice noodles. read more

I was craving pho and decided to stop by Rose Pho in Normandy Park for a fix. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and service. The pho broth was rich and flavorful, with just the right amount of spice. The noodles were perfectly cooked, and the meat was tender and juicy. The portions were generous, and the prices were slightly higher than expected given the high quality of the food and service. The restaurant had a cozy and inviting atmosphere, and the staff was friendly and attentive. They made certain that I had a pleasant dining experience and that I was satisfied with my meal. Overall, I would recommend Rose Pho to anyone looking for a tasty bowl of pho. The food is delicious, and the service is outstanding. I'll definitely be back for more. read more

Simply the best is family owned restaurants. People say they want Pho, I think of Rose's. Friends say they want Chinese food, I think of Rose's. You say you want Thai for lunch, I think of Rose's. Their menu is huge, and I've NEVER had a bad dish, bad service or an empty space in my stomach when I left. The portions are huge and are very well prepared. I love all of the staff and especially the little cream puffs you get for dessert. They also have lots of vegan and vegetarian options! You become family when you enter Rose's. Everyone is called Sister or Brother, they always remember my name, my father, my mother, and thank me for bringing people to the restaurant. This is what you expect from a family restaurant and they deliver every time! read more

This is my favorite Vietnamese food and people anywhere. The food is excellent and Rose and her team truly care about each and every customer. I do not understand why this place is not packed from opening to close. The ambiance is welcoming and you are greeted from the moment you open the door and Rose visits each and every customer. I love the Cashew Chicken, Pho, Banh Mi and the Singapore noodles. This is a hidden gem and everyone needs to come here at least once because everything is amazing. They even make their potstickers fresh in house and they are fantastic. Thank you Rose and team for making some an amazing and wonderful place. I drive an hour each way just to enjoy you and your food. read more

First off, the little lady whom I presume to be THE Rose of Rose Pho hugged us when we came in. It was off putting but very lovely. What a nice lady this Rose is. Besides that- the food was fantastic. My mom ordered fried rice- having settled because she wanted a salad but I made her come here. She was so happy with her choice. This place threw in vegetables with the fried rice- a whole meal in and of itself. Big chunks of broccoli and mushrooms and carrot and wow! I had the pho. The broth means everything and this broth was tasty. We are just visiting here but recommend this place to locals :) read more

Rose Pho offers a delightful variety of Vietnamese dishes, including Bun Bo Hue and Vegetarian bánh xèo. The Bun Bo Hue boasts a rich flavor with tender meat, striking a perfect balance of seasoning. The bánh xèo is exceptionally crispy, filled with homemade tofu and fresh veggies, all without MSG. The owner's warm hospitality shines through, as she goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, even treating us to additional garlic bread to take home. If you appreciate cleanliness and friendly service, Rose Pho comes highly recommended. read more

What a cute little neighborhood restaurant! I went w zero expectations. I came out pleasantly surprised. This restaurant is clean. The owner lady is super nice. Food is prepped fresh. The pho broth is on point. Only gripe was that the meat was a bit too cooked and thus too chewy, but everything else was great. When your food is brought out, the owner lady blesses you & your food. :) If you are in the neighborhood, go check it out. read more

Was just stopping by for a quick lunch on my way to the Mariner's game, and was not expecting much. Pho places in San Jose are a dime a dozen. However, the pho here far exceeded my expectations, and is better than anything that I can get in San Jose. The broth in particular was very savory, which I was not expecting as San Jose usually has watery broth. The staff was also very courteous. I will definitely come back here again. read more

Love this restaurant. The food is amazing, cooked fresh to order, lots of choices, very healthy. Rose is a sweetheart, says a prayer over guests shortly after arrival and before they leave. Can't wait to try more dishes, but difficult as I love the first one I had so much, I always want to order it again (Chili Lemongrass Chicken). Pad Thai is very different from what I was used to at Thai restaurants, but still good. read more

We love this place! Their food is great - we've had best success with their pho and appetizers. They have a huge menu but we have our favorites. Their service is quick and friendly. Their owner likes to say a quick prayer to bless you and your family and we were confused at first but have come to welcome someone else looking out for us. read more
