On my most recent visit I noticed the glue was a minimal amount so I asked Ruby to add more she said it would be fine and I said okay I am sure they will come off due to my short length. Approximately 9 days later the first nail came off, I called and Ruby asked me to come tomorrow but was unable so I returned the next day. She was very apologetic and had no problem fixing it. I asked her to check the others because I already knew what would happen. Well the next day another nail came off, I called and reported it but now I am frustrated because after paying $60 no nails should be falling off before 2 weeks. After receiving the 2nd repair I was told my new total is $5.00. I was APPALLED. I should have been informed it was a charge and also given the option of maybe just going ahead and doing a refill. Why pay $60, then 10 days later $5.00 then another 4 days later $50 for refill. Ve the front desk manager was very RUDE AND CONDENSING, I requested to speak with owner. She wrote the number for me to call and I asked if she would call and explain. She spoke with him and he requested to speak with me. After speaking with him he understood my frustration and further EXPLAINED THEY HAVE A 3 DAY POLICY. This is not written on any notices located in the establishment and I never had a problem before. My only concern was stand behind your product, it is not the COST but the PRINCIPLE. I was very respectable, calm and not rude but I was appalled and astonished it was unreal. The owner asked if I would come back and do not worry about the $5.oo but at this point I was embarrassed and not a fond of how I was treated. I told him I would pay the $5.00 and NEVER RETURN due to the inconsistency and disrespect. He was apologetic but the way I was treated by the manager (VE) who did not even want to give me her name which I had to get from the owner. I left peacefully and will not return. I decided to give it a try so we made an appointment. First impression walking in was how clean and neat this place was. All the mail technicians were matching uniforms. We were not only greeted as we walked in but every person told us hi as we walked past them. We were taken to our chairs and these were like no chairs I had seen before. They were super comfortable and looked oversized but hugged you at the same time. The nail technician Kristine came and greeted me as she started preparing the water. She confirmed what I wanted before starting. She was very professional, detailed and gentle all at the same time. When everything was done and I paid my bill, the owner stopped me and told me to pick my "lucky money". Next to the register was a vase with pieces of paper inside. During my pedicure, the technician trimmed my toenail disfiguring the shape, and it will take several months for it to grow back and match my other toenail. I requested a complimentary overlay at each of my monthly pedicure appointments until my toenail has fully grown back. Instead of addressing my request, they simply repeated their offer of a $30 discount that would be applied to my account if I returned. I will not return until they make this situation right. They also have not addressed my husband's experience. He was charged an additional $3 for a toenail trim that was never performed on a pedicure service where it should have been included. It is unfair for customers to spend their hard-earned money on a luxury service like nail care only to receive substandard treatment and then have their legitimate concerns dismissed instead of properly resolved.
