I'm really glad this is nearby. The store is smaller than it's sister location. However, they have everything the other location has. I ended up buying two packs of crochet hair to do my hair myself. The packs will say to use one but if you want your hair full you can buy two like I did. They had a very cute blue color and also pink but I stayed with jet black on the style that I picked. Of course other styles have purple, yellow, orange, red, blonde, brown and so on and so forth. I also bought some press on nails because I need my real nails to go stronger since I get them done too often. They don't last that long so I'm hoping I get a weeks worth out of them. I also purchased a few tubes of matte lipstick that I can't find anywhere else but always get compliments on the color. I will be back.

Made an appointment for 3:30 and she wasn't there. Her employee called her to find out she had a family emergency and someone else would be there to do color. I was ok with that. When the lady showed up she asked did I have my color. As long as I have been getting my hair colored I have never had to buy my own. And if rose would have told me that at our first meeting I would have either went somewhere else or purchased the color. At least I would have known. Her employee and I went to the supply store to get it, which was nice of her to come with me, because I never bought color before. At the store, when it was time to pay her employee said if I paid it would be deducted from the price, so I paid. When it was time to pay for my service I zelled the money minus the amount I paid for the color. They called rose to make sure she received the payment, and rose let me know the price of the color was not to be deducted. I spoke with her and she insisted I was responsible for my own color. Again, I have never had to bring my own products to a hair salon, except when I got braids I brought my own hair. That's like going to a restaurant only to find out you had to bring your own dishes. I didn't know I had to ask 21 questions about the price. Again, she should have just said I would be responsible for bringing my own color. The employee told me they don't do a lot of coloring, which made me a little nervous, but she assured me she knew what she was doing. The service was find although, the water was freezing cold doing shampoo process. Not sure what was going on with that. I kept complaining because it was cold cold not just cold.
