Although I typically refrain from writing reviews, I felt compelled to share my positive experience at a recently discovered salon in my new neighborhood. While I previously frequented nail salons in Lynwood, I am pleased to inform you that I have discovered an exceptional establishment. The salon is conveniently located approximately seven minutes from my residence, within easy driving distance. Upon arrival, I was greeted by exceptionally friendly staff who engaged in brief conversations before placing me in line for my appointment. During the wait, I observed other patrons engrossed in lively conversations, laughter, and contentment, all enjoying their nail treatments. The salon's cleanliness was also noteworthy. When it was finally my turn, I was greeted by another friendly staff member who turned out to be the owner. She patiently seated me and demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of the range of available colors. Initially, I mistook one shade for black, but the owner, Nikki, provided insightful guidance on the color spectrum. After careful consideration, I selected a shade that perfectly complemented my skin tone. As I sat comfortably, I felt very relaxed. I watched her with the clippers and file working my nails. She is like a magician. She took her time and was very meticulous as she worked her magic. This is the best part. They even brought me a glass of sparkling. Now not only was I relaxed, but I was also feeling refreshed. I continued to be impressed throughout the process as I watched her paint my nails. Oh, and the design gave it a nice touch. I love it. Thank you, Nikki, and staff. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back now that I have found the gem.
Very impressed with this nail salon! They did a beautiful job with my full set. I showed a photo of a design I found on Instagram and they were able to replicate pretty well. I was most impressed with how efficient they were with applying my acrylics. It looks neat and even and the shapes look amazing. Will definitely come back! They had proper COVID protocols in place too. Asked every customer to wash their hands as they come in and took everyone's temperature and had us sign in with our name and numbers down as a precaution.
Extremely satisfied with Jada's service. Very professional, fast and efficient. Often times when I go to a salon my vision it's not achieved and Jada went beyond my expectation.
Listen, I understand getting your acrylic tips removed isn't the most comfortable thing in world but this visit was unfortunately an awful experience and I will not be returning. Came in to get my tips removed and the tech starts popping them off. No acetone soaking or anything. As she is popping the tips off after not soaking, she cuts me not once but twice underneath my nail and I start bleeding. I switched over to Rose Nails from the other salon in the nearby complex because their quality of manicures is better and the salon is cleaner. Their manicures/pedicures are still great, just wouldn't recommend getting your tip removal here.
This place is clean, the staff are brilliant and friendly, and the price is greatly decent. I recognize this is under new management/owner and the owner is super friendly. I asked, they delivered; highly recommended.
I've been here twice now, both times were on a Sunday when my hands and feet were looking rough after going more than 5 weeks without a fresh mani + pedi. The staff here greeted me upon arrival and were prompt to take care of me. They frequently checked in to make sure that I was satisfied with the service. Helen is super sweet and nailed the design in the inspiration photo that I showed her. Thin layer of dip powder with black brush strokes and gold foil, finished with a matte top coat. Can you believe that these are my real nails? Love them!
I've been going to Rose Nails since last summer because I liked the ladies and the place is clean, but in the past two months I've been unhappy with the work. I came in to get a color change before a wedding and cruise. I had asked for another coat, but before doing that she briskly FILED THE FRESH POLISH and then put one last topcoat. I asked why that was done and another lady said it was to make it stronger and not peel. What?! Never heard of that. Plus it was filed over the middle of the nail, where peeling doesn't even start. I gave it a chance to see what she meant, but afterwards I spoke up and pointed out the filed dust looked like like sand under the topcoat; I could see the scratches; and the nails were dull in the middle and shiny around the edges. She didn't acknowledge the poor quality and was kind of dismissive. She said putting oil on it will make it shiny, but it made the scratches more visible. She didn't charge for the topcoat but I still had to pay for the color change. Very disappointed. Used to be my favorite spot.
Horrible job on my shellac manicure and shellac pedicure! Ugh make sure y'all ladies Check and pay attention. I was just tryna to relax and I got a horrible job ! Never again ! Look at the paint job and you can see my prior shellac color still from my last appt ! They need to pay attention to detail and i had to come back another hour to have them do it again ! They also put thinner in the polish , which means ladies your shellac isn't going to last and some of the colors painted were dark and light it didn't match and they blamed it on it being too thick! Wtf ! I had to have them take this color off and use another color ! Honestly they are being cheap on the polish doing that instead of just buying a new one and reusing old polish ! I can't ! I couldn't believe they did it front of me a few times ! Anyways I'm going to stick to going to Em's Bellevue salon ! Way better and same price !! Paid almost $90' including tip for my shellac manicure pedicure and looks so horrible ! Waste of time and money !!
I was lucky to book an appointment with Jayda! I had a full set done with gel polish. Jayda exceeded my expectations with her welcoming personality and attention to detail. She did my nails better than the photo I showed her! After reading the reviews, I can see why many people swear by this nail salon! All the ladies at Rose Nails are so sweet and I love the family atmosphere here. Thank you so much Jayda for giving me bomb ass nails!! I'll never go to anyone else!

Rose Nails is my go to nail salon. But the last two times I have gone I haven't gotten good results. My nail polish faded within a day the first time, and my acrylic nails broke within a week after my last visit. I haven't done anything different, but 4 of the 10 nails are broken after just one week. The pictures show the broken nails. read more

first time coming to this nail salon..The First Lady did not take her time at all and her hands were shaking so bad ( if you have a condition that involves shaking then at least take your time and try and do the best you can ) the second lady wasn't any better, I tried having a conversation with her and she ignored me. people are spending their hard earned money to support your business, at least try and do a decent job! I've never not tipped and this was my first time not tipping. read more

I've been here multiple times but I just keep putting off my review. Honestly, I always walk out of here satisfied with my pedicure and manicure. I've never been disappointed! JADA TAKES CARE OF MY NAILS and brings them back to life! Every time I see her, my cuticles are a mess, as my boyfriend would put it "your nails look rough!" but after she's done with them, they look clean and well groom. I have gone to other places where they polish your nails and the polish gets on your skin so when your nails start to grow out, the polish lifts. But this has never been a problem with Jada. I'm telling you, SHE IS AMAZING! She's definitely my go-to nail tech! Love her and I will always be back! read more
Followed Jayda here from her old nail salon and I'm so glad because now she's even closer to my house! She is incredibly detail oriented and is so precise. I love it! I never have bubbles in my nails (biggest pet peeve) or on my skin. She's great with matching colors with pictures of designs I bring in. She's also amazing at designs! I don't really ask for anything crazy but whatever I request, she can do. Other people at the salon are great also and gentle when removing shellac or an acrylic so you're in good hands with anyone there. If jaydas free, book with her and you won't regret it! read more

After long searching for the perfect nail shop I finally found it at Rose Nails in Kent. Everyone there were so welcoming & sweet. Shop was very neat & organized. I went for a medi pedi & the girl that took care of me did an excellent job on my nails & toes. Her polishing job was the best i've experienced. Also my friend got her medi pedi done & her nails were beautifully done. She was extremely happy. So my friend & I will definitely come back very soon & we're bringing more of our friends too. read more

This place was recently taken over by new management and it's amazing! I've lived in the area for more than 20 years, middle school, high school and college I've been coming here through all of it. I recently moved to the renton landing area but since the new management has taken over I drive all the way back here to get my nails done. My girlfriend recommended me to Jayda in spring 2016 and I've never let anyone else touch my hands or feet since! All of the ladies in the salon are great and they're always updating their nail services/techniques and colors. Near or far this place is worth trying out! read more

I've only been here a couple times, but its always a great experience! The technicians are friendly and insure you get what you want. If its color, shape, length, they'll make sure its how you like and will fix it not problem if it's not. Don't shy away if you see they are busy, they have great time management, and can take care of all their clients. This is my go to nail salon from now on! read more

I come here often for pedicures, eyebrow waxing and manicures. The manicures aren't always the best (they send you out the door before the polish is dry, so it's easy to ruin your nails right after leaving), but the pedicures are very good. They are also very reasonably priced. For example, eyebrow waxing will cost you about $8, a pedicure will cost you around $20 and acrylic nails will cost you around $25. The chairs for pedicures have massaging features. They have a large selection of nail polishes, including gels. They also offer fake eyelashes. I will keep coming here for pedicures. read more

The worst manicure I have ever received. I came to this location because of its ratings. I went to get chrome nails and first off the lady I spoke with said they had rose gold chrome, which is what I was getting. However, come to find out the is no rose gold powder it's only the color underneath the chrome that changes. Well I had done my research before going to their facility and I know for a fact they there is such thing as rose gold powder. Also, what they. All rose gold it not actually what it should look like. So , i decided to go with silver... well the same lady said it would look true silver on top of a clear coat. I agree the silver looked more true than other times that I used a black base. However, I'm not sure if it is their powder or their technique, but it literally looks like I got a silver sparkle nail polish on. NOT chrome at all... ok o well... it would have not been that big of a deal if my polish wasn't clumpy or messy or spotted.. but it was. If you want a true chrome please go to Universal nails! They are the BEST at it! I should have just gone there, but at least now I know. I must add that I asked for a manicure and this was NO manicure... everywhere I have been they will massage your hands put lotion or some kind of oil also your hands and nails will come out looking pretty and clean at least. Not here! They look messy ugly and cheap (which they weren't cheap at all) I will add pictures so you can see for yourself. I would never recommend this place. Staff was very friendly, but they do a horrible job unfortunately... read more

I was in two weeks ago and had a new gal give me a pedicure. Before I knew it she had grabbed the metal grater and had gouged a whole in the side of my foot. It bleed during the entire time she was working on me. I mentioned it to the owner Tina showing her what happened,. I left paying full price not able to walk on my foot and was not even offer a bandaid. read more

Super cute nail salon and they serve water, soda and tea! I've gone to many nails salons and none of them have that. If you are picky about your nails you must see Jayda! She is amazing. I've been going to her for almost 3 years now. I'm super particular about my shape and she delivers each and every time. It's an awesome location cause you are right next to Starbucks and it's an easy location to find. read more
