We were seated by the loath near by the bar and we started looking at the menus and they took our menus and moved us away because they assumed we weren't of age but we were and they didn't ask for ID's.Overall I wouoe not recommend no one to to go this place it feels very judgmental and not a welcoming place . read more

I placed a phone order for delivery on Sunday December 14th at 12:03pm with Theresa (manager). She was passive aggressive with her tone while taking my information but I ignored it. After 2 1/2 hours I called for an update. She answered as said she couldn't find my order. As I tell her that the payment was made and question their system, she begins to yell and cut me off and proceeds to hang up. I call back and she puts me on hold, I call back and she comes to the phone and just starts by saying 'ma'am I don't want to hear it!'. Never in my life have I had someone treat me so rudely while trying to place my order, or get update especially at Rosatis. I won't subject myself to this treatment. Crown Point Rosati's: Good: We ordered the thin crust pizza with sausage and pepperoni. It was very good. All aspects of the pizza were pretty tasty. The crust had a mild char and held up the other ingredients very well. The sauce wasn't overbearing and was actually tasty, not sour as you may find with other pizza joints. The pepperoni and sausage had good flavor. The wings we ordered as mild and the wing sauce was good with a mild zing to it. They were flavorful. The side salad was fresh and crisp. The dough bites were just okay. The server was pleasant but a little slow on the service. It was. Thursday night and they were somewhat busy so I can't speak to whether or not this is typical or because they were overwhelmed. We will be back. read more

They certainly have raised their prices a lot lately. You can't even get a small cup of marinara for your beef sandwich without them adding another dollar to your order. Online states that sandwiches include fries or side salad. But, if you select a side salad, they will add another $2.00! the total order ends up being a great deal more than it used to be. not only has the base price of everything increased by $3.00, everything is an add on. the food is mediocre for the cost! read more

Good, not great. The sauce was the best part. For a Chicago-style "tavern pizza," the crust was a bit chewy. Toppings were generous and the pizza was properly cooked. Definitely better than most of the pizza here in Valpo. I'm spoiled, as I lived in NY for 15 years, and also a few years in Chicago, so I have high standards. Wings were average - nothing to write home about. Price of the pie was fair, as was the delivery fee. Indiana needs to start cutting pizzas like a pie instead of all these little squares. Crust should be a handle, and one should be able to fold the slice. This is a repeater for us, becaue it's the best we've found in Valpo in about 15 tries. read more

Me and my wife don't eat pork so we wanted Pizza that was good enough to eat without Pepperoni and Sausage. We ordered an Italian Beef and Chicken pizza with their weird, rising crust or whatever it's called. This place isn't all that good. It's not the atmosphere (we took out) it's not the crust or anything like that. It just has no flavor. The Chicken was under cooked and hard in spots, the sauce has to be the most basic, flavorless, chopped up tomatoes I've ever seen. it's JUST tomato... No deep red color to it, no flavor. Watered down tasting. If you like eating cold pizza it's not bad but all in all this Pizza is not a viable choice for me. I'm original from Milwaukee and a transplant of being transplanted from Chicago and I only eat regular, none deep dish pizza. I would have rather gotten a deep dish. I'm lowering my review to a two, this place shouldn't exist with nasty a product like that. OH and their "Garlic Parmesan" Chicken wings is fucking Caesar dressing or SOMETHING. Whatever the clear dressing is with little pieces of dried Parmesan in it. Like, WTF??? read more

This is hit or miss, mostly a miss. I live 5 minutes from there and I can tell you approximately 80% of the time if we get delivery, we are calling or driving back over to complain about a screw up with out order. Example, our beef sandwich had no peppers or aujus on the side, which we asked for, another order none of the sandwiches which include french fries had fries included, had to drive back and pick up all the fries, another order the bottom of our pizza was burnt so we complained..........Whats that saying if the same thing keeps happening over and over again...............Yeah, we stopped ordering after 15 years of screw ups. We've been here before and I wasn't impressed at all! This time we had quite a wonderful experience. The restaurant is a seat yourself establishment so we did just that. Waitress was helping a table directly behind the booth we were seated in and she completely ignored us for all of 9 minutes. Walked over to the counter and just twiddled her thumbs. Annoying to say the least! Well, before I could say anything a very friendly and busy waitress from the complete opposite side of the restaurant came over and asked if we had been helped. She was such a joy and made the experience that much better! On to the food! My husband had a sausage and jalapeño pepper pizza that was delicious! Kids had chicken tenders and spaghetti and they were happy with the outcome! I had a julienne salad with a creamy garlic dressing on the side...Yummy! That dressing needs to be bottled and sold! I've dropped in a bunch of times as I come to visit my friends and have found this location to be very welcoming, organized, and efficient ( Didn't have a good experience at Dyer location). I've never had a bad experience here! I don't want to be bias since I was a former employee. But the food is always good. Must try the Harvest Salad with Apple Vinaigrette Dressing, Rosati's Double Dough Pizza, Mango Habenero Chicken Wings ( You can not forget the homemade ranch) and the delicious homemade Lasagna. I tried the Mango Habenero Sauce at different restaurants and nothing beats Rosati's. Recommend eating here, Crown Point, and Cedar Lake Location. I love Rosati's for thin crust pizza and deep dish sausage or pepperoni. However, I won't other another deep dish vegetable pizza from them again. The ingredients on the veggie pizza were not spread evenly and were cut too big. So, for several bites there was no spinach and then a big unpleasant glop of spinach. There were huge thumb sized pieces of bell pepper, which was also unpleasant. Cutting the toppings smaller and spreading the spinach thinly over all the pizza would have improved the experience. Edwardo is still the best at deep dish veggie, but Rosati is tasty for other things. read more

We showed up and the place was packed with people waiting for orders. I was told it would be additional 30 minutes but talking to other patrons they were there for an hour past there original expected time. We got a refund and left. This place is AWFUL. The first time we ordered for delivery, it took 2 and a half hours and the order was wrong. The second time we ordered, the pizza looked as if it had been dropped on the floor. The pizza box was leaking everywhere and all of the sauce and toppings had been pushed to the side of the box- it was a huge mess. I tried calling to speak with the manager and they just kept leaving me on hold. Absolute worst customer service ever.
