Contrary to what some others have written, I found my experience with the order taker as well as being rung up and greeted once inside went very well. It was a pleasant experience. Very friendly and professional. The Yelp menu did not match the correct menu and items were markedly higher than posted on Yelp.com. Get it together! I pizza was very good. I have never had a pizza using red Spanish onions before today which gave the pizza sweeter, more unusual taste. Visually the colors used on the pizza made it look very appetizing. This pizza stood out from that of their competitors and had a different, more unique flavor which was pleasing. Try it! The crust was too cracker-like and could use some improvements. Every time I place a order the staff is very friendly and accommodating . The calzones are outstanding Delicious . I'm so happy that they deliver in my area in East Chicago another thing I'm sad that they're not open every day but I'm sure they have their reasons. Call them and order. read more

Pizza was good however the GrubHub driver left my pizza on a table in the lobby of the hotel. Took a picture of it and sent it to me and said it was delivered. There were instructions to bring to the hotel room. It was even listed on the ticket I received when I brought up the pizza. I made the mistake of tipping in my purchase instead of tipping when I get the delivery. I NEVER DO THAT but this time I made the mistake of tipping at time of purchase... LESSON LEARNED.... Omgoodness. SO good. The pizza and the cheese fries are on point. But my most fave are the fried pickles. I really wish we woulda gotten more. WAY more. There was a point I was double fisting it. Was I in a hurry? Possibly. Was it so delicious? Definitely. ^_~ Prices are better than reasonable. And there's parking. The service is just really the sweetest. Good people. Great people. Absolutely terrible. Avoid at all costs. Go to Subway or even Taco Bell but don't order food in this establishment. We ordered a sausage sandwich and pita pizza; the pizza was okay, the sandwich was... a joke. First, they never washed their hands or wore gloves. Second, their counters were dirty and they prepared the food directly on it. Third, they didn't even know how to make the sausage sandwich so they eventually called their boss (both had been working there two weeks or less.) When we finally got in the car and left with our to-go order, I actually laughed at what was prepared. The sausage sandwich was a toasted hogie bun with some juice drizzled on it and two monster deep fried sausage patties in the middle. That was it. I didn't eat it. But at least my wife's pita pizza was kind of tasty. P.S. Neither of us got sick. read more

We in a fire department wanted to order their pizza using a coupon for "Buy one extra-large 3 topping pizza, get one free" that was valid until June 30, 2015. However, when we tried to place the order using the coupon, Venice said that the coupon was no longer being accepted and the new offer was "Buy one jumbo pizza, get one topping free." This was in gross violation of their obligation as a business to honor the coupons that were printed. Do not order from here! When businesses fail to uphold their end of the deal, they do not deserve our business! read more

The pizza is good. I can't speak to anything else since that's all I have ordered from here. The people treat you well enough. It's pretty much your standard take out neighborhood pizza joint but it could use an indoor remodel. It's not really set up for dine in. I rarely order with delivery so can't say anything about that. read more

The pizza is consistently good. The ladies that answer the phone come off as rude but I've gone in an they are actually kinda nice. Kinda cold but nice if that makes sense. They are like the old school lunch ladies hard on outside warm inside. The deep dish is exceptionally good. It's my preference. The wings are good, but often fatty. More skin fat than meat. This place is terrible!!! They wouldn't deliver to my house and I live literally 5 mins away!! So I decided to just go pick it up and the food was horrible!! I ordered a sausage and cheese pizza, wings, and some cheese sticks and literally the whole order was far from appetizing . I definitely wouldn't recommend getting anything off the menu from here!
