Miguel comes to the Window another incompetent employee. It's sad because their main focus of the day is prepare food according to the customers request it's not a very difficult orders not technical. It was really easy order and he came. He said well no we don't offer. We could add it to a salad, but we don't add it to a sandwich. I said well you up charge me for other things like lettuce there's a $.35 charge. I said it's clearly in the app if I wanted to, and I knew you were not capable of doing it then I could've ordered through the app. He said we just ordered through the app then so I pulled off and I'll never visit that store again. I'll take my money somewhere else. Miguel and the staff incompetent unhelpful un knowledgeable never did anything to research. It never tried to figure it out until it's pretty sad avoid the store if you want your food to be made well and you want good customer service.
