Worst experience I've had with a restaurant since I've moved to Florida. Big mistake if anyone does business with these people. Did a pickup order and thought it was way overpriced but paid anyway. Ordered some meAtballs and a salad for my wife. When I pick It up I noticed two salads were there for pickup. I said I only ordered one. Was told by some really disrespectful punk kid that I ordered two. I have never eaten a salad in my life. Didn't happen. Figured I'd go home to call a manager. The best double crust pizza I've ever eaten! Their food is fresh and very good quality. We order delivery from them often and have never been disappointed. Food might be good?? I've tried to go here several times and they have never once had anything we asked for. Upon ordering, we end up having to listen to what they have left....Every time!! Aside from always being out of nearly everything or the ovens being down or some other excuse for not being able to serve us what is on the menu, the food is good! A week before I had tried Rizzotti's pizza for the first time at a family members house and it was amazing. I decided to try again and order it for ourselves at our home after speaking with someone and going over the fact that this was my first time and deciding what I should order I went with a regular 16 inch ham and Italian sausage. What I did not know was in order to get a regular pizza (that you would expect) you have to ask for double dough. I was unpleasantly surprised when I open the box and realize that the pizza was practically burnt and it was a thin crust pizza which I guess comes as their normal slice. I had called back in to let them know what I had received and was not offered any alternatives just told next time be sure to order double dough. Hopefully this will help some of you in the future if you're looking for a regular New York/Chicago style pizza with great crust to make sure to ask for double dough. I just wish during our five minute conversation about what they offer someone would've explained the thin crust situation. read more

Just had the thin crust and my God just like Chicago the sausage is house made real just like the kind you get in Chicago. The staff is very nice and I had a chance to speak to a delivery driver and small world she is from same part of Chicago as I was born and raised. Don't know why someone would only give one star but don't let those few sway you from going there five stars all the way. read more

We were very disappointed in the pizza. Got the Monday night special - 16" with 2 toppings for $19. The thin crust was not thin. It was thick and doughy. It was tasteless. There were plenty of sausages and pepperonis on top, but the cheese was rubbery. The flavor was so-so. It was pouring when I brought it home and did not get a chance till the next day to call and complain. We barely ate 1/4 of the pizza. The rest, 3/4, is still sitting in my fridge. I tried heating it up in the oven but that did not help at all. Spoke to the manager the next day and he explained since we did not call and complain that night, there was nothing he could do. OK. No big deal. Money out the window. Would not go back. Would not order the take-out again. It was not Chicago pizza. It was not NY pizza. It was just blah pizza. Bye, Rosatis. Oh yeah, got a side salad and it was very small for $4. Tasted good, fresh and crisp, but not worth the money. read more

We have tried 3 of their different pizzas once before at a friend's. Thought it was tasty sauce, crispy thin crust and Italian sausage was tasty too. When we called in our 14" thin crust pizza order, we were told it would be 45 min - 55 min. Ok, busy night I guess. We got there in closer to 55 minutes and still had to wait! Had about 5 people in the kitchen and 2 girls in the front. It's just thin crust pizza. We do like it, but you better allow plenty of time and be patient, which is hard when you're hungry. read more

We are from Chicago and know pizza, and this Rosatis doesn't disappoint. We come to the area every year for 2 months and first tried this Rosatis a year ago. How happy we're we that they opened up here since there was nothing close to resembling a pizza prior to them. We got here Monday and had my first pizza Monday night and they got even better since last year. I highly recommend their thin crust. I'm not a deep dish fan (other than Uno or Due in Chicago) so I've never had theirs. Here's a Chicago tip, try Italian Beef and Guardinera on your pizza, very good, but tell them to drain off the oil from the Guardinera. It's got a kick, so expect that. read more

Rosati's...more like RoSALTY's. First off, the sauce is terrible. It is loaded with oregano and is extremely salty. The sausage is even worse. The sausage sandwich was not edible, and after one bite, I rushed to my bottle of water. I felt like as if I ate that all, I would probably have a heart attack, and I am under 30. The sausage is comparable to a hot dog. The double dough pizza is great if you like hot pretzels from a concessions stand, since the dough virtually is a hot pretzel. Yet, the ones from the ballpark are better because they come with better cheese and jalapeños. Now based on these past remarks, I wonder how you think the calzone tasted: disgusting. Why? Because they don't even use ricotta, and it is loaded with the salty sauce and is encompassed by the pretzel dough. Meatball was average, but once again, way too much sodium. The cannoli was OK, and if you are going to go here, get the french fries and that is about it. read more

Pizza was not terrible but for sure was not the original Rosati's recipe. Delivery woman was very nice. Either Rosati's is not giving there out of state franchises the 100% accurate recipes or the owners of this franchise have not logistically been able to set up shipment of the correct ingredients but this Pizza is not really even close to what you get in Chicago. It does look similar however, except for a lifeless looking crust. This Pizza was more on the level with a dominos or papa johns except it cost me $28 bucks to have a 16" pizza with 2 toppings delivered. Next time I'm in town I'll have the Papa deliver the same quality product for half the price. read more

I ordered delivery for lunch, I work close by so its convient. When I was placing my order the women who answer either 1) was a new employee or 2) just didn't know how to use the restaurant program. Once I started to place my order things became difficult. The employee is repeating everything, trying to figure out which button to push. Puts me on hold to answer the phone, that's understandable. She's back on the line, I'm almost done, and I order the lunch special. I guess she couldn't locate the button so she said to hold so she could get someone to help.. okay.. when she comes back she says "he's coming, be paitent!!". On hold again. I am very patient person, especially when employees aren't trained well but I do not appriciate being told what to do. I had to ask her to repeat my order. The delivery came in 25-30 min. Food was okay, not the best. I will not recommend this restaurant to any of my friends or family. It's not an excuse if you're part of a family owned franchise, customer service is top priority. read more
