Showed up 70 minutes later just to be safe and was told my pizza would be out in 3 minutes. 25 minutes of standing outside later pizza was brought out. I asked what happened and was told no one knew. This "was" one of my favorite places for pizza. Carry out is amazing. Unfortunately dining in is a nightmare. Horrible customer service and worst experience with manager who is clearly uneducated as far as how to run a functioning dine in/carry out restaurant. After waiting for 50 minutes for our food which we Never received due to lack of good management whom I requested to speak with after our waitress told us "Carry out orders come first" and I'll get their order when I feel like it". After speaking to him and his lack of caring that we've been waiting over 50 minutes and we had not received our food. He offered no excuses or compensation and simply walked away. On top of that the pizza was black and burnt. I called them about the $10 on my gift card and was asked to call back because they were too busy. A little disappointed in the crust on the pizza tonight. We having been coming here since it opened. We live in Bonita Springs and prefer the Estero location much more than the Bonita Springs Rosattis. This is the first time we have been disappointed in any pizze we have gotten here. Was craving deep dish so I ordered from here, I got a large pizza with sausage, jalapeño and green peppers and was surprised at how fresh the ingredients were! I should have ordered a medium because the large was way too much for two people to share. One thing I would change is the crust. It was a little dry/burnt and sort of hard to chew. I'm used to a buttery greasy crust like when you eat it at a restaurant. I also ordered the dough nuggets which were fine but nothing to write home about. Yes it is a bit salty,as the previous review informs us, but what do you expect. It's pizza!! And darn good pizza too!! I'm from Georgia and know nothing about Chicago style pizza, but it was delivered promptly and hot. We ordered one Chicago and one thin. Both were excellent. I see there are two locations in Georgia. If the owners read this review I highly recommend opening a location in the college town of Athens GA. Lived here 10 years...coming from Chicago, I don't know how we missed this gem for this long! LOVED the deep dish we had tonight. Can't wait to try the beef. As good as the food was, I was equally impressed with the service. As I was asking the young gentle man at the register about delivery, he did not answer the phone as he was answering my question. Another employee came for the phone...very respectful. I'm guessing the nice man who gave me the pizza was the manager and personally thanked me. We were in the mood for pizza and normally order from Papa John's, mainly because there are very limited options for delivery in this area. I was happy to find another place to try that would deliver, so we ordered a medium classic combo from Rosati's. They have a very big menu online, with a variety of appetizers and entrees. I guess they are Chicago-based, so they have deep-dish available. I didn't really care for deep dish during a vacation in Chicago (too much cheese and grease), so I just got the regular crust. They said it would take about an hour, but they didn't deliver the pizza until about an hour and a half. I guess they were super busy? The delivery guy did apologize for taking so long, though. I really didn't mind. When the pizza arrived, it looked really delish. I love how they party-cut their pizza too. Unfortunately, the pizza had gone a little cold since the delivery took so long, so I had to microwave it because I like my cheese really melted and gooey. Although a little disappointed, but the pizza was great, very good flavor and fresh ingredients. I would definitely order from them again. Rosati's Pizza - classic combo regular crust - Pizza Near Me - Estero, Florida

My husband and I have been trying this place out for about 2 months. Our first pizza was a little better then normal pizza so we keep giving them chances. After that they kept getting the order wrong, and a wait like 45 minutes doesn't make it a happy experience. For example if I remember correctly our third time trying Rosati's they forgot 1 of our 2 toppings and had to start over. So my husband sat there for 30 minutes. They then rushed it and our pizza wasn't done, and our garlic knots came with no butter or seasoning. Now its been 3 more pizza's/ knots in the future: Today I decided to talk to them able this (our Garlic knots came without butter and seasoning and we order extra again), I called. The girl on the phone was sweet, but could fix or insure mistakes wouldn't happen again. I asked to speak to the manager, then got disconnected :( might have been me or them I don't really know. So I decided I wasn't going to call back and drop it. They called me I started to explain we keep getting mistakes in our order and was hoping he could keep a better eye so others don't get mess up's like us. But he interrupted me and told me my order was done correctly, then I asked "how my knots were dry" and basically called me a liar. I then asked "isn't the customers always right" he said "NO". I was done, no matter if the pizza was good once I won't buy from them again. I told the manager this politely and thanked him for his time before hanging up. Pizza from Rosatis costs us $25.00 - $35.00 a visit. By their own actions they lost 75.00 + per month in income. Most be nice to be able to treat your costumers poorly. But hey Martinelli's is a little more of a drive and the pizza is never wrong. read more

What a pile of nothingness. The deep dish Chicago style pizza was horrible. Having grown up in Chicago and loving Uno's, Due's, Gino's and all the other wonderful eating experiences this place lacks flavor. The crust was terrible. The tomato base was bland sauce instead of crushed whole peeled tomatoes and the sausage missed the boat. Again tasteless. Sorry but I can't say anything positive about Rosati's. The beef sandwich and pizza cost $30. A lot of money for junk. A one star rating is too good for this food. read more
