We are here on a whim since many of the other restaurants were packed. We were lucky that a table opened up just as we walked inside. It's a small but casual and quaint place - decorated with Chicago props (happy to see for this Midwestern gal) The menu was just right - pizza, sandwiches, salads, and a few larger entrees. I ordered a chicken parm sandwich and it was delicious! Crispy and buttery focaccia bread with well seasoned sauce and chicken. It was very filling but not too much. We have eaten in and the staff are lovely.. besides pizza highly recommended anything with fries which are awesome when fresh and hot! My goofy husband also likes their hotdog, I tried the bake penne , good amount of cheese but they use a sweeter spaghetti sauce then I like so if that's ur thing get it. Terrible pizza don't get the slice pure dough not crispy not hot! The next day I spoke to the owner he admitted it was the worst thing on the menu and was forced by his franchise owners to sell it. They just expanded to have a dining area with beer. Nice clean place with friendly staff. I had a pepperoni pizza that was very good. The sauce could have been a little spicier, however the flavor was good. I love thin crust which is what I had, the dough was flaky and good. Beer was very cold which I love. I recently moved here from Alabama and I am always looking for a good pizza place. OMG! I visited the one in Bonita Springs and not only was the pizza good but customer service was superb! I had to get it to go because I assume they are short staff due to Covid, I ordered two slices and some wings with extra cheese. I didn't even make it home cause the pizza smelt amazing and I started eating in traffic. Gawd it was soooo good. Highly recommend this place. read more

We were in town with 3 kids and looking for some good pizza. I was a little hesitant at first because of the location in a strip mall...how good could a strip mall restaurant be!? But don't be fooled! It was delicious! Kids had pepperoni adults had pepperoni, sausage and onions, everything was delicious. Restaurant was clean, service was friendly and fast and food was amazing. I'm kind of doing this review blind in the sense that I haven't tried the food yet. Just waiting for them to deliver. However, the five star review it is based on just the customer service I received right now on the phone. Ryle, The owner was absolutely tremendous. I wound up messing up on the app when I ordered and noticed well after the fact. I called to see if they had him put the pizza in the oven, which they did have it in there. He said that it's not a problem whatsoever, that taking care of his customers is number one. Really appreciate that very much. Highly recommend just for the amazing customer service itself. We were told by the Hyatt Coconut Point it was great pizza. We ordered 2 pies Caesar Salad and Greek Salad. I was told 1hr and arrived 1 hour later and the cashier said it would be a bit longer when I paid. I asked what is a bit she said 15 minutes. I asked the other helpful girl for plates, cutlery, RE pepper & Parmesan. As she prepared she got my order ready not a longer wait the cashier was clueless. We got back and opened our order the pizza is cut in kids slices and tasted like cardboard frozen pizza we ordered their thin pizza. The name makes you thinks it's Italian. I have had better bowling alley pizza. The salads were very good. Save your money even dominos or papa John's is better than this place. read more

The good news: jumbo wings with garlic and Parmesan were fantastic. Now the bad: the pizza we had was terrible and we ended up throwing over half in the trash. We ordered a 16" with pepperoni, Canadian bacon and mushrooms. It did not appear to be over baked but it was so dry - the cheese was so thin and looked like square processed cheese; the toppings were just as sparse. Buying a frozen pizza and doctoring it up would have been a better option. I have better ways to spend $30! read more

First time using Rosati's. Tried them after a lot of excellent word of mouth. They do their own deliveries, a rarity and very welcome since the delivery services rarely use insulated bags. It arrived at a proper serving temperature. They said it would arrive in 60-90 minutes because of the NFL championship games. The guy showed in 45 minutes. A classic case of under promising and over delivering. It was delicious. Some of the best around. Unfortunately they stomped all over one of my pet peeves. They cut it up in a checkerboard of tiny pieces that are impossible to handle. The perimeter of the crust was also very thin, which would make the very hard to handle even if cut correctly. I've never seen a NY metro area pizzeria do that. The only place I've ever seen it was in the pizza hell of Minnesota, where we stopped eating pizza altogether. I'll certainly try them again and see if they can handle special requests on how to cut it. read more

Definitely authentic Chicago food. We have tried their food twice now and both times it's been consistently great. This location is pick up and delivery only. Although they do have a couple of bistro tables out front outside. All the staff is very friendly. While they are a franchise, the owner is very personable and this location is the best. They have a great menu from app's, wings, calzones, deep dish, thin crust, salads, pasta, great sandwiches and desserts. We orderd the wings. While they are jumbo, and they have alot of sauces, they were breaded and for me they were nothing special. Also tried the dough nuggets. (tossed in garlic butter sauce). While the portion is enough to serve a football team, the flavor just was not there. Next was the harvest salad (romain, iceburg, spinach, pears, raisins, candied walnuts, blue cheese and apple cider vinegar dressing). The salad was very fresh and tasted great. Also tried the Italian beef sandwich w/peppers and cheese. The beef was absolutely amazing with great seasoning and alot of it. We also tried the cheese lasagna, big portion for us just lacked flavor. Next we tried the thin crust white pizza (olive oil, garlic, spinach, and fresh tomatoes). Loved the crispy crust and the flavor was outstanding. I also had to try their speciality the deep dish. The pizza weight was about 10 lbs and the crust was crispy and buttery, they are not shy on the fillings or cheese. Over all it was spectacular. To finish we had their cannolis. You get two per order and the shells are fresh, the filling is flavorful and loved that they were dipped in pistachios. Over all great place and would definitely recomend them to everyone. read more

Horrible customer service and worst experience with manager who is clearly uneducated as far as how to run a functioning dine in/carry out restaurant. After waiting for 50 minutes for our food which we Never received due to lack of good management whom I requested to speak with after our waitress told us "Carry out orders come first" and I'll get their order when I feel like it". After speaking to him and his lack of caring that we've been waiting over 50 minutes and we had not received our food. He offered no excuses or compensation and simply walked away.
