I don't usually leave reviews, but this needed to be said. After TWO separate visits, it's clear there's a serious professionalism issue with a server named Jack. First time, our pizza was just dropped flat on the table--no stand, no proper presentation, nothing. Sloppy and careless. Second visit was worse. While I was filling out the tip on the receipt, this same server decided it was appropriate to make a comment within earshot: "he might need a calculator." Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. That's not humor--that's crossing a line in a customer-facing role. Apart from that, there are servers with pink colored hair who's just in their phone a lot, sassy take-out attendant with an attitude, and a server who doesn't know how to prepare a table for guests. It feels like the whole place is ran by thugs and criminals. I feel bad for the only white girl on that place who's very innocent but absolutely polite. At this point, it doesn't feel like a one-off bad moment, it feels like a pattern of behavior. Staff like this damage the entire experience and reflect poorly on management. I hope this gets addressed, because customers shouldn't have to deal with this kind of attitude and environment when they're paying for service. Especially in America! read more

This was my first time trying Riko's, and also first time trying "Hot Oil Pizza". Honestly, it just wasn't for me. I know food is all about personal preference, so this is simply my experience. Based on Connecticut style pizza, I maybe unfairly comparing in to a Domeneck & Pias, but it was definitely something different. We started with the meatballs, which were a bit disappointing. The sauce was dry and bland, almost like it had been sitting out or reheated. There was just no freshness or flavor there.I even had to salt them, but to be fair I like food on the saltier side. The pizza itself lived up to the description, very thin crust, but for me it was extremely greasy. While some people may enjoy that, it sat heavy in my stomach all night and just didn't hit the mark for me. That said, the restaurant itself is very nice. The ambiance is great, and the place was not empty, so clearly they have a loyal crowd who enjoys the food and that syle of Pizza. The review is more based on the food, as service was not bad and the food was prompt. If you're looking for ultra-thin crust pizza, this might be your spot. But if you're expecting traditional New York-style pizza or anything close to it, this isn't it. Riko's pizza was a change from regular pizza. I had never heard of a hot oil pizza and according to information I found, it's chili infused olive oil and not the Chinese restaurant chili oil that I was thinking about! We ordered the usual takeout pepperoni which had a thin crust and good flavor. Riko's only offers one size pizza, but it's enough for two with leftovers. This restaurant has a large interior and is clean and comfortable. There wasn't a long wait, maybe fifteen or twenty minutes. In addition to a nice selection of pizza and salads, they have appetizers, sliders, wings and desserts. The antipasto salad came with lots of additions, like the mozzarella cheese balls, which are expensive at the local market. This is a good place to check out. read more

We have been to this new strip mall in multiple occasions to go to Cava and Nothing Bundt cakes so we decided to give Riko's a shot. We came in right after they had opened for the day.The young lady behind the bar was also taking care of our table. She was very attentive and professional. She brought us menus and also went over the specials. We decided on the limited time eggplant ricotta pizza. It came out quickly and tasted good. My husband did say that when he grabbed the bottles of condiments they felt greasy. The menus were also a bit worn looking for being such a new place. We did feel that the price was reasonable and would have liked to have had an option of some sort of garlic bread to accompany the pizza. Not sure whether or not we will be back. I recently visited a new pizza spot in North Naples called Riko's and it absolutely exceeded expectations. From the moment we walked in, the staff was unbelievably friendly and attentive. Our server Kaity was fantastic and one of the manager's Jack stopped by our table to ensure our service and food was as expected. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. The restaurant itself is spotless and very well kept, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Now let's talk about the food -- absolutely delicious. Their specialty is thin-crust pizza, and they truly have it perfected. The crust was light, crisp, and flavorful, with fresh toppings and just the right balance of sauce and cheese. Rico's was OK - not great, not bad. I'll give details on both... I like the vibe a lot, very casual but clean and modern. Great TV views and friendly atmosphere. Drink prices are very reasonable. Seated quickly and didn't have to wait too long for a waitress. Not sure if the gentlemen overseeing things was the manager or owner, but he was very friendly and attentive to everyone. I had a garden salad, and menu says crispy lettuce. I happen to really dislike romaine and unfortunately salad was all romaine, and did not have everything in it described on the menu. Also only came with only a tiny side of dressing. Pizza was decent and is as described - I thought it was OK and my wife liked it a lot. Waitress seemed a little overwhelmed, although I didn't think it was overly busy or slammed. She spilled iced tea all over the table and my arm when she dropped off the check, and kind of laughed it off with a quick apology and ran away. Left the check sitting in a puddle of iced tea while I dried off my arm. She never came back. I wouldn't avoid this place - overall it was OK - but not in a hurry to go back either with so many options in Naples. read more

We always love a good pizza place. It may have been a soft opening but this place was hopping! The Caesar salad was fabulous, pizza was good, but the noise level was horrendous. The restaurant needs a modern reservation system, not a notebook. The ladies at the front desk need to pay more attention to guests rather than chatting. We waited 40 minutes for a table. Our server was wonderful but the food was delivered in dribs and drabs: a drink for one guest, then a salad for another, oh then a drink for two more and so on. I assume once they get their act together it will be smoother but not sure the noise level will ever change. read more

We took our 2 granddaughters for a Valentine's Day lunch. Service started off well but took a little while before we could order the food after receiving our drinks. Apparently only one server today. Server was apologetic so we were okay. Pizza and wings came very quickly. Thin crust Margarita pizza was okay. Wings were good. Recently opened and ordered five pizzas to be delivered at a pre-established time. Restaurant is only four minutes away and they were 15 minutes late. The pizzas were lukewarm and looked like they had been cooked and sitting for a while. Taste was kind of bland. Review of Rico's Pizza (Naples, FL) Our first experience at Rico's Pizza will certainly be our last. The service was disjointed from the start; after being seated, a busser dropped off menus and silverware, but no server ever approached our table. After waiting over five minutes, I had to flag down the busser to ask who our server was. He replied that he "didn't know" and eventually found the bartender to take our order. The timing of the meal was equally disappointing. While the antipasto salad arrived quickly, our two pizzas were delivered while we had just begun the appetizer. We had to rush through the salad while the pizzas sat getting cold. To make matters worse, we had to wait to get the bartender's attention again just to get clean plates for the main course. As for the food itself, the pizza seems to require an "acquired taste" that we simply didn't have. Between the poor pacing and the lack of attentive service, we won't be returning. read more

Ive gone to Rico's Pizza now twice. Once was a Friday night, I did a pickup for a pepperoni/ hot honey pizza. If you like your pizza super thin crust, then you'll really like this pizza. I thought it was great. Then today I stopped by to place an order for a party I'm having tomorrow night and needed 6 pizzas. The manager couldn't have been nicer and in fact, gave me one of the pizzas for free and told me to enjoy my party!! How nice was that?? He didn't need to do that at all! Sangria is served like its a glass of wine, 1/2 glass, full of ice, mostly juice. Expensive juice. Most restaurants serve sangria, full glass. Wings, costly. Order an extra dressing you get maybe a tablespoon for $1.00. Pizza was good but greasy. 2 stars because our server was good. Overall food 1 star. Will not return. read more
