Had a pizza here (diablo), pasta, salad, and wine (cab). It is a great location, at the tip of 5th ave in Naples. Very crowded and we got a great table on the street and the weather was cooperative. The pizza was VERY salty and hard to each. The salad and pasta were good. Overall, the only interesting thing was the location and the bathroom entrance - see below.

Birthday Dinner to Remember at La Trattoria Napoli Celebrated friend Sara P. birthday here and she couldn't have picked a better spot! The atmosphere feels like an authentic Italian escape -- warm lighting, cozy tables, and that welcoming Naples charm. Our server was kind, attentive, and made the night feel genuinely special. I ordered the bruschetta salmon and shared the deluxe pizza, and both were incredible. The salmon was fresh and perfectly seasoned over crisp, flavorful bruschetta, while the pizza came out hot with a perfect crust and just the right balance of toppings. The vibe was full of laughter and energy, and when the staff joined in to wish me a happy birthday, it made the whole night unforgettable. If you're looking for a place in Naples with great food, heartwarming service, and a touch of local Dj mix-- this is it. Can't wait to come back for another slice and that same amazing hospitality

Yesterday, Sept 3rd, was my birthday. Mrs. K wanted to take me out for supper. I came up with La Trattoria as a place I would like to try again. As I mentioned in my previous review, it is like going back to Italy. After this visit, I now have to go back and try two more dishes. The Chicken Parm looked terrific, and their Spaghetti Bolognese is not your typical American red sauce. The bolognese was not soaked in red sauce; it was almost coated. I had the pasta with black pepper and truffles. Prepared table-side. My first and last thought about the dish is how rich the sauce was. I have never encountered a sauce that rich. Very heavy, full of flavor. Visually, the truffles frame the perfect dish.

if you want a taste of authentic Italian food, this is the place to be! The servers are incredibly friendly, and the bartenders always know exactly what you're in the mood for.The music and overall vibe are just perfect. No exaggeration -- I find myself wanting to come back here every single time. Honestly, I've become such a regular that I probably need a VIP card by now (haha, just kidding!). I truly and sincerely recommend this spot to everyone!

A little bit of Naples, Italy in Naples , Florida! Parking: can be challenging as it is on the Main Street but during the off season it isn't too bad. Drinks: really good selection and really good sangria Food: pretty great. Known for pizza but we didn't have any. The salmon pasta with the Mare sauce was amazing. The chicken parm was just okay. Service: great service from Kevin the waiter Atmosphere/vibe: amazing and appropriate for all ages Age group: all Bathroom: clean! Return: yes!

Delicious food and drinks, a nice heated outdoor seating area (on the sidewalk), and a truffle mushroom risotto that's perfect. Friendly service and seated quickly.

This place is absolutely amazing. At night its always packed! Highly recommend making reservations. Even with reservations we had to wait about 15 minutes for a table to be ready. But it's worth the wait. Inside they have the cutest rustic Italian aesthetic. They also offer some outdoor seating. The bar is popping. It's packed with people, and I can tell why. The music in there is vibing. They were playing some Spanish hits. Our server gave some great recommendations for the night but we opted for pizza. We had seen some pies coming out, and we just had to try it! We had the Margherita pizza which was absolutely delicious. It tastes like a real authentic Margherita pizza from Napoli. The red sauce had an amazing flavor. We also tried the Toscana pizza which was my personal favorite. It was so unique, a white pizza (no red sauce) with truffle ricotta, mozzarella, mortadella, pistachio, and lemon zest! It was an explosion of flavor! The subtle taste of the truffle with the mortadella was amazing. And the lemon zest really gave it such a refreshing brightness. They also offer pasta dishes which looked really good. They had a guy going around with a parmesan wheel making some pasta. I had my eye on him... Definitely making a stop again to try that out! Parking: There is a garage with free parking down the street. Definitely recommend parking there and walking over. Much easier than trying to park on the street. The restaurant is right on the corner of Fifth Ave South so it can be tricky.

I've always been treated like family here during all my visits. Demi, Chanik, and Yuli at the bar are awesome and still pay their guest with special attention during busy hours. Yuli made one of the best espresso martinis I've had in this town! Everything from my pizzas, pastas, and salads were phenomenal. An extra bonus for ME is Sunday when I get to listen to El Gato Solea play live! GREAT ENERGY in his performance! I always feel as if I'm back in Italy while I'm here

Yes and a million times YES! I love this place, it's not only minutes away from me, the food is AMAZING!! Their tiramisu is heavenly, their pizza and food is SOO good! The staff is always great and the vibe is nice. Gets you in the mood for anything!

Carol our server was on point and very attentive while having multiple tables and sitting outside was the perfect ambiance. Started out with drinks and the optics were amazing from the Espresso Martini and Old-Fashioned with the right cherry and iceball to the beer. Then came the appetizers and salads which were perfectly sliced carpaccio and a true Greek salad Sans lettuce and wonderful Caprese salad. I am not a fan of mushrooms but Pollo marsala was delicious. Salmon Piccata was properly cooked and flaked off nicely. Spaghetti carbonara was outstanding as always. And the staff was amazing, true Italians and if not, very passable. And also by sitting outside you got a nice car show Lambo Lambo Lambo.

This is a staple and gem in Naples. Our second time coming and it's super cozy, the staff are super nice and the food is amazing. We're been to Naples Italy and their Margherita Pizza is the closest to the authentic. And they do provide a great selection of music which vibes it a nice modern vibe. The place has a lot of business so please make sure you make a reservation. We had the house red wine which was great for a house wine and 2 pizzas. The margherita and Toscana pizza. The Toscana pizza is with no red sauce. Ricotta, pistachio, lemon, truffle and mortadella. Super flavor and different. The margherita is the classic traditional with red sauce, cheese and basil. . They do have great selections of pasta, desserts and cocktails. Highly recommend. The location is really chilled and relaxed with good music. So bring your family or simply on a date. I'm definitely going back for their pasta for sure...

I love la trattoria. It's always a good and easy option for our first night in town. A crowd pleaser for sure! Their drinks are great, or opt for a bottle of wine to share. We usually do a pizza, pasta and salad to share too. If you want to "up" the experience go for the special pasta made in the cheese wheel! Don't forget the free bread -- yum. This is also a fun place to celebrate your birthday!

We had a great table and our server came with our menu and the wine list as well as some crusty bread. There are numerous salads, appetizers, entrees, and even pizza on the menu. I started with a Caesar salad, which I thought was super pricey, but was very good. I was able to enjoy it before I ordered my entree. I chose the gnocchi and a glass of wine. The gnocchi came out in minutes and was some of the lightest, fluffiest gnocchi I have had since New York City ages ago. Good choice. The server wasn't rushing us, but let us enjoy our meal at our pace, which was refreshing. Overall, nice experience.

First, was an attractive plate of lightly breaded hot and tender Calamari with a lemon parsley aioli. A top 10 presentation of this popular dish. The pan fried snapper sandwich was fresh and crisp with a vegetable giarderian topping. It's the little things that Campiellos does so well. Each sandwich came with marinated pickles and carrots along with hot feather-light potato chips with garlic and wonderful crispy parsley. The chips alone are worth the trip. Our second sandwich was the lobster salad which is described as spicy fra diavolo, but was more a lemon and chive taste. Delicious tender lobster and those sautéed chips with parsley are off the hook. We usually have the pasta for lunch and it is excellent. It's nice to see what a great job they do with sandwiches.

I would give that service 6 stars if I could! The drinks and the food were top notch. We had the Columba and Negroni and both were perfect. We shared bruschetta and burrata appetizers- fresh and flavorful. We ordered seared ahi tuna salad, margarita pizza and snapper as our main dishes and everyone was very impressed with their dishes. Thank you so much to the entire Campiello team for making my birthday extra special and that complimentary desert was a sweet touch. I…read moreshould've been leery to begin with, as we were able to get a table for six with less than 24 hours notice, at 6 PM. This does not happen during spring break in Naples at a good restaurant. Let's start with the atmosphere: this is not a fine dining establishment, especially when you compare it to everything else you get to experience on 5th. Some of the most upscale and beautifully adorned restaurants and businesses call this street home, but we chose Pescheria for a moderately priced meal, which is not what we ended up having. It's not a terrible atmosphere, but it's certainly casual. My whole group was very disappointed to learn that this restaurant only serves beer and wine, which further entrenched our belief that we were at a casual, affordable establishment; frankly this should've been the red flag to go elsewhere, but it's pretty slim-pickins around the dinner hour last minute in Naples, so we stuck it out based on the great reviews. The bread service is good, but don't bother asking for butter, they said they have some but never brought it to the table. They do have a great wine list, especially if you like Italian reds; definitely the best part of the experience. Our group ordered two of the Dover Sole special, a pasta dish, and a grilled branzino. I'm partial to both of the fish; some of the branzinos and soles I've had have been memorable and delicious, so I do tend to seek them out. If you also love branzino, you probably know that $50 is on the high end of what you would generally pay, and Dover sole might get you up to 60. If you eat in restaurants, you also know that it's common practice for servers to tell you the prices before you order, so you don't have to embarrass yourself by asking for the price of a dish you want and then denying yourself because of the price. Here, they don't tell you the price, and if you're an idiot like me you'll just go ahead and order it assuming it's reasonable like the rest of the menu. My branzino was $70, and the Dover sole was $75, and frankly I wouldn't have ordered them at all, let alone paid a fortune for them after I tasted each of these dishes. Branzino was cooked nicely and deboned well at the table, but that's pretty much it. The fish had zero flavor whatsoever. The Dover sole had flavor, but it wasn't a good flavor. It was fishy. And when we told the staff that the fish was fishy-tasting, they argued with us incessantly even though we told them we're not asking for a discount, we are simply letting them know so they pay attention for the next diners, but that wasn't good enough for them. They continued to argue with us before we finally told them to walk away and leave us alone. So in hindsight, there isn't a thing that would bring me back, not the atmosphere, frankly not even the wine list (it's Naples, throw a rock in any direction and you'll break a great bottle of wine); not the service, not the price, not the cocktails, not the food. And if none of those check the boxes, somebody please tell me what the appeal is, because I'm not seeing it. Don't worry though, if you don't like your meal you'll be gaslit into thinking it's fabulous because the server can show you pictures of himself fishing (I'm not making this up).
