We stopped by Rosati's for lunch and overall had a good experience. At first, we were a little hesitant because there was some confusion with our order. We ordered the Italian sausage sandwich after seeing it on the website with sauce and green peppers, but when it arrived it was just the sausage on a bun with fries. It wasn't what we were expecting. The employee at the counter explained that's how it normally comes but she can add the toppings we wanted. I ordered the chicken parmesan sandwich, which was tasty! My fries were forgotten, but once we mentioned it they brought them out for me. What really stood out was the customer service from Jo, the owner/manager. He personally came over, apologized for the confusion, and made sure the Italian sausage sandwich was remade with all the fixings so it was better than we expected. To top it off, he surprised us with complimentary cannolis to make up for the mix-up. You can tell this is a local favorite because several customers came in who clearly knew Jo, and it was nice seeing the relationships he's built with the community. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but what matters is how they're handled. Jo went above and beyond to make sure we left happy, and that level of customer service is something I really appreciate. Thank you, Jo! read more

I have eaten Pizza for over 50 years all over the USA.I will say only one word: DON'T" This is easily the worst pizza I have ever eaten . If you order the pizza at this Colllier Blvd locationafter this review you are crazy! July 2026 read more

I love the pizza at Rosatis. I love Chicago deep dish though. If that's not your thing, maybe try another pie. We ordered online. The staff was easy to work with and it was ready when it was supposed to be. There are a few tables, but it's more of a carry out spot. It's in a Publix plaza so there's ample free parking. I'll be back next time I'm in town. read more

Rosati's Pizza - Italian Near Me - Naples, Florida

We wanted something quick and delicious and Rosati's hit the spot! I loved how clean the restaurant was. It wasn't too big and mostly meant for takeout but we were able to sit at a table and watch a game on the TV. The owner was kind and great company! He was great in assisting us with the menu but what really caught our eye was the fresh pizza that was on display. We ordered a few slices and a soft drink. I would say the pizza is out of this world. The ingredients used crafted the perfect pizza at a decent price. I can't say enough good things about them! read more

Used to visit the Valrico, FL store. Come to understand that one is owned by a 4th generation Rosati family member. Collier Rd I do not believe is the case. 2 of 3 visits have not been good at all. Customer service and staff was very good and helpful, but the food is missing something that a family member creates. read more

Moving to Florida from Illinois over 10 years ago, my wife and I searched everywhere for authentic Midwest-style pizza and solid sandwiches. We finally found it at Rosati's! We've become full-on regulars--we eat here every single week, and honestly, sometimes twice a week when the craving hits. The pizza and sandwiches are consistently incredible, and as a bonus, they have hands down the best brownies my wife has ever had. If you're looking for genuine Chicago-style comfort food, incredible service, and phenomenal dessert, this is the place to go. Highly recommended! read more

Possibly the best pizza in Naples Florida. Amazing taste the cheese is top quality the flavor of the tomato sauce flees fresh and soft. Highly recommend read more

It's always good to see another Rosati's Pizza opening in Naples. We recently stopped by for a takeout dinner and this new location did not disappoint, although it's not a restaurant for a leisurely meal, it's small, with a few tables. There is nothing lacking in the newest Rosati's restaurant though, the menu and quality are what you'd expect from this chain. They also serve pizza by the slice and that's good news for a quick lunch. Rosati's offers a great selection of pizza, calzone, wings, salads and pasta. Their food is delicious and prepared with quality ingredients. The antipasto salad comes highly recommended, and the pizza selection is a treat. They offer a gluten free pizza, along with the traditional thin, double dough and Chicago style. The order got taken care of quickly and the staff was pleasant and efficient. As usual, Rosati's lives up to it's standards of delicious, quality Italian food. We're going to stop by again soon. read more

I love pizza, but have to say among the pizza places I've been, Rosati's would not be in the top half of my list. I ordered for pick up and my order was not ready when it indicated it would be. While the order was accurate and when I finally got the order, I was underwhelmed with the quality of the pizza and crust. Given the number of other pizza places in the area, I would recommend others. read more

The pizza was underwhelming, I've literally had better pizza from Walmart out of a box. The dough is frozen/ premade even though they say it's "hand rolled". For $33 it's an utter joke!!! Jets pizza is better for less and at least they run specials. Customer service was very nice but the food was disappointing to say the least. read more

Not sure who is running this location, but they are a DISASTER! The last 3 orders have been a nightmare. Waited over 2 hours for a delivery for a party at our house, then had to pickup the order and it wasn't ready. Next time we ordered they shorted us the appetizer, then the last order took over 1:45 minutes to arrive. This location is NOT your Chicago Rosati's! read more

Have ordered several times from this location, the first couple times it was good, but something changed and the last few times the food was poorly prepared. Our order was missing items and when we called them, the person answering the phone would send us to another extension that would just keep ringing with no answer. Terrible service and poorly run kitchen. Would not recommend this place. read more

My husband and I love Rosati's Pizza! We have ordered so many items off the menu. Recently, I ordered the Chicago Style Hot Dog...so delicious! Thank you for making such fresh and yummy food!!! read more

Amazing !! Best pizza on both coasts. Started with the mozzarella sticks. The garlic bites are do die for and you get a TON !! Would have ordered the next size smaller pizza if we knew they gave you that many. Will definitely will refer friends when they come to Naple. read more

Went for takeout, ask for it to be ready at 5:30, it came out of the kitchen at 5::30 on the nose. Best deep dish I've had in Naples. Wife had the calzone and loved it. We have a new favorite restaurant. read more

The pizza was great and Joe is super nice. Great Zeppole. Small family oriented restaurant.

I have been waiting weeks for this location to open, and it did not disappoint! The pizza was phenomenal and the people who run it are awesome. I got a sausage pizza with onion and green pepper . It was cooked perfectly and cut in squares just like home! Nice thin crispy crust, but they do offer a double dough if you like a softer crust. They have about eight or 10 tables that you can sit at inside. I got mine to go. They also offer beer and wine ... and pizza by the slice for a quick lunch. I didn't have the Italian beef, but some friends of mine did and they said it was good, plenty of beef and tasty!!!! Show the owners some love and stop by...soon. read more

Parmesan on everything. I specifically order the salad without Parmesan and they keep putting it on. It's disgusting. I have to take it back. It's happened 3 times. The kitchen sucks. read more

Deep dish Chicago pizza was delicious. We'll be ordering from them again! Can't wait to try their pasta dishes and other menu items!

It's great to have Rosati's nearby. The folks working were super kind and the GF crust is great.

I ordered a garden salad and a ceasar salad with chicken. Boring salad and the grilled chicken was tiny pieces. Definitely not worth the money read more
