The place lots of tables inside and crazy graffiti artwork all over the walls. It doesn't look like much on the outside, but once you're inside the vibe changes. Staff is nice and knowledgeable. We came and it was super quiet and very clean. The cashier recommended the buff chick, Margarita and the Roni Pepperoni. We went for the Roni Pepperoni. It was about a 5 minute wait, then it was fresh and out the oven. I recommend to give it a couple of minutes for the cheese to cool so you can eat it without burning yourself. As we explore Naples dining, we heard about the Twisted Sheep Pizza. Not your normal bar pie we were told. Go to the counter and look at the menu on the wall. Made to order or specialty pizzas. We order two specialties and one made to order. Counter help was super. As we waited you could look at some unique art on the wall. Pizza was unique. Good crust but a little thicker than my liking. Not skimpy on ingredients. The margarita bomb had a huge scoop of burrata cheese in the middle. The Roni pepperoni was covered with honey glazed pepperoni. The wife prefers green bell peppers with black olives and pepperoni. They had sweet red peppers. It wasn't cheap. Three 14" pies, 3 soft drinks, ++ came close to $100. The service was great! The bread sticks and marinara/cheese fondue dip were very tasty. We ordered the brisket pizza and it was honestly not as good as it sounded. The amount of brisket on it was very small (mostly in the middle of the pizza) and fried onion pieces were used as filler for the lack of meat. It also did not taste as good. Found this fun little place off recommendation on yelp as the family wanted good pizza and it's in the older part of Naples near the courthouse. There is a lot of work being done in this area and I am assuming they are modernizing much of the surrounding area. The building Twisted Sheep is in is a strip Mall with a outdoor dining area behind the restaurant. It's indoor and outdoor are nice but casual. They have a gourmet fountain drink machine and beer on tap and an amazing assortment of pizza and appetizers. We ordered the buffalo chicken, margarita and pepperoni with a Caesar salad. We sat outside in the patio with a cook old food truck and music as decor. The pizza was fantastic, flavorful and came piping hot from the over. The salad was delicious and paired well with our drinks and pizza, it was much better than your typical pizza salad. The staff was awesome gave us recommendations the only bummer was there want more people. In Long Beach CA and Maple Grove MN this place would be a zoo, I suspect the location knocks out the Naples elite :) they probably order to go. They have beers on tap and have seltzer options too. We had the burger pizza, buff chick, and roni roni. If you like to stay in the traditional lane, roni roni is one of the best pepperoni pizzas I've had! A drizzle of the hot honey takes it to the next level. Buff chick is a Buffalo chicken pizza topped with deep fried boneless Buffalo wings. The wings were delicious, and the Buffalo sauce has a kick but not too spicy, which I loved. The burger pizza aka Smash Burger Pie came with a whole burger on top of the pizza! We cut it up into smaller pieces so the group can all have a bite. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and Caesar salad, along with a few side sauces (hot honey and garlic oil) for carry-out. The pizza was decent but nothing to write home about. I will say the hot honey sauce was something different and surprisingly good. Ordered sides of garlic oil but unsure if that's what I actually received, as it appeared to be more like mayonnaise. Always find it annoying get home and find sauces you paid extra for to be incorrect or missing from your order. The Caesar salad was fine but outrageously expensive - about as twice as much as it should have been (~$15). It was essentially a side salad with Romaine lettuce, a few croutons, and a small amount of dressing (even after paying additional for extra dressing). The staff were super nice, and I like the set-up of ordering and then finding a spot to sit down. The atmosphere was fun, open and super casual, so I can see it being great for a bigger group of people. Unfortunately, the pizza just wasn't up to par. I got the Margarita Bomb, and the first thing I didn't like was that it had no sauce. Maybe I should've asked instead of assuming it'd have a tomato sauce, but either way it was a bummer. I did get a side of their marinara after I noticed, and it was much better once I spread some of that on top. There were a few unripe tomato slices too - firm with green centers. The crust was pretty tasty! But it got a little too thin towards the middle for my personal preference... All in all, I guess I just didn't feel like the pizza matched the price of what I paid. We were in town for a long weekend and were looking for a fun, good pizza place. My husband, myself and two adult children were not disappointed. From the Stubborn Soda fountain drinks, to the yummy large pizzas, all were great. Alcohol was available if you want and a large variety of pizzas and burgers were on the menu. Back for our yearly visit after the Zoo! What can I say that I haven't already?? This place is the best and the food quality and consistency is perfect every year we come. The only downer was that some of the pizzas were not available since our last visit BUT literally everything on the menu is delicious so if anything it narrows down your choices. It was a nice sunny day so we sat outside too, but the entire family was back and the in-laws created their own pizza while we went with the Margherita BOMB again and then got the bbq chicken one this time. Our boys split a chicken tender basket and of course we started with the candied bacon bruschetta which is our favorite bruschetta anywhere... Like seriously again the consistency and quality year after year is spectacular.
