Off-season at The Curst Pizza is so weird. You just walk in and get a table. I am exaggerating slightly, but there were more helpers than customers. I ordered the 13-inch pizza with sausage and pepperoni. They have a meat-lovers pizza that I have wanted to try. Their pepperoni is slightly spicy, which I like. Not a big fan of tiny crumbles of sausage, wish the sausage were bigger. There is just something about seeing a picture of the Beatles hanging on the wall, eating pizza, that always brings a smile. Updating my review due to the recent price increases. The food is still great and I love the BBQ Chicken pizza. But $30 for a 13" pizza and $18 for a house salad ... is just a bit too much for me. It was over $80 for my wife and I to have dinner. I didn't even have a drink -- just tap water. The price increases are excessive, IMHO. read more

staff was friendly; service was quick; pizza was delicious! loved the quality of their tavern style pizza and the ratio of toppings to sauce to crust. The salad on the other hand was lacking - on top it looked promising but underneath it was wilted greens and sad vegetables. They don't have ranch, rather a Parmesan somethingrather dressing. It's good, but it's not ranch. (Though I would argue that their pizza doesn't require any dressing since they don't really have a crust leftover.) Lots of TVs and seating... I can imagine it would be quite overwhelming and loud when the place is full, luckily, we went on a week night and the noise wasn't bad at all. look forward to returning! read more

Let me start by saying this: I'm not from New York or Chicago. I'm a California girl, and I know some people might not take my pizza palate seriously because of that, but trust me on this one. I've had all kinds of pizza my entire life, all different styles and flavors, and The Crust in Naples completely blew me away. The quality is unreal. You truly get what you pay for, and every bite tastes like it's made with real care. The crust (fittingly!) is perfectly done, the flavors are balanced, and the ingredients taste incredibly fresh. I absolutely love this pizza, it's honestly the best I've had in Naples. And the people? Just as amazing as the food. The lady who checked me out at the counter was so kind and welcoming. Odd crust. Very salty pizza, with little by way of sauce. My wife described it as Totinos like, which is accurate. Not very good. Also, the wait staff was not attentive, didn't ask about refilling is with the saltiest pizza ever. After many recommendations, we were craving pizza and decided to give the crust a try. The menu was more limited than we were expecting. No apps and about 6 specialty pizzas. We each ordered our own pies, Palermo with added mushrooms and a build your own. The pies are rounds cut into squares so not your traditional cut. The crust was thin and crunchy. I'm a frequent customer of this restaurant, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I visited on a Monday evening around 5:30pm. The restaurant was very quiet with only four tables occupied. When we arrived, there was no one at the reception desk, and we waited 2-3 minutes before someone finally appeared and seated us. Once at our booth, we noticed immediately that the table had not been cleaned. We waited several more minutes for anyone to acknowledge us, but no one came by. Meanwhile, I could clearly see multiple employees standing around -- five gathered at the bar chatting and three at the to-go counter. There were absolutely more employees than customers, so "busy" was not the issue here. I finally got up and asked for assistance and to speak with a manager. A very young acting manager came over and instead of apologizing or offering to get our drinks started or clean the table, the conversation quickly turned into excuses about being short-staffed. One of the servers even remarked to me, "You're not the only one in the restaurant," which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional -- especially considering the nearly empty dining room. What was missing was the most basic form of customer care: A simple apology... acknowledgement of the delay... and someone stepping in to help. Instead, I witnessed a juvenile conversation, staff showing little respect for the manager, and zero sense of urgency or leadership. As a longtime guest, I have never seen this restaurant so disorganized or disengaged from its customers. We ultimately chose to leave because the tone, attitude, and lack of accountability made it very clear that service was not a priority that evening. This situation was not about staffing levels -- it was about management, leadership presence, and setting expectations. I truly hope ownership invests in consistent, capable management so the team -- and the guest experience -- can get back on track. read more

CRUST is THE BEST. I am from Columbus, OH so I know the Tommy's pizza quality is there. The homemade garlic parmesan sauce (similar to ranch) is a must. The pizza is thin and crispy. When you ask for double pepperoni they deliver! The pizza is consistently good and we have been going for years. They only have beer and wine so keep that in mind if you are someone who only drinks hard alcohol. The salads are also great and are huge enough to share even if you are getting a small version of the salad. Please give this AMAZING local business a try. It's a solid pizza however it is thin crust and by thin I mean more of the cracker style crunchy thin. They used old world pepperoni and all of the toppings tasted fresh. We got a 10" deluxe and a 13" pepperoni and both were tasty. It says it is modeled after Ohio pizzerias but this is nothing like a Giovanni's Pizza. (But it is cut into squares!) Great pizza, bad management. We had a group of 11 in the private side room to eat pizza and watch football. Staff told us they wouldn't turn the sound on for fear it would disturb other diners. The room had doors to close it off and they still said no sound. Then they wouldn't divide checks by couples but would bring one check and they would divide it among us equally. This is one of the best pizzas around. The crust is thin and crispy and the toppings have great flavor and are cooked to perfection. My only two issues and why I dropped them one star is their new rule you cannot get your pizza half and half any longer. If you want half pepperoni and half sausage you either have to buy two pizzas or pick off the toppings you don't want but had to pay for. The pizza is expensive as it is. To have to buy extra pizzas or pay for toppings on half you don't want is ridiculous. When I asked why this was the rule I was told by those that worked the counter "I don't know it's above our pay grade.
