We've been coming to Tony's Pizza for years, it's always been amazing and the staff has been friendly, tonight my kids took me here for Mother's Day because I always rave about the pizza. So my gym is next to this location and they have a sign NY pizza, so let's check it out. Indoors very deceiving from outside, it's actually pretty roomy and clean. The pizza display was ok, there were some slices that should not have been displayed, other items looked pretty good. So my order consisted of a med pie with peppers and onions and sausage and mushrooms, garlic knots and a house salad. Sooo, the pizza was better than what I expected, the pizza maker was a nice lady and made it with live, the salad was ok the tomatoes were to ripe but the rest was ok, the garlic knots were ok just to thick and doughy. But one thing I need to point out that Isabel provided great customer service. I will return to try some of the other items on the menu. read more

Quality of the pizza seems to have gone down since the opening, would have left it at a 4, but the $20+ per pie you should at Least get a consistent cheese pie- not to mention went in for a quick lunch the other day- no cheese slices available at 12 pm? Wierd- def Thought that was odd. Meatball sub is good, chicken roll good too a bit doughy but good- but imo the pizza should be a staple and it's just been off the mark the last few months, from sloppy lopsided cuts- to minimal sauce, to today's pickup of a thick breaded pie- it's just not really leaving me feeling like there's a reason to come back- even the slices look meh lately- I haven't seen Tony there on my drop Ins, so maybe that's the missing link idk- read more

I've been going to Tony's many times and we have never been treated the way that we were treated since this new guy came in the spanish male that takes orders we have to yell to get his attention to take our order its truly ridiculous I don't need to come here I come because I like it but since he's been working here I don't like coming anymore because what a horrible service the worst of the worst he needs to be fired truly we just had another customer pass by us and say they aren't coming back either I don't blame them horrible just horrible it's disgusting truly it's very saddening we aren't coming back either until he's dealt with get a new worker or lose your customers. read more

After reading the reviews on Tony's NY Pizza, I knew it would be on my list of places to eat. It's always fun to try and find real NY style pizza. The restaurant impressed me with its cozy brick wall and wood tables. The menu has a great selection of Italian favorites and of course, pizza. We decided on a pizza called The Bronx, with meatballs, ricotta cheese and fresh basil. The toppings were delicious although the crust was a little too crispy. Some of the best pizza I've eaten in New York had softer crusts. A crisp crust doesn't have much flavor and usually tastes like cardboard. I've noticed that a soft crust brings out the tasty bread flavor of the dough. Still, their crust was good, although not quite to my liking. The server was quick with our drinks and food, the restaurant was clean and surprisingly reasonable, considering this restaurant is located in the heart of expensive Tamiami Trail. Unlike krispy pizza a Brooklyn/nj staple, this pizza flops and droops. Fresh mozzarella means making it fresh not Grande cheese which looks like plastic. We stopped in for light lunch /snack before a movie. We each had a slice. 2 of square marguarita (silician). 2 ny slices all 5/5. Perfect and true ny style So good that we ordered dinner for pick up at end of movie. Chicken parm, lasagna with excellent meatballs.. eggplant parm. These were all PERFECT. I ordered pizza takeout on Friday night 2/20/26. Its one of our favorite pizza placed in Naples. Unfortunately, after we finished out first slice of pizza a "cockroach" ran out from under the pizza on the box. To say we felt sick and horrified is an understatement. I proceeded to call Tonys to make them aware and the response I received was equally horrifying. I told her what happened, her response was "your not getting your money back". My response was "I'm not asking for my money back" "I want to make you aware as this a problem." Tony's pizza was provided during an event, and without knowing this was from Tony's "NY" Pizza - my first thought after finishing a cheese slice was that it tasted just like a NYC slice (like the foldable, on-the-go slices you pick up at a local spot "lemme get a slice, extra hot"). The slices are thin with the right amount of cheese and sauce. I'll def. be ordering or visiting to try what else they have to offer. It's hard to find these NY pizza gems in Naples. read more

First time , ordered medium pepperoni sausage onion pizza. And a Caesar salad. Salad was good. The pizza crust had absolutely no flavor no bread type dough. I don't know what the crust was made of, but I should've eaten the box and thrown the pizza out. Three out of the six slices of pizza had no sausage and the pepperoni was scattered very thinly over the remaining of the pizza no more than two tasteless pieces on each slice. Total disappointment. Can't review the food never got served. Very few customers sat outside for 29 minutes never got approached . Went inside sat in a both all others were empty, still never got approached . . I then asked the zombie walking around " what do I need to do to get service" he looked at me walked to the back where I assumed he was getting a menu and then he never returned. IF I COULD GIVE THIS A NEGATIVE SCORE I WOULD THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! We ordered 3 pizzas just 3 on a Sunday night. At first they told us it would be 30 minutes, then told us it would be an hour, totally fine I understand it was a Sunday night it's very busy. We called around the time that the pizza should be delivered and asked them how long it would be, they said the driver was leaving now and it should be around 10 minutes. We then called 15 minutes later asking the status and they said it would be another 10 minutes, they did say they would refund 50% of our order which was nice. At this point it had been 2 hours since we ordered so we decided to go to the store and pick up the order. We walked in the store and asked for our pizzas, they proceeded to tell us they NEVER MADE OUR ORDER?!?!?!? They "never got a driver" so they never made the pizzas but lied to us over the phone saying it was on the way. They genuinely looked at us like we were insane as we tried to be as cordial as possible. Genuinely the worst customer service I've ever received as someone who's worked multiple customer service jobs. I am never coming back here EVER! Obviously they have changed owners. Use to be the best pizza in Naples, ordered it tonight not so great. It's now more crust than I've ever seen on any pizza, toppings light. I ordered a sub there before that was thin on the meats, but i figured always give it a second try. This is the best NY pizza we have eaten in Naples. Crust is thin,crispy and flavorful. It holds up well to the generous toppings. We had the Buffalo chicken pizza and the Bronx pizza. Both were excellent and flavorful. The Buffalo chicken pizza is a white pizza with tons of cheese and big chunks of white meat chicken and drizzled with Buffalo sauce. Delish! The Bronx pizza was tomato sauce based with sausage and cheese. The toppings go almost all the way to the edge of the dough, so very substantial and satisfying. Will definitely be back. read more
