Let me start by saying I am a veteran when it comes to pizza and wings so I take my review seriously. The pizza had a sweet sauce it was tasty. Cheese was fresh and plenty of it. The crust of the pizza was a bit doughy(maybe if cooked well done it would crisp it up) but none the less it was fresh tasty dough and the pizza was all around good. Not the best pizza ever but by no means is this a bad pizza especially for the price you pay. It exceeded my expectations. For the wings I pulled a veteran move having ordered them dry, well done, & SOS(sauce on side). The wings were VERY GOOD. I went with the intimidating SUICIDE SAUCE and blue cheese. The blue cheese was slacking! Meaning it was thin with no chunks of blue cheese. I expect a good house made chunky blue cheese and it would compliment the wings so much better. The SUICIDE SAUCE as intimidating as it sounds was hardly spicy and very thin. My guess they took the normal hot sauce and put Tabasco in it to kick up the heat. It does not live up to its name. I bet all the wings sauces are slacking. My advice to il primos would be to *make* a more quality hot sauce and blue cheese. This would more then likely make you the top restaurant in town for wings. read more

We come here for the food, which is good but the service is hit or miss. After we ordered our pizza and sodas, they told us there were only small styrofoam cups. So, here it is 8:15 pm, and I went to refill my iced tea. Both the sweet and unsweetened were empty, so I informed the guy behind the cou ter. He said they dumped it already. I asked if they were getting ready to close, and he said, "yeah, we close in just over an hour and a half." So I asked why they would shut down their drinks when they don't close for almost TWO HOURS. He told me, that's what the manager told him to do. Amazingly incompetent. Such a simplistic menu, it's hard to imagine how they screw up my order. The guy sounded shaky over the phone so I repeated the order twice. When I arrived, he repeated the order back to me. It was wrong. Over comes the assistant manager to correct the order. She informs me it will be a 10-15 minute additional wait. No apology. She seemed to care less. Told them to cancel the order. Went down to New York Pizza and received exactly what I ordered and it tasted great. Won't be back. If they handled the mistake professionally and with a little courtesy, I would have been fine. But with 100 pizza joints within a five mile radius, there's no reason to ever return. read more

Great Atmosphere, very clean (especially the bathrooms) A true family/kid friendly establishment that has G-rated movies playing at all times for my kids. I love the open kitchen concept, in my option that says a lot about an establishment. The pizza is great definitely homemade and fresh ingredients. My favorite pizza place in all of Naples. Very good pizza (unless you prefer NY style). A sort of mix between pizza hut and little ceasars. The only con is that they don't deliver but, it is worth the drive. Eating in is also a unique atmosphere, many sports teams celebrate victories here. They have a large tv which displays many current movies. You order your food, sit at your table, then they call your name for your food. The eating area is very open, meaning there is not much privacy. I'll start by saying that the two stars are for the service not the food. Miss Emylie clearly did not want to be at work tonight. She was quite short with us from the beginning to the end. I have been to the establishment before so I knew what we wanted so I ordered. Food came out hot and yummy but there was a mixup with our dressing for our wings. We ordered blue cheese dressing but we were given ranch. No big deal right!!! Wrong. When my husband politely pointed out the mixup we were told we would have to pay $0.50 for the blue cheese. If the mistake was on my end I would willingly fork out the $0.50 without protest. Emylie was quite rude during the entire conversation. We cheerfully paid the additional money for the dressing but we were still met with rudeness when we were finished with our meal and asked for a box for our pizza and wings. We called at the last minute to get 12 pizzas for our girls softball team to eat quickly between games. Jeremy was AMAZING! This used to be a pretty good place for both pizza and wings, but my last two visits were sub par. The pizza was strangely prepared. The ham I asked for was diced into little cubes as were the tomatoes. I had never seen a pizza prepared like this. Then a few weeks later I got a carryout order of wings, and they were very dry and over cooked. Finally, the staff was more interested in talking to each other than paying attention to taking orders.
