Ordered through Uber Eats because I was craving wings and garlic knots. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The wings arrived cold, and the garlic knots were noticeably burnt. I understand that delivery can sometimes affect food quality, but temperature and overcooking are things that really shouldn't happen. It definitely took away from the overall experience. Have ordered from them a few times. Sometimes it's great but often it's crap. Today was an undercooked thick doughy mess. Orders with it a house salad. That was just some half wilted lettuce a small piece of cut up tomatoes and zero else. I called about the salad and they took it off My order. Yet wasted a night with bad pizza. I was back at El Primo yesterday. I ordered boneless wings and an individual pizza, and was once again very happy with both items. For the wings I recommend the sweet chili sauce. The small pizzas does take a long time and comes out scorching hot but it's pretty good. Staff are friendly and helpful and there's plenty of seating even with an entire football team which came in to eat before their game. I wish this place had just a couple more items on the menu besides wings and pizza, adding some thing like a meatball sandwich would have me coming more often read more

We tried this place today and ordered several things to sample their menu. Front counter service: 5 stars .. the guys were polite & friendly. Pizza: It lacked in sauce... the crust was ok but there was almost no sauce so it had no flavor. 2 stars Breadsticks: My daughter is a big fan of breadsticks... and she said that Little Caesar's are better than these. But she also really likes Little Caesar's so that's not terrible. I tried a bit and found it to be bland and without flavor. 2 stars Pickle Fries: We live about 5 mins from the restaurant and these became super soggy in the takeout box in the short drive home. That, or they didn't cook them enough. I'd probably eat them again in-store but not take-out... they were just too soggy: the breading and the pickle itself was limp. 1 star Wings: We got the BBQ boneless wings and these were the saving grace... they were at least 4 stars. Maybe 5 if I had ordered them 'crispy' but the sauce was tasty and the chicken was juicy. Price/Value: 3 stars .. I think the wings were a little on the pricey side... but they were also the best item we sampled today. We ate all of the wings and most of the pizza. So of course this place is not top-of-the-line sit down dining... But to be honest with you if you have a hankering for hot wings, this is most definitely the spot to go! I don't know how they make the sauce that they make but it is amazing . Of course I like mine hot and I always ask for extra saucy. When the young guy rang me up I gave him $16 and when he gave me my 64 cents back, I as gonna add it with the $4 singles I had and put it in a tip jar, but the man decided to just keep my 64 cents so therefore, he just cost the rest of the workers a additional four dollar tip. What business trains there workers to take cash and not give change back and assume It's for them which in this case, he can consider that his tip, 64 four cents instead of four dollars and sixty four cents. This place isn't that impressive but the food is decent. Their wings are really really good! The prices are great and they support the local school. Which is why I always come back here! When it comes to kids... they will enjoy this location a lot. My daughter LOVES coming here. She can order a personal pizza and they let her make it. For all the pizza choices in the area, I'd say il primo would be on the bottom of the list. Their dine in experience would be below average! I've had their carry out and this is the first pizza place that the pizza taste better when you take it home. We grabbed some wings and pizza from here a limited, but I must say that what they do have, they do quite well. We got some hots and some buffalo garlics for me & my wife. My oldest son got some boneless bbq wings. We also got a large cheese pizza for my youngest son & the group to split. I liked both the hot and garlic buffalo wings. I was expecting to like the garlics better, but I actually preferred the hots. Both good, but hots marginally better. I didn't try the boneless bbq but my son finished them, so he liked them. One and done without a chance for another visit. No way can this place lure me back in. The name alone sets a precedent of decent pizza and wings. However, I was mislead and a standard was not met and their neighbor Dominos makes better pizza. Fact. I felt the food would better be fit coming from places called Dry Cousin Vito's or Uncle Flim-Flams Casa de Freezer Burn. The wings tasted like they just came out of a frozen bag and heated up in a microwave without additional sauce. The pizza was so boring and forgettable, except for the fact I just wasted money on the meal. I can't tell if it's the sauce, dough, or cheese that killed the pizza. El Primo management and staff driving the business down. I've been going to El Primo for over 8 years. The first few years was great food and great service. As of late. it's obvious that the management and in turn staff do not care about serving guests. I ordered at 3:30p on a Sunday. The place was empty. When I arrived to pick up my order, 5 people, including the manager, watched me balance 7 pizzas and 60 wings without asking if I wanted help or opening the door. When I commented on how they have 5 people working and no one offered to assist, the manager responded, "yes, so?" Not to mention, the sauce from the wings was pouring wrapped and was leaking through both bags by the time I got out to my car. Normally it's pretty good and this is my go to place for wings but I just ordered and my wings were barely mixed with the BBQ sauce and there's also very little mild sauce on the wings. This place has a very family friendly atmosphere and they have one of those fancy new Pepsi Spire Machines to make custom sodas. My friends and I ordered the large pizza and medium wings combo for $27.99, which contains 20 wings and can be split into two different sauces. We chose the Buffalo Garlic and the Sweet Chili Sauce. The packaging could have been better for the wings as one of the boxes tipped over and spilled the sweet chili sauce everywhere. They were both your typical wing sauce you can get at almost any wing place, but the wings were a bit on the small size. The pizza was very good. It isn't your New York style pizza, but contained a fluffy and crispy crust. If you are a fan of a pizza with a stronger crust, then this pizza is for you. The cheese was topped on nicely and really made me feel like a kid eating pizza again. Give this place a try and see how you like it. I enjoyed it. read more

We try to get up their for lunch or dinner at least once each month, if were lucky we'll visit a few times each month. We've ordered takeout pizza from this location twice in the past month. Ordering online was simple enough. Pizza was great the first time, with generous amounts of cheese and toppings. We thought we'd found our new favorite pizza place. Our second pizza was...fine, on par with Domino's and other fast-food pizza options. We ate it, but it wasn't worth the cost like the first one was. Even if the food was consistent, though, I doubt I'd go back to this location, as every time I go inside to pick up my order there's a young woman at the front counter who can't seem to wear her mask correctly. It's either on her chin or hanging off her ear. I get that masks aren't particularly comfortable, but an employee dealing with a lot of customers--and their food--should really be masked up. There are other pizza places in the area with better pizza and much better safety measures. read more

I've been going here for take out wings only and I've got to say, not bad. This is coming from a self described "wing snob" who makes routine trips to Buffalo. The hot sauce has a good zing without setting my stomach on fire - which I describe as the perfect heat. For the adventurous, they have two levels beyond Hot. They also have a BBQ which was really more of a sweet chili sauce - very good, just not southern BBQ. I call the order in and within about 12 minutes they are ready to pickup. Me and my family came on a Wednesday and luckily we came on the right day, there was hardly anyone there but some kids. This place was having a special where the kids can make there own pizza and they'll put it in the oven and let the kids eat the pizza they've made. It was pretty awesome, my kids loved it and they had fun making there own pizza. The wings were tasty, the pizza was cheesy and delicious! You gotta try the chili sauce for the wings! I went in to order some wings and I was met with no masks by several employees not wearing masks including the cook. I left immediately. Three of my family members in NY are in healthcare. One has seen every patient she had taken care of on a respirator die. I find that many Floridians' don't take this pandemic seriously.
