Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a restaurant-ever. I've never written a bad review for a restaurant, but this one deserves one. I ordered Valentines dinner for my partner who lives in FL, while I was out of state. When I ordered the meal online, their app geo-located me outside Florida and changed the delivery time to my local time. So, I had to call the restaurant to ask them to manually change delivery time. When I called, I spoke with a woman who didn't understand English well so she put me on hold. Then the owner got on the phone. I explained the situation & he told me to go to the Baci App for customer service. That was annoying, but it's valentine's Day I know they were probably busy, so I hung up and opened the App. No customer service options in App. So I called back told the owner that he just spoke to me, I went on the App and there are no customer service options. I asked why can't he just change the delivery time since I'm speaking with him directly. He told me he couldn't do that and I told him to cancel the order so he said "OK. Your order is canceled. Bye "and hung up on me. A) What business owner behaves like this??!! B) When a customer has a legitimate problem you'd think a normal business would actually try to help them fix it, especially given how easy this one was to fix. WE have been a fan of Baci since before they moved to their new location. Ordered Pizza onSunday evening. Lots of places are closed on Sunday so this is the time for Baci to SHINE and pick up new customers. Ordered online a Grandma Pizza (always the best). Owner was not there. I walk in and they take a room temp previously cooked pizza throw in in oven and take it out in 3 mins. Need I say more? A real Grandma when owner is there is delicious, hot and crisp. Cheese pulls when you cut it. Drove home (to Lely Resort area--20 min) and had to heat each individual slice. I could have bought a pizza yesterday at many places and reheated it. These people are scammers. We saw a Facebook add that offered a $10 coupon to get you to stop in. We decided to stop for lunch. Place was in a weird plaza. When we walked in and noone was there we should have turned around and walked out. I'm assuming the owner and a waitress were the only people in the restaurant. The waitress seated us and brought menus. We told her we were using the $10 coupon. She told us in order to use it we had to order from the regular menu. No problem. We ordered a margarita pizza. When it came time to pay she would not honor the coupon since it had not been sent to my email and told me it could take a few days. Huh??? Bait and switch and the pizza wasn't even that good. Great spot! Tasty food and friendly staff. Convienient and quick. Easy for takeout but also has a nice dine in environment.

What went well, you ask? Everything. The rice ball was delicious, the garlic bread was heavenly, and the Sicilian with pepperoni might be the best pizza I've ever had. It's got sauce on top so be willing to get messy, especially if you have a beard like me. But trust me...it's 1000% worth it. The house red wine was actually really good, too. On top of all of that, Christian took great care of us, and the owner made us feel as welcome as if he were having us as dinner guests in his own home. Stopped in at Baci Pizza in it's new location on Bayshore Rd now that I'm back in Naples FL. Their new location is great, it's not just a pizza place anymore! It's a nicely redone space, much larger than their former space on Tamiami Trl E. They have alot of tables now and are planning on an outdoor eating area in the future. I received a text saying that they (Baci) had moved just down the street and that they were offering a special deal -- pay for 1 12" pizza and get one free. For the ONE 12" pizza it was $23.27. But the worst part was that both the pepperoni pizza and the barbecued chicken pizza were absolutely horrible. The cheese had a sour smell. The barbecued chicken was heaped all in the middle of the pizza while slathered in a thick orange sauce. Looked like someone got sick on the pizza. I ate one slice of mine and got a stomachache.
