We were excited to come back after an outstanding dinner here last December. The escargot on our first visit was to die for, so ordering it again was an easy choice. The service was excellent. Our server noticed the escargot wasn't right and immediately offered to remake it without us even asking. Unfortunately, it still missed the mark. The NY strip was also overly salty and burnt. We did enjoy the wine and still had a nice evening, but the food wasn't nearly as memorable as our first visit. We're hoping this was just an off night because we'd love to see the kitchen get back to the quality that made us want to return. read more

Wow! Jimmy P's is OUTSTANDING! We went on a Thursday for lunch to take advantage of the Steak Lunch Special that day. We arrived early around 11:15am since we had a feeling it would get pretty busy, even in off season. And that was wise...by noon there wasn't a table available, and there was a line of people waiting to eat. The Steak Special on this particular day was either Strip Steak or Filet Mignon, with a house salad or you could change to one of their sides. So I got the Filet Mignon with Tater Tots, and I also did the $4 upcharge for adding five grilled shrimp. It was soooo good. The rub they use on their steaks is delicious. They even sell lit in the store adjacent to the restaurant. Our server was so wonderful, refilling our drinks without us even having to ask. The atmosphere was so warm and inviting. Everyone in the whole restaurant was just happy. I loved it and can't wait to go back! read more

My mother-in-law, my wife, and I dined at your restaurant on December 27, 2025, and had an excellent experience. We started with the calamari appetizer, which was very well prepared. For our entrées, my mother-in-law and wife both ordered the Wagyu burger with truffle fries, while I chose the pork chops with mashed potatoes. All of the meats were exceptionally tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. For dessert, I had the chocolate ganache cake, which was rich and satisfying. We were not disappointed at any point during our visit. The ambiance was great and added to the overall enjoyment of our evening. The staff was also very accommodating and helpful with my mother-in-law, who uses a walker, which we truly appreciated. I am so disappointed to have to say that our dining experience last night was horrible at Jimmy Ps charred. Since we moved here in 2009, it has been our favorite restaurant. Perfectly cooked steaks with just the right amount t of flavoring. Salads, entrees and deserts always perfect. Last night it was a mess. Me, my husband and 32 year old daughter went out to dinner for the Xmas season. We always go to Jimmy Ps and we go an average of once a month and our dinner bill is usually $375 to $450 every time. Last night we ordered 2 filet mignon and a Rib eye steaks with a potatoe side and grilled asparagus. My daughter ordered her steak medium and a side of mashed potatoes. Her steak was horrible. No salt and pepper and no seasoning. Her steak was cooked well done. The server came over and we showed him and he did provide my daughter with a fresh perfectly cooked steaks. I had the rib eye, Pittsburgh medium rare. I have this steak every time i come here and have eaten this probably 50 times.last night whatever seasoning was used has the char taste like it was cooked on a dirty grill and tasted absolutely rancid. We noticed that the asparagus side that was also grilled had the same rancid taste. I didn't send it back since they already cooked a replacement steak for my daughter. I tried to explain to server but I didn't demand a new steak. Paid $80 for a steak I couldn't eat. The service is always great and last night no exception. Jimmy Ps was recommended by our Uber driver Jon. It's surely did not disappoint. My husband and I ordered the Waygu filet. It was amazing. We dined at Jimmy on a busy Sunday afternoon on a long weekend. Without having to wait we were seated within few minutes and were attended by our server to place the order. We ordered steak and beef burger. The steak was delicious and one of the best I every had with a decent portion along with fries. Their burger has to be one of the best halal burger I had in south Florida. The patty was thick, and juicy and well cooked. Honestly extremely disappointed with my experience at Jimmy P's Charred restaurant today in Naples. I haven't been to Jimmy P's in a while and was really looking forward to enjoying a positive experience, but unfortunately it was the opposite. I ordered the reuben burger, cooked medium with Swiss cheese and a side caesar salad instead of fries. When my burger came out, it was served medium rare, with provolone, and fries. My initial reaction was that this was no big deal so I sent it back to the kitchen for the revisions to be made. It came back out a few minutes later with the side salad on a new plate, so I thought all had been fixed. As I start eating my burger though, it turns out they didn't actually change the burger at all. Only changed the salad and plate I suppose in the hopes I wouldn't notice the burger was still the same. As I look down at my burger too, I notice the center is EXTREMELY RARE. Like bright red. For the second time now, I sent my meal back to the kitchen hoping I could finally end up with the correct meal I ordered. It came back to me on the same plate, with the same partially eaten raw burger on the same plate where I had picked out part of the raw center???? They just threw it on the grill and called it a day. By this time too the bun was just completely soggy and the cheese had become rubbery and disgusting. I ended up eating the salad only and calling it a day. Our waiter was kind and extremely apologetic and took the meal off of our bill which I appreciate, but at the end of the day I left the restaurant hungry and off-put by the whole experience. We decide to try this location because it has a butcher shop so we thought what a bonus-2 for 1. Boy what a disappointment, the menu is not the same and neither was the service. Needless to say we will not be dining here again. The Bonita Springs location is worth the drive. To respond to the business owner's question. 1. The waiter couldn't be bothered with us, rushed us for our order, didn't bother to ask if we had any questions and when I did ask a question the response I got was "I haven't the slightest idea" and that was it. I have spent thousands at Jimmy P's over the years. Stopped in tonight and didn't order a steak. I ordered the bolognese. It was inedible. The cheese sauce tasted liquified american cheese slices and the bolognese was similar to horrible fatty pulled pork sandwich. They did not charge me for the meal but they were not apologetic and made me feel like I had to leave. I will interpret this as one-off event. read more
