Each burger topped differently and each cooked differently.,,medium, well, very well. Even the very well burger was cooked to their liking and still juicy. Toppings seemed fresh and generous. I came with my kids and we all mostly enjoyed our meals, the kids meals were extremely plentiful and even their chicken tenders and grilled cheese were delicious. The Herb burger was good, cooked a little more than I asked but still tasted fine. The donut burger was also good, but note that the donut isn't really sweet at all and is more bread-like. The service was not the best. They seated us before the table was ready leaving us standing in the middle of the place awkwardly. The menus were left on the chairs which were all left pulled out and it was just overall unprofessional. The server herself seemed miserable and like she didn't want to be there. She never checked on us once when we had our food. When we were finished and she dropped off our paid bill, there wasn't a "thanks for coming" or "have a great day" or an even a smile. This past weekend we decided to have a nice weekend getaway to Naples Florida with some friends that have a house there. They recommended that we try the local burger joint called Brooks burger. Family owned and with two different theme rooms we were seated in the Marvel Comics room. The menu here has an extensive list of burgers with different toppings. To start we ordered their cheese curds and a butterscotch shake. The shake was good very creamy and right amount of sweetness. The cheese curds were ok it tasted good but it was too much breading. For the burgers my wife and son ordered the regular cheeseburger and I ordered the asagio garlic burger with sweet potatoes waffle fries and the seasoned fries. My daughter ordered a grilled cheese with fries and she complained that the bread was too thick. The regular cheeseburgers were good but not the second coming of Christ but you can tell the beef patty was made from scratch. The same with my garlic burger I just wish it had more of a garlic taste. Both types of fries were really good and flavorful. read more

Always driven by this place and wanted to see what it's all about! Well today was the day, we stopped in for a late lunch around 1:30. The place was pretty full and we sat at the last booth available. Service was quick and attentive. Food came out pretty fast too. Ordered the classic burger in a lettuce wrap. Unlike most places when I get a lettuce wrap they go skimpy on the lettuce...well not this place, provided me with lettuce for days! Burger was seasoned very well and was very juicy. Off the main dining room there is another room with tables, a small stage setup and beer on tap. You pay by the ounce and each tap has a computer screen telling you a bit about the beer. It's like a wine bar but for beer. I didn't try it but if I return, I will do so. Not the absolute best small, local, hole in the wall, greasy spoon, hamburger place I have been to on my travels. Nice flavor and juicy burger. I deducted a star because they were sometimes inconsistent in terms of getting us the requested burger doneness. We asked for both burgers to be medium but one was medium well hence a little drier. Wasn't a huge deal so we didn't make a stink. We also ordered 2 milk shakes the vanilla and the Oreo both were plentiful and delicious. A welcome compliment to the burgers.
