This is our first day in Florida on vacation, year number 35. We found this restaurant on yelp! I'm gonna tell you what it is absolutely 100% authentic Chicago. I had the famous Italian beef but added cheese which they don't do in Chicago and it was absolutely melt in your mouth quality sandwich. The Au jus was so spot on, absolutely delicious. I'm coming back here several times to try their other items oh, and by the way, best french fries I've had in a long long time anywhere!!! read more

This is a causel dinning restaurant serves sausage and beef sandwiches. I came here for lunch and tried the chicago dawg. The hotdog was good and perfectly snugged inside the poppy seed bun with the authentic chicago-style hotdog toppings, bright green relish, sliced tomatoes, pickled sport peppers, etc. The combination of the toppings are so different but turn out great. The others of our group ordered chicago beef which looked really good as well. read more

If you're craving real Chicago-style Italian beef, you've gotta come here! My husband and I took the owner, Nemo's, recommendation and got the #2, the famous Italian beef with cheese. He told us to try it with Swiss and both hot and sweet chili peppers, and OMG it was amazing, so juicy and full of flavor!! We literally finished it in just a few minutes, it's that good! Nemo is the sweetest guy, super friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is really clean and filled with cool Chicago memorabilia that he's so proud to talk about. You can just feel the love he puts into his food and this place. Such a great little family-owned spot! Definitely coming back soon! read more

I had a Coney dog and it was terrific. It was grilled just right and was all beef. I will come back again!

I wanted to stop by and try their food, since my pursuit of the best hot dog in Naples has been kind of disappointing. I ordered the Chicago dog with fries, hubs went for their Italian beef sandwich. The restaurant was small but clean with a pleasant staff and our orders arrived quickly. The Chicago dog was good and prepared with quality ingredients. The Italian beef sub with crispy fries, also got compliments. The menu is casual, but they offer enough variety to make you want to stop by again. Prices are not bad, about average for Naples. This restaurant is kind of hidden on the side of busy Pine Ridge, but it's worth taking a few minutes to find, you won't be disappointed when you're in the mood for a quick meal and good sandwich or hot dog. read more

Chicago Italian beef's have always been among my favorite foods, but the best I could find was about a 30 minute drive each way from my house. I was excited to find something closer to home, and generally impressed with Beefstro's. I found the location clean, welcoming and the staff very friendly. There was some limited seating via high tops and lower tables. I ordered the beef with motz, small fries and a Pepsi, which took about 10 minutes to cook. The cost was over $16 which seemed a little high but that's common in Naples. My first impression- the beef and fries looked great, but the portion was smaller than I expected. I did ask for a small fry, but most pieces seemed to be the very small end bits of a potato. The beef has less meat than I would expect, but the flavor was excellent! Aside from the smaller than expected portion for the cost, my only other dispoaintment if I am frustrated when expected to tip for quick service/fast food places. I certainly could say no, but if they are asking for a tip, I assume the staff are not paid well and feel obliged. read more

We were here once before & I don't think we'd return. My husband had the beef sandwich & I had the Philly beef. His beef sandwich was rather skimpy on the beef especially when you're used to a Portillos beef, absolutely no comparison. The krinkle cut fries were fresh & hot, my Philly beef sandwich was ok but lacking any flavor, I chose provolone cheese, maybe that was the mistake? Note they tack on 4% if you use a credit card & have the machine that asks for a tip & you're ordering at the counter, guess the Naples residents don't pay attention to that. read more

Best place to go in Naples for some classic Chicago style Italian beef's. If you want authentic beef. I got the #2. Famous Italian beef with mozzarella cheese. For 12.95 which came with fries. The staff was eager to help with anything I needed. Overall had a good experience in the restaurant which features a Chicago style memorabilia. read more

Honestly, I think it's the cleanest eating establishment in Naples, there's no way to prove that, but it's spotless every time I walk in. The menu has a variety of delicious hot sandwiches. They're all delicious. I like the Italian Beef w/ cheese and the Blackened Chicken. The fries are always perfect too. It's easy to appreciate the effort taken because the pride in their product and service are evident within that place. read more

Beef sandwich was good but not enough on it. Fries that came with the sandwich were good. But again not enough of them. Then we get to the 4% charge for using a credit card. This is a mom and pop restaurant scam. Smart mom & pops don't do it and neither do corporate restaurants. Skimping on food and charging for Apple Pay will only hurt this business in the long run. read more

Being from Chicago, we stopped by Beefstros for some chicago style beef sandwiches. The workers were pleasant and the place was tidy. We ordered to go and upon opening our food, we were shocked by how skimpy they were with the meat. It also advertised grilled onions and peppers on sandwich. No peppers and maybe one onion. This is not chicago style. False advertising....we will not be back. Especially paying almost $11 for this sandwich. I'll goto Jimmie's in Bonita springs next time and will get a filled sandwich for same price. Disappointment. read more

So we went here for the first time and we will be back! Everything was fresh and hot, friendly service, nice music. The only problem we had was the amount of sauerkraut they put on the sandwiches. Don't get me wrong, the kraut was fresh and tangy, but it overpowered the taste of the meat on the reuben. It was all you tasted. Maybe next time, we will ask for a light serving. We do recommend read more

Very pleasant experience. Nemo a Chicago native was very friendly and upbeat. I had a loaded Chicago dog which hit the spot. Nemo also gave me a sample of a beef sandwich with cheese- very tasty. Stopped into Beefstro's today for an Italian Beef sandwich with giardiniera hot peppers and fries today - they also provide a side of au jus for dipping. We we're looking for a quick meal down the road in between our appointments and to fall upon this place. So we figured we'd give this place a chance and we're so glad we did!! We ordered the cheeseburger special that came with fries and their #2 special beef with Swiss cheese and sweet peppers on a small sub roll will beef dipping sauce and fries! The meal was fresh and absolutely delicious!! The service was very attentive, friendly and personable! This restaurant is more of an order to go but they do have a few tables for 4, and for two patrons. The inside is very clean with a comfortable atmosphere. Try it ! You won't be disappointed! Thank the Italian Beef Gods for Beefstro's! Native Chicagoan here, lived there for 90% of my life, I've eaten at all the best beef and hotdog spots and I'm highly critical of ANY place outside of Chi that boasts about it's "Chicago beefs". Which I think is funny because in Chicago they don't call them Chicago beefs they call them Italian beefs! Anyway, the place is clean, has an open kitchen, and is loaded with very genuine touches of Chicago living. I felt a bit home sick! Ok now the food, I ordered a beef, with mozzarella, dipped, add giardiniera peppers. Also, a Chicago dog with everything on it. They use Vienna! The dog has everything it's supposed to have! It was very good. This served as a big reminder for me that Vienna makes the best dog! Better than Nathan's! (Fight me) The beef, was dipped expertly, tasted amazing and had genuine Italian flavors ( not like the taste of flavoring cubes melted in water as others I've tried). The peppers were up to my standards as well, overall just a great tasting beef (can't believe I'm writing that for a Florida review). ONLY part I wish they did different is wrap the beef up if it's dipped, just makes it easier to open slowly as you eat it. But honestly it was such a small detail I almost feel bad adding it, either way I ate and enjoyed every last morsel. You would too! The two fellas behind the counter were friendly and professional. They made the beef and dog expertly and asked if everything was ok, overall great service from these guys. What can I say! I am so glad I have a place for beefs and dogs now! The price was around $10 per person and comes with a side of fries or chips. If you've never had a legit Chicago dog or beef I give my full endorsement to this establishment. Get the beef dipped, get the dog with everything! You will not regret it. read more

The reviews for this place are great. I don't get it. The prices are fair. The manager/owner is very customer oriented and hard working . The service is good to very good. So what's my hangup? The lunches are too heavy and fried with the exception of the grilled cheese sandwich. The sides seem limited to either fries or chips. A couple healthier alternatives would have been nice and a half a pickle would be even nicer. read more

My family and I love this place! The blackened chicken sandwich is my favorite. It's so addicting! The employees are very friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend! read more

Very nice restaurant and very good service. The Chicago style hotdog is on point, a little heavy on the condiments. The beef sandwich, not so much. It has decent flavor, but is lacking in size and substance. Not a very traditional Chicago Italian beef. Overall, a decent restaurant, but it doesn't bring back memories of Chicago. read more

I have been looking for a good Chicago style hot dog place in Naples. While many claim they have it only one so far has it. Beefstro's hot dog is every bit as good as a Chicago dog in Chicago. Poppy seed bun, sport peppers, onion, slice of pickle. In typical Chicago style these dogs will fall apart when you eat them. They use a fine grade of beef hot dog. And they were put on the grill love it. I am pretty sure the owner was taking the orders and he was about my age maybe younger. His struggles with the computer ordering system and talking to himself was too close to me. It was scary. :) If you are in the mood for a true Chicago dog and are in SWF this is the place. read more

Excellent, authentic, premium products at Beefstro's in Naples! The Italian beef and gravy is homemade by Nemo every day and cannot be beat- fresh bread from Chicago and the tastiest Vienna Beef hot dog and sausage products to round out the menu. Went in at 7pm on a Monday night, only customer in the place. Got a Beef, Chips, and a drink. Beef flavor was decent, nothing outstanding, but not bad. But sandwich was very small. Not much meat on it. Plus, bun was split, so meat would not stay on the bun. There is a competitor in Bonita Springs that offers a sandwich that is a better value. I will probably continue to go there when in town. read more
