I had the pleasure of chatting with the owners, who also run a location in Maryland, and their East Coast roots clearly show in every bite. I've lived in the Midwest and have sampled cheesesteaks across the country, so I can tell you with confidence: this is the real deal. While they don't use the traditional Amoroso roll, the sandwich is still remarkably authentic and absolutely solid. For Naples, Florida? This place is a genuine find. A fun bonus -- on their wall, they proudly display that Governor DeSantis is a regular customer. It says something when even the Governor makes a point to stop in! My order took about 10 minutes to prepare and I was ready for action. I was pleasantly surprised to see the sandwich consistent of medallions of what appeared to be a very nice sirloin. It was extremely tender and pretty flavorful with the caramelized onions and garlic aioli it came with. The bun was soft and the fries that accompanies it were well seasoned (celery salt, black pepper, garlic salt?). Where I was disappointed was the small amount of cheese that was on the sandwich. I absolutely love cheese especially when combined with steak on a hoagie roll, so I wish there would have been a bit more on this sandwich. With that gripe aside all in all the sandwich was pretty yummy.

The chili dog was eh. The hotdog is really thick and shredded cheese doesn't really have much flavor with the chili. I think American cheese would help give it more flavor!
