Our first time at BRK pizza. When I noticed that brick style pizza oven, I knew the pizza will be crusty! We ordered a large pie half sausage and half cheese. Not surprisingly, it was thin crust. Normally, we share a salad like Caesar or Greek salad. For some strange reason, we skipped the salad today! The sausage was very tasty and cheesy half was wonderful. Instead of wine and beer, a simple classic Coke was the drink of the night! My wife loves the idea of small cheese pie with a side order of salad under $10 for lunch! You can eat in with a small TV at the table or eat outside. Love that drink dispensing machine near the counter. Very modern and clear options for all drink! Clearly, this is a family owned business. We have ordered to go from here a couple times and really liked it. We get the cauliflower crust and it's a good one. Our order was wrong one of the times and we called, they said come in that day or the next to fix it. We didn't end up making it back in till a couple weeks later, but they remembered - made it right - and it was even better fresh, at the restaurant. I ordered in and it was not cheap. The Margaritas pizza was the worst I ever had in my life. It looked like they reheated an old yesterday pizza. Burnt and black flat crust. The taste was disgusting. They put fresh tomatoes on top to pretend it was fresh. It was like eating a pizza that was crushed on the road by the trash truck. I was hungry so I ate hoping it will not hurt me. Ordered delivery thru their website. A 3.4 mile delivery took over 20 mins from when it was picked up at the restaurant. It was not in insulated food carry bag. Pizza was cold and looked like it was sitting out for hours. I called the restaurant and they said it would be refunded and that was a few days ago. They also told me to contact the delivery service they use, Chowhound. Why would I have to go to the trouble when I didn't order thru them. The restaurant should contact them for the refund I should be given by the restaurant. Once we reheated the pizzas they were tasty. Did a Thai, cheese and a sausage tomato. Just flavorless and generic....this is the kind of basic cardboard pizza you get at a crappy airport. We used to come here/takeout all the time but the last two times it's been terrible. Last time all the cheese had slid to one side of the box. The pizza wasn't fully cut through or even in triangles. Just haphazard. Tonight we specified light sauce on Thai. Instead it was heavily sauced without much cheese and was burned. Also not cut through fully. The quality has just gone downhill. Everything about this place is spectacular. The service/staff are so incredible; each person is extremely knowledgeable about the menu and any dietary restrictions one may have. The staff are also very nice and warm, and even helped me make my vegan pizza (which was delicious)! My dad isn't vegan but loved his pepperoni pizza so much he made sure to take some home for later. I ordered a vegan pizza with Daiya cheese, vegan sausage, and lots of vegetables, and everything was cooked to perfection. I also ordered a house salad but with some modifications and they followed everything to the T. They also offer some alcoholic beverages if someone wants a glass of wine or a beer! Hats off to BRK Pizza! The pizza is the best in town. It's cooked in a brick oven. The crust is perfect! The sauce is flavorful. The balance of ingredients is excellent. This is the only place I'll eat pizza in Naples. I've eaten there with my granddaughter, who loved the pizza. Then I came 3 other times with my husband who agrees with me that it's the best pizza in town. That's 4 visits and each time the pizza has been consistently perfect. We also had the gelato -- several different flavors -- all outrageously delicious. And the best part is the customer service -- super friendly, caring, polite people work there who bend over backwards to make everything perfect. I can't say enough about finding a place like this -- that is truly a rarity. Usually if you like the customer service, the food is so-so and vice versa. Took the kids tonight for a pizza date. Caesar salad was overdressed but fresh. Kids cheese pizza was hot and crispy. And my neopolitan was pretty solid. We also orders breadsticks That weren't too shabby. I'm not sure how I feel about the TVs at every table. Part of the appeal in dining out for me is to escape from the world of screens. However for parents with kids I caN definitely understand the benefit. And it makes BRK unique for sure. I love the gelato And think that's a great touch. I also like how you can order at the counter and the pizza comes out in a matter of minutes. My few qualms with BRK are the fact that the pizzas were very mild in flavor. Not tasteless per say just lacking in spice and some salt perhaps. I really think the issue is the marinara sauce. It's missing flavor. They do have a nice variety of pizzas here for sure. The pies comeut on a piece of cardboard but at least it's biodegradable. Definitely a nice spot for quick pizza and salads. It's also pretty clean and well organized. Here for the first time last week. My nephew was visiting from New Jersey and he suggested we try this place. He was looking for pizza on-line before the trip here; he liked what he saw and read about. Well, he was right. One visit here and you're hooked! Great tasting salad and pizza pies. Especially liked the "brick oven" style crust and taste. Enjoyed it a lot. Have been living here 6 months already and it took my nephew to find it for me. And what was especially nice was the owner.
