Great pizza place! Family run business, and they treat you like family. We tried both the pizza and their Philly steak, both were excellent! It was later in the evening when we picked up the food. We noticed they had two small patio tables outside, so we decided to grab a table and eat there. Within seconds, they noticed we were going to eat outside and they brought out plates, cutlery and napkins for us. Fantastic customer service. Highly recommended! read more

Quality ingredients don't make it greasy in a bad way and you don't feel like you're going to explode even after half a pizza, haha He stayed open a few extra minutes once when I ordered late. Fabio's is my favorite slice place in town. Better than the others recommended. Their sauce is slightly sweet (my preference) and their cheese isn't overwhelming. The pizza is greasy but definitely not overly. It's perfect for sitting in the parking lot and putting a piece or two away. The owner and his employees are all super friendly and go out of their way to make sure your slice is fresh. Check it out. Last minute decision on pizza, wanted local. So glad we found this place! We split some cheesy garlic bread, and a large 16" (only $1 more than a mess) half supreme and half meat lovers. The veggies were fresh, meats deliciously fresh. That crust though- Out of this world- perfection. Nice crispy bottom and edges of, delicious chew as you but through. Drinks are ala carte , by bottle or can. There are also beers and wine. The owners run the business and they are not only welcoming and friendly, they truly care about their food and their customers. Many locals came in for carry out as we dined in. ( It's small dining room -2 tables and counter seating.) Definitely give this place a try if you want authentic fresh pizza. read more

I am a sausage pizza lover from New Haven, the pizza capital of the world (sorry, New York). I have eaten many excellent pies there and since moving to Naples, I have tried at least 20 different pizza places to find one sausage pizza as good as those that I had in New Haven. I had a sausage pizza from Fabio's pizza today, and it was outstanding, with a delicious thin crust, just the right amount of sauce and mozzarella, and, finally, sausage that lived up to my memories of pizza in the north. I have not tried anything else of theirs, but Fabio's is absolutely my go to place for a really fine sausage pizza. Also, the owners are incredibly nice. read more

When in Naples you look for places that cause a stir and when you have 3 little kids pizza comes up quite a bit. After reading the bookmarks I had set aside on yelp Fabio's came up repeatedly as a pace to try. Upon arrival I wasn't even sure Fabio's was open. It is a small store front restaurant with only three tables inside and a couple of outdoor tables on a busy street. The menu is an overhang with a simple menu but that's where the simplicity ends. The owners and chef are a couple who launched this place with deep Italian roots. We ordered a large half and half pizza, a family salad, cheese bread and wine, soda and waters. We chatted briefly with this delightful couple and waited for our pizza. While waiting 10-15 couples picked up to go orders and we realized a lot of people in this area grab food to go to enjoy the water or sunsets (brilliant) The garlic cheese bread is like a drug and is amazing The salad is simple but so tasty with a fresh wine vinegar dressing The pizza was amazing and we destroyed it as a family. The crust is fresh and thin, the sauce sets the pizza apart and the toppings were generous. Order to go or come enjoy a family conversation. Don't expect gourmet surroundings but you will get gourmet food! read more

I have literally tried to eat here for 4 days in a row, timing was just not right with vacation, holiday schedules and stuff. Finally it happened, and I am not sorry! This place is easily overlooked, as it is a part of a small strip mall next to 7-11. Nothing to reel in customers. The inside has some seating and a few seating outside. The pizza..... amazing. The guy said the price difference $1 so we went big. We drove it home and the car smelt delicious. The pizza was still crispy by the time we made it home! We got the artichoke mushroom and ham, and one half cheese and pepporoni. The other party ordered the steak sandwhich and sausage parm sammich. They were all freakin smashing. I usually find steak sandwhichs boring but this was so good. Highly recommend it. I couldnt begin to express how good it is. Just look at the pictures and go. Fabio's makes a pretty righteous New York style pizza. And just so you know, I'm an Italian from New York and I have actually made pizzas in an Italian restaurant when I was a teenager. So I'm qualified...LOL Anyway I hope will give them a try. It's a husband and wife team with no other help right now. I've been to plenty of places the last 5 years I've lived here (I'm from nj so you know I know good pizza) and it's gotten to the point now where if we try somewhere new in naples my boyfriend and I are disspaointed because Fabio's is always so much better. They are truly elite when it comes to the cheese and sauce ratio and the crunch of the pie. Never soggy or overly oily and when you take a slice from the pie it doesn't flop into a mess. This place is the real deal!!!!! Always looking for a great pizza place..... We were checking out pizza place reviews in the area, and decided to give this place a try... The front looks like a little hole in the wall place in a strip mall. There are a couple cute tables out front and a couple more tables inside. The owner greeted us right away. This is a mom and pop place run by Sicilian(?) immigrants. They have kind faces and were quick to take my order. While we ordered the Margherita pizza and waited, we noticed the pizza was put into an old school oven. How awesome is that? The small restaurant had such a warm feeling to it, and the husband/wife team looked like they truly loved their business.... we were hoping that the pizza would reflect that. We didn't wait long- when we got our pizza to take home, we noticed right away how AMAZING the pizza smelled! OMG= holy basil!!!!!! We couldn't wait to get it home. When we opened the box at home, the most beautiful looking pizza greeted us. The slices are very large. So here's the deal- we've been all over the U.S., and have some great pizza stories to share, but this, was the BEST pizza I've had. Chicago, New York.... good... but not this good. The cheese was the best- flavorful and cooked just right. They didn't skimp on cheese. The basil was delicious and the tomatoes were large and meaty. Then there is the crust- seriously? How can a crust be this good? Crunchy and soft in the middle. This pizza was not greasy, soggy or burnt. Perfection. A medium pizza easily fed 2 people for under $20. These pre made pizzas, that have toppings thrown on and reheated is a wonderful mass produced, one man show operation, but not cool to do to a loyal customer, if I want stale bread crust and reheated nonsense I would eat a thawed out pizza bite from the frozen food section, not getting charged 30 plus dollars with generous tip, the crust is embarrassing, pizza terrible compared to the old days, not going back anytime soon!! Another hole in the wall joint. Small place in a small plaza right in the middle of a business district. I was addicted to this place about four years ago but moved. Returned today and nothing has changed. For starters, I love a place where the owner does the work. You walk in, see the kitchen, see the sweating man back there and you know, that's Fabio. He's putting his blood, sweat and tears into his food... Not literally. He wears gloves and all that, but it's refreshing that he's not just phoning in from, I dunno, Oregon. Meatball sub is my favorite. Will tell myself I'm just having half. Sit down and two minutes later I'm getting up for the other half. Meatballs seem homemade, sauce and cheese are great, and the bread is toasted perfectly. Fiance loves the pizza. I didn't try it on this visit but I remember years ago it was phenomenal. I'm assuming Fabio kept the recipe the same since they're still there. Good food, good people, and great to see a family working together to share their product. read more

Staying at a nearby hotel while on the road for work and wanted to order pizza. My first choice for pizza had a message saying they were on vacation until July. This was the best rated pizza place on Yelp in a ten mile radius, so this is where I ordered from. I called in a 16" meatball pizza and a side salad for carry-out; enough to last for several meals. 25 minute wait was reasonable, and it was ready on time. When I picked up the pizza the restaurant was empty, and the owner was watching basketball on tv. The first problem was my method of payment - apparently they don't take Discover card. I travel for a living, and I use that card to keep track of my expenses and collect miles. Even places that don't take Visa typically take Discover - but no such luck. It happens. While he was running my payment I glanced at the pie and noted the crust on top was quite well done. Typically I prefer my pizza a little crispy, so I didn't think too much about it. The salad was in a to-go container sealed up in a bag, and when I got to the motel I discovered it was iceberg lettuce, tomato slices, red onions, and black olives with an almost flavorless vinaigrette dressing. A good size for the price, but so incredibly bland - I ate about half the salad and tossed the rest. I would gladly pay another $1 for a better dressing option if it was available. The pizza was another issue altogether. It definitely spent at least 2-3 minutes too long in the oven. The crust was thin and tough. On the plus side there was a decent amount of cheese and meatballs, and it was a generous size. On the negative, the bottom and edges of the pizza were scorched. I typically love pizza crust, and never throw the "bones" away, but these were rock hard and inedible. The bubbles and thinner areas were bitter, crumbly, and almost ashen. Sadly not the five star experience I was hoping for. read more
