Today we ordered the 18" thin crust with extra cheese and pepperoni (ask that they place the pepperoni on top, if you like it crispy like we do). This was absolutely delicious! Crispy top, the right amount of sauce and all the toppings go right up to the outer edges, leaving the perfect amount of crust. The inside is small, mainly designed for pick up, but they do have a couple of tables. We always order it for pick up, as we live nearby. Two of us ate about half leaving the rest tomorrow night. It was okay. I got thin crust. And i guess i ordered too many toppings (went for a combo style) because it was undercooked. Because a pizza with wings totaled over 50$ and i had to pickup, i probably wont be back for some time. Still, not bad pizza. Mine was just undercooked. And for 50$ i dont want undercooked pizza. Five star review on our pizza but... I ordered a 16" thin crust pizza tonight and it was just as this ex-Chicago resident remembered it from our Chicago Rosati's days. Excellent. It was the best Chicago pizza I have had locally. No question about that. I need to add that it was available on time as promised and service was excellent. The however, though, is that the pizza was more expensive than their competition that we have ordered from here in Fort Myers and to add to the financial pain they added a convenience charge for using a credit card. So, yes, we will return when our craving over-rules our wallet. read more

True Chicago style with a crispy thin crust. Although ratio of toppings to our 18" combo pizza was sparse particularly the sausage which was only on the outside portions. Still seasoned perfectly. Con: placed our order in person and it took an 1 hour 12 minutes to get our pizza. Other customers with online orders were waiting longer. The reason, only 1 person to run the show. Not only was the pizza fantastic, our interaction with the manager, Sean, was one absolutely unbelievably great. We ordered online for a Grubhub Delivery. Horrible. They couldn't deliver to us despite very specific instructions. When we called Rosati's, Sean got on the line and immediately apologized for their mistake. It is rare today to have someone be so responsible and act with such integrity. He said if he had the staff, he would have them personally deliver it to our home! My husband went to the restaurant. Not the same experience as I had like the one in Bonita Springs. Pizza crust was hard and customer service sucked. The guy said I couldn't add extra cheese because the pizza was premade and it had a lot of cheese on it was his response. He said let me go and hear you up two slices. Grossly disappointed.
