​Terrible service . Ordered a pizza , said it was 30 minutes to get it online, got to the store and no one came out to help for around 8 minutes. Finally rang the bell. They came out and then went back to the kitchen and didn't come back for 10 minutes I asked him how much longer, they said 5 minutes, I'm finally the pizza came out around 10 minutes after that. Their excuse was they're too busy . I don't understand why they're busy . Their customer service was horrible there. No wonder they have the lowest ratings around . Today we ordered the 18" thin crust with extra cheese and pepperoni (ask that they place the pepperoni on top, if you like it crispy like we do). This was absolutely delicious! Crispy top, the right amount of sauce and all the toppings go right up to the outer edges, leaving the perfect amount of crust. The inside is small, mainly designed for pick up, but they do have a couple of tables. We always order it for pick up, as we live nearby. Two of us ate about half leaving the rest tomorrow night. I'm a big fan of Chicago-style pizza, and Rosati's does it right. But what I really love is that they've got way more than just pizza on the menu. Tons of variety, which is awesome when you're not in the mood for a whole pizza. I went with a calzone and was able to build it using the same toppings they offer for their pizzas, such a solid alternative, and it hit the spot. They've also got a little outdoor seating area, which is always a nice option for a relaxing and enjoying the weather in Southwest Florida, we sat outside and it was lovely as the sun set. read more

It was okay. I got thin crust. And i guess i ordered too many toppings (went for a combo style) because it was undercooked. Because a pizza with wings totaled over 50$ and i had to pickup, i probably wont be back for some time. Still, not bad pizza. Mine was just undercooked. And for 50$ i dont want undercooked pizza. Also, i wish they had more flavorful Italian sausage. You get no fennel in there. read more

Pizza overall is pretty good but very inconsistent. One time you order sausage pizza with baseball size sausage the next time you order pizza the sausages, quarter size or smaller. Sometimes the cheese is put on perfectly other times there's something that not right with the cheese. And depending what time of the day you order sometimes the order with the ingredients you ordered are ass backwards. I'm only being honest with this review. read more

Food is consistently good on the pizzas to the sandwiches. I've tried Rosati's in Wisconsin in Illinois and they had the same great quality.

From Chicago suburbs and love Rosati's. Ordered from this location last night - half pepperoni and half sausage. Didn't even taste like Rosati's. It was really a cheese pizza with a sprinkle of the meat. The salad did not have all the items it should have and it was soaking wet. Maybe it's new management or ownership. read more

Five star review on our pizza but... I ordered a 16" thin crust pizza tonight and it was just as this ex-Chicago resident remembered it from our Chicago Rosati's days. Excellent. It was the best Chicago pizza I have had locally. No question about that. I need to add that it was available on time as promised and service was excellent. The however, though, is that the pizza was more expensive than their competition that we have ordered from here in Fort Myers and to add to the financial pain they added a convenience charge for using a credit card. So, yes, we will return when our craving over-rules our wallet. read more

Advertised as dine in or carry out, only one table inside and several outside next to the parking lot. Plan accordingly, if weather conditions are not ideal. Pro: Pizza is excellent!! True Chicago style with a crispy thin crust. Although ratio of toppings to our 18" combo pizza was sparse particularly the sausage which was only on the outside portions. Still seasoned perfectly. Con: placed our order in person and it took an 1 hour 12 minutes to get our pizza. Other customers with online orders were waiting longer. The reason, only 1 person to run the show. Blame goes to the owner/manager for allowing this to happen. read more

I live close so pick up often from here. The Italian Beef Sandwich is the BEST I've had. Be sure to get a side of au jus with your sandwich- so good! Tastes just like the best ones in Chicago. My husband enjoys the thin crust pizza which is excellent but I just have to get the Italian Beef every time we pick up. It's that good! The owner/staff are very friendly and prompt in their service. Being a little burned out of fast food I checked it out today. I ordered a slice of pizza and he asked if I would like pepperoni, sausage or cheese. I responded..... okay! Not the same experience as I had like the one in Bonita Springs. Pizza crust was hard and customer service sucked. The guy said I couldn't add extra cheese because the pizza was premade and it had a lot of cheese on it was his response. He said let me go and hear you up two slices. Grossly disappointed. Not in favor of driving 20 minutes to correct. Why was I told one thing at one store and something different at another?
