It took me a minute to really decide what I wanted and now I'm craving to come back. I am not surprised how busy it was when we arrived. It definitely confirmed this place is really good. We ordered the cranberry turkey sandwich, Italian and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup to share with an extra side order of sourdough. The sourdough alone was phenomenal. Crusty exterior with a fluffy interior that just melted! I think I scarfed down my sandwich a little too quickly because everything was balanced so well, and the bread absolutely divine. The soup was also great, and paired extremely well with the sourdough bread. I wished there was a location closer to me, however if I'm in the area I will always opt to come here!

The cranberry turkey sandwich is absolutely delicious! They even have different soups and salads too. You can also buy loaves of baked bread to take home, which is always a good idea. I recommend the par-baked baguette, so you can take it home and enjoy it extra warm! Ordering ahead is easy and definitely saves a lot of time. The only downside is the parking lot, it's small and not the best, but there is parking available. Overall, well worth a visit for a quality sandwich. The location has ample seating inside and is always clean.

He suggested the Turkado and it was free and flavorful, good sauce. My only complaint as with most sandwiches everything is like in the center and there's so much empty bread all around the edges. I ordered two sandwiches online. One of the sandwiches came with everything listed on the…read moredescription on the website, but apparently for the other sandwich you are expected to individually select each ingredient that's already listed in the description yourself or else they won't add it to the sandwich. It really doesn't make sense as to why I would be expected to do this for one sandwich and not the other. I drove all the way back to the restaurant and was patient even when they told me about this inconsistency on the website. However, my main disappointment regarding this experience comes from the staff trying to tell me the original sandwich I received was correct. Apparently the website voids every ingredient that is supposed to come on the sandwich when you pay for extra add-ons, however my original sandwich was STILL missing the add-ons I paid for (avocado and cheese) and included the skimpiest amount of bacon, even though I paid for 3X bacon. On top of that, the size of the bread was half that of my other sandwich, which is supposed to be the same size. The girl at the counter tried to tell me it was because my other sandwich had more veggies (even though they were both supposed to have the same amount) but I really don't think that should affect the size of bread they give you. I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability and the staff trying to convince me my sandwich was right when we were all looking right at it. It honestly was just the weirdest experience because they were all staring at the open face sandwich trying to tell me it had the ingredients I paid for. Even if they claim I was supposed to add the original ingredients manually myself, it STILL was missing the extra add-ons they charged me for. It was extremely odd that they kept going back and forth with me instead of admitting their mistake, so I decided to let it go. Lastly, the person whom I'm assuming is the manager re-wrapped the original sandwich for me and said he would make me another one and I could keep the first one. When I went to leave, the girl at the counter gave me grievance over taking both home, as if she either wanted it for herself or she was planning on recycling the ingredients for the next sandwich which I really hope wouldn't be the case for other customers' sake considering I literally took it home and brought it back to show them. Overall just a very weird customer service experience. Would not recommend.
