I would highly recommend this company. From the initial estimate to the finished work they were great. We initially got an estimate from a different company ( Jarco) but after waiting 14 wks being pushed out much further than we were originally told I gave up and called Roofix. That turned out to be the best move I could make. They gave me the estimate, $2000 cheaper than my previous one. Told me it would be 6 wks out but showed up in 5. They came out to our place last year to fix one leak and diagnose another one that turned out to be plumbing rather than roofing. They responded promptly, were nice and professional, and were well priced. They suggested and did some maintenance that would extend the life of our roof. Their repairs did great through this winter's heavy rains. We just had them out again to diagnose another ceiling leak that turned out to be plumbing rather than roofing, but they were super helpful about it. After my initial call, during a rainy week, Sergio came out within a few days. I received the estimate quickly and the work started within a couple of weeks. There was a delay in the project due to supply issues, but then they worked on the weekend to make up for lost time. We also appreciated that they cleaned up at the end of each day. The cost of the project was very fair. We had other estimates that had a lot of unknown amounts for supplies or hidden problems, but Sergio's estimate was much for straight-forward so we really were not expecting too many surprises, and in the end, there was only a very minor add-on charge. Got lucky ! ! Completely impressed with Sergio and his team. Didn't want spend a lot of time shopping for contractors for our roof replacement but thought I need at least two quotes. Got the first one quote, a referral, thought it was a bit high as had a general idea what it would run from conversations with neighbors who just had the same work done. Emailed Roofix for the second quote and got a response from Laurie (Sergios wife) within the hour. Great team that's ON THERE GAME ! ! I own a business for over 40 years and know what makes it work. Sergio showed up, got the quote within minutes, no games played ! ! Pretty much decided right than and there as price wasn't as important as his presentation. Did save me quite a bit so even referrals which I believe in always don't come to what you would think. They delivered on the days they said they would. Project got caught up in the storm that rolled through for a few days but they were already on there game removing all the tiles.
