This location refused to do my friend toes because she was in a wheelchair and then proceeded to tell her "she can leave". This alone is enough for people to not patronize this business and more importantly a LAWSUIT! I am a firm believer that you should not ignore how they treat others as one day it will be you! This place is my go to for the hands and feet. A nice environment for relaxing for a pedicure and nice massage chairs. A shout out to Tom who is my regular tech. Roman Nail Bar set up is pretty decent. Most of their staff do a good job. One of the best technician was Mary. From one day to the next Mary was gone. Guy that checked me in said she retired. I know that not to be true. Then he proceeded to badmouth Mary, saying she was lazy and never showed up to work. That's not the Mary I knew. As a matter of fact, when I went for my mani/pedi I always asked for her. Excellent service. I miss her. For the price, I expect an amazing pedicure. After drying my toes, I had to request additional attention to my heels because they looked worse than when I went in! Thankfully they fixed them after a short wait but it was an inconvenience. The polish looked fine and has lasted. Overall, there are better experiences to explore. read more

I get my nails done every 3 weeks, so I've been to a lot of nail salons over the years. This place was hands down the BEST nail salon experience I have EVER had. "Long" was my nail tech and he was so careful and meticulous. He took his time and listened to everything I asked for. I told him I was testing out a new style to see if it was something I would want to do for my wedding next month... he proceeded to give me all kinds of advice and suggestions. It was so kind! The same person talked on the phone with someone during my entire manicure. A separate time my daughter received a full set of gel nails $50 that lasted only two weeks before all the nails fell off. Not enough acrylic IMO; the nails are super thin, not much thicker than the actual tips themselves. Nails overall are super lumpy and uneven. We were also offered complimentary beverages that ranged from soda to wine. The interior is chic, and I'm very impressed by the aesthetic and design. The worst experience ever! Do not let Henry do your PEDICURE!! He skipped so many steps. I paid $65 for an EXCLUSIVE PEDICURE, there was nothing exclusive about it. He didn't touch the bottom of my feet! His polish was so sloppy! He didn't like being asked to do things the right way! I spoke to the manager which was a male and he didn't do anything about it. I've gone to this nail salon for years and it's always a hit or miss but today was my last straw. I had previously had a set of acrylic tips TWO MONTHS AGO. There is no longer the tip then length was all real nail I told them I wanted to shorten them because of the job I have I can no longer have fake nails or long ones at that. I'm not sure who my tech was but he was using a drill bit that I've never had used on me before and I also thing it was his first time with it because he nicked me with it 3 or 4 different times. Then he pulls out the glue and I stop him I'm like there should be no glue needed anymore like all that's left is natural nail and he continues to try to put glue on me. If I could give zero I would. My husband and I went for pedicures. We asked for the 40 min treatments, the Mens Sport and Womens scrub. My husbands mail tech didn't not give much of a massage and was done in twenty minutes. When he complained the owner said he's only charge for the basic pedicure. My pedicure was better but I was nicked twice. I can forgive that but as a whole not a great pedi. When I went to pay the lady who did my husband came to me and embarrassed me in front of everyone that he has complained. She went on and on and made me embarrassed and humiliated. Then they charged me the full price even after the owner said he's only charge the basic price. When I told him she charged me he said that we got our service. Which wasn't true. My husband went back in again since they agreed on the price. He refused to give the difference. We were willing to pay for our services and only wanted the difference. Zero stars really. Took the wife for a 40 minute spa pedicure and she got just under 20 minutes. The girl rushed through her pedi and was very distracted the whole time. When she abruptly stopped at 20 minutes, I asked about why she was rushed and only got 20 minute service and that's when they got super rude and refused to adjust the price. Never again. We use Sun Nails now and it's just night and day better. read more

I've definitely given this place chance after chance. A while ago I was charged 4 times and nothing was said to me about it and when I came back they immediately knew why I was there. I've came randomly since just out of availability and have had nothing bad happen. about 3 weeks ago I came in and asked for a gel full set and pedicure.. with a light pink, not sure who did it but I ended up with a dip set and dark pink pedicure that did not match at all. nor did I ask for dip, and my nail beds were bleeding when I left. I went in today to get a fill in and they completely took my nails off, even with me explaining how the last person had messed up and didn't even do what I asked for. He cut my nails completely off and redid them, and my friend was charged $85 for a full set with not much design, so I asked how much mine would be, mind you I got a set from here during the holidays with snowflakes, stripes, glitter, EVERYTHING. and it was perfect, $50. Then I was told mine was gonna be $76, I continued to ask why and asked how much it would be if he left it how it was (clear) and he said $56, then I asked how much would it be for one color and he said $56 because he would have to charge me to take the clear polish off...what? I was charged for a full set after their employee didn't listen to what I wanted, length (which is not long compared to most), for him to take it off (which wouldn't be an issue if the last employee listened), gel, and design. The girl doing the designs was very nice other than saying we had no money. Younger guy was super nice until the pricing was questioned, then he just left. the money isn't the case, but i've been coming here occasionally for years and have never been charged this much. will not be coming back, lesson learned. read more

Update on my one star review. Someone got back to me and continued to blame me for bringing down the economy for their one star rating. I wasn't going to bring up all the other times I was disappointed in their service, or how many other times I witnessed them disrespecting customers who asked for a service and got bad results. But since you want the truth- instead of just a bad review, now you've got two. Here we go: I will now give it to you. The PORN was just the straw that broke me, had my granddaughter or anyone else's child been there I would not only be writing a bad review but pressing charges! You got off easy. Secondly your nail tech caused an infection in my toe after a pedicure. I told her about it and she smiled and nodded, oblivious to my concern. I went in with a picture of exactly what I wanted on my nails, I was told yes, with a smile an nod, again, oblivious to what I wanted, it was not even close. (this happened several times btw) I asked to have glitter added to at least try, I was told NO. I asked to wash my hands , I was told NO. I made an appointment and still had to wait 20 minutes for a tech. They ask everyone who walks thru the door,' You have an appointment?" Like it matters. Ever since it has changed owners it's horrible. There are plenty of other places to take your business ladies and gentlemen, and I suggest you do that. As for the person who responded from the establishment, blaming me, a SIMPLE APPOLOGY should have been your response, not finger pointing. Shame on you! read more
