It's not a "hidden fee'; there is a sign on the checkout counter that explains the charge. Come on, hun...put on your glasses. 2. It had NOTHING to do with race or anything of the sort. No racial remarks were made, it wasn't a BLM issue, nothing like that. There were absolutely NO "black mom on Rugrats jokes" made, or anything else derogatory, racial, etc., for that matter! 3. The bad reviewer was banned from the premises after she returned to the salon a couple days after her original appointment (where I have on good authority she said NOTHING about the charge...she did not "leave in tears"), and made a scene in front of other customers and got confrontational and rude with the owner. It's not an "admission of guilt or no community"; there's nothing to be guilty of, and it was protecting those in our community who choose to come into the salon from an unpleasant situation that didn't need to happen in the first place. 4. When masks were mandated, EVERYONE wore one; I would know, I'm in the multiple times a month, have been since everything opened back up! NOTE: She's reviewed 7 places on Yelp. She did not even read my message on intake just judgement when you cut your own hair bc you want to be free it's all different lengths bc I'm not a professional and I had said I had not had it professionally done in years and some ppl do have buildup on their scalp so my scalp was not red or was it inflamed.
