You can get your lips tinted, eyebrows put on (or waxed off), tooth gems, and brow laminations, but I think there is more to come! This is a woman owned & operated business, and it is gorgeous on the inside- so crisp & clean. I love being in here. There's a parking garage close by, and the entrance to Atelier is in the backside of the building (a little tricky). I love it here, and that's all I'll say about that.

None of the makeup itself was quality makeup and brushes were old and unsanitary. The makeup artist was the sweetest but it was not her work on the yelp business images and she was clearly not as good. Instead of taking 1-1.5 hours, she took three hours and a half!!! On top of that she couldn't do liner because she said it would take way too long on top of the 3.5 hours she took! And she couldn't do lashes as well because there was no variety in style. I came for a natural subdued look and all she had were trashy thick 2 inch lashes. She was plastering layers of makeup on my face it looked so caked. She also had to do and redo eyebrows that took like an hour. Absolutely no consideration for time. Worst spent $65 of my life. The makeup was appalling I left the store holding back tears. I was stressed because of the time, and hated the way I looked.

So, I called to ask about the wait and they said probably around 15 mins, so I was about 10 mins away and felt this would be my best option. They weren't personable at all and no small talk at all, just confirmed what I wanted and the shape and thickness I like my brows. It wasn't the gentleness threading I'm used to, but she got the job done and my brows looked great. I felt like they hurt a bit after for a couple of days, so I was wondering if I'd been cut, but I just took care of it at home in my routine moisture care maintenance. I've had some bad experiences at other salons where my already thin, asymmetrical eyebrows were stripped to almost nothing in an attempt to make them match. However, this technician was very thorough and precise in her work and checked in with me more than once to make sure I was satisfied. The only con is that the salon chairs have no headrest, which is quite uncomfortable for your neck when you're lying nearly horizontal. My headscarf actually slipped off halfway through the threading because of the angle, but the technician very kindly grabbed me some bobby pins from nowhere and secured it in place so that she could finish without me being exposed. I really appreciated that. Efficient and good service. I'll be back again.

My eyebrows were literally hurting afterward because she took off so much of my natural brow hair. When I asked for a refund, Titi told me she wasn't giving me my money back because I didn't want her or another tech to "fix" my brows -- even though more threading would've made the damage worse. I've had good experiences with other techs here, but I do not recommend Titi. She ruined my eyebrows and refused to give me my money back.
