Stephanie is very talented. She is so professional and efficient. She helped me make the right choices for the look I wanted to achieve. Her room is quiet and personal and the experience was very relaxing compared to other salons I have visited. I am so impressed. Her application is one of the most comfortable sets I have ever worn no big pokey blobs of bonder. It is so smooth and very natural looking. I am very happy. I decided to discontinue my relationship with my former eyelash person. I searched around on Yelp and discovered Dream Lashes. Although there no reviews, I decided to go and see if she was worth the money to go too. I turned out being very ecstatic with the results. She is clearly a diamond in the rough. As you can see in the pictures, the eyelashes are fuller and more natural looking. I have already booked my appointment with Stephanie for a two week fill. I had a full set of 100 put on today. She has different ranges for people. I don't know them all but I know there is 60 and 100. There is one in the middle but I forget what that is. Take it from me, this is well worth every penny you spend. read more

My eyelashes turned out amazing, let me say. They truly fanned out beautifully and I wish I had taken a picture. It is two weeks out and I'm still rather pleased with the set, as they have fallen from my original 80 lashes. My left eye watered during the application which she warned could potentially cause issues with my lashes. My eyes have been through a lot from past contact lens misuse, so I believe this was probably a personal sensitivity and not the overall result of the items used. So far I am still very pleased with how they look despite the fallout. I had a little bit of a problem getting into the appointment, because of the locked door to the salon, and then no answer at any of the phone numbers provided. However I did get a call back in 5-10 minutes. Overall, I would definitely say compared to other prices I've seen, the end result was exactly like I would have wanted and I will be returning for my fill-in soon! read more

I very rarely even do bad reviews; but, I will this morning. After my original lash artist retired to pursue other things, I was forced to find a new one. My first time visiting Stephanie, she was almost 30 minutes late for the appointment and came in somewhat arrogant and irritated in her approach to me as a new client. Not personable at all and appeared agitated when I had questions and issues. My first warning should have been, unlike my other artist, she did not clean my eyelashes before the relash. My prior artist was very meticulous about that. She also did not provide aftercare supplies-lash brush. While my lashes looked great, they felt hard and crunchy and in some areas became sticky. Despite the sketchy first visit, I scheduled my relash with her. On the second appointment again she came in after having to reschedule my appointment from 12 to 1) as if she had an attitude or something was going on with her. While I booked for a 1.5 hour relash, she finished in one hour instead. At points I could feel her literally plucking my lashes out before she began the relash, obviously unable to remove the prior lashes that she glued on that were out of line and sticking me. And again after two lash appointments with her, she did not clean my eyelashes which is very important to control lash mites and irritation. When she finished, my lashes looked good, but were hard and not only cruncy, but after about two days they started poking my skin really bad to the point where it woke me out of my sleep. I cannot brush through them without the lash brush getting stuck. Unlike my last lash artist, I realized that she placed my extensions very close to my lid and either used some kind of thick glue, too much glue, or the wrong glue where mulitple natural lashes are glued together. Therefore, I can feel the hard end of the lash which is separated from my natural lash at the lid end. Needless to say, I am searching to try to get a quick appointment to get them removed, because I tried with another lash remover, oil, and other products that would have naturally and safely allowed the extensions to shed from my natural lash and these are literally "stuck like glue." While my retention has not been great in the past, this is the most uncomfortable Ive ever been. Ive always been able to brush through my lashes and have NEVER felt the glue plugs both atop and bottom of my lash line. Certainly not the type of retention I want. Maintaining the health of my natural lashes is more important than the extensions, retention, and the temporary look. Something I discussed when I first began getting extensions.. She said she's been in this business for many years, chastised my last artists work, but her techniques and supply choices are probably outdated and her focus is more cosmetic than combining it with the holistic and healthy care for the natural lash approach that is prevalent in today's market. It was clear when I came the first time that I was no less a cutomer- not a client that she respected and viewed holistically. I thought it was just her personality and that her work would still be good. But, I should have figured if she couldn't relate to me...why would she care about taking care of my natural lashes through her work. Maybe she does better with other clients, But... I am making an appointment to get these removed before I relash and I can NOT wait! Shame on me for not leaving when she was late the first time and coming back when it was clear that she didn't really care for me and for not reading Sarah's review. It's two years later and the same issues. I am sure that there is a lash artist that combines great retention with proper lash care, I hope I find her soon. PS. Because I care about people's business and livelihood, when I go to get these removed and my new lash artist does not see a problem with the application and my eye condition, I will update my review. read more

Let me preface this review by saying I have never once been disappointed in the work Stephanie does however, she has a lot to learn about professionalism. I have gone to her several times and only once has she made the appointment on time. On three separate occasions, she has been 30 minutes or more late (I was her first appointment of the day). On a fourth occasion, she never showed at all and didn't respond to phone calls or texts. The fifth and final straw, I received a text 30 minutes prior to my appointment saying that she was going to have to reschedule and would call me later that day...3 days later I'm still waiting for that phone call. These last 2 appointments were for a "3 week fill" that is now more than 10 days overdue and I've been forced to fine another lash artist in Richmond. I'm from Chester and was thrilled to find someone local but I'm gravely disappointed in the inability schedule and have her keep appointments. read more
