This is why I felt like I had to leave a honest review. ------ Update: its been less than a week, and she has used too much glue and didnt smooth it out, the glue is clumpy and has sharp edges, it pokes my eyelids no matter how gently I touch them. And whe they fall out and gets in my eye - it hurts really bad and scratch my eyes they turn red.

My eyebrows were sparse and needed shape from over plucking, waxing, threading etc. The shop is appointment only and she is booked a long way out and it was worth the wait. The shop is gorgeous, the lovely receptionist is so welcoming and everything was explained to me before Taylor got there. My eyebrows were numbed so that no time was wasted for Taylor to work. I received a custom facial from Lani and it was a great experience. She was super friendly and explained exactly what products she'd use based on my skin from her observation and my concerns. The facial was awesome and I'd love to put it in my routine consistently but it'd be a bit of a splurge for me. Now the space itself was beautiful but could use some improvements for customer experience. First the room I received my facial didn't have a curtain it was open which made it hard to relax and wind down because I could hear people moving throughout the spa and talking. A lot of talking. Not obnoxiously just more than I'd care to hear since I came to relax. Lastly. The music choices could also be a bit more relaxing like calming/soothing instrumentals rather than music with lyrics. Overall I'd visit again but some changes could make this a much better experience.

Additionally, the spa does not have a traditional facial with spa robes etc as it is all in the open so that takes away from the spa feel. He studio is cute and clean and relaxing. She was so sweet and has a great sense of humor. She let me snooze, which I often do during my appointments - but while I was awake she was so pleasant to talk with. My lashes look amazing! I feel sexy again ;) I drove over an hour to see her and it was well worth it. I've had a few technicians over the course of time I've been getting lash extensions, and Lisa is certainly in my top 2. She gets so busy so expect to be interrupted often. I sometimes feel that she's kind of mean, maybe she's just burnt out but I definately feel a difference from when she first started compared to now. Sometimes i'd rather lay quietly and leave instead of engaging in a conversation. Don't use the groupons or ask about it, she got really mad at me for bringing it up and it hurt my feelings. Low and behold, one of my young spirit children told me to try Belashified and the rest is history! Let's just say I'm a happy Lady! What an amazing young lady!
